Sahara Rose talks with spiritual guide Maria about soul contracts, the agreements your higher self makes before you're born. They explore how these contracts shape your relationships, your parents, and your growth, and what karmic knots mean for the people in your life.
People who play a very pivotal role in your life, whether it was like a before and an after. Somebody that really impacted you is very often a soul contract. Somebody that bullied you in high school could be a contract because, you know, who you became as a result of that bullying, you know, the empowered version of you is not who you used to be prior to that happening, Right? So soul contracts are not just, you know, warm and fuzzy things. They kind of run the gamut.
Just flow soon to let go Trust flow sooner let go I'm the one I've been waiting for Trust flow soon.
To welcome back to the Highest Self podcast. My name is Sahara Rose, and on this podcast, I'd love to talk about spirituality and make it modern, grounded, fun, relatable so it can actually serve your needs. And I'm someone who. I just love going to the spiritual rabbit holes, you know what I mean? Like, I love talking about soul contracts and past lives and ascended masters and goddesses and deities and karma and Dharma and of it. It's so much fun for me. And I think if you're here too, it's so much fun for you as well. And so I'm always, like, going on Instagram, looking up the latest on my Explore page, and I saw this queen making this amazing video about soul contracts. And something like, when I was 23 years old, like, hippie living in Bali, figuring out my life, I started to download information about soul contracts. Like, I had never heard about it before, but I started to think, like, what would my soul contract be with my mom, my dad? What are we teaching each other? What's our connection? Like, I started to realize I'm like, I don't feel like my mom is like my mom. I feel like, if anything, she was like, my daughter or something. Or, like, I feel like we were, like, in a palace in India, and she was, like, helping me with my outfits. Like, it was like all these, like, weird dynamics of us that I was, like, picking up on, because she always loved helping with my outfits, but I was like. And my dad, I feel like he was, like, the general of an army and just these, like, different kind of relationships. And, you know, when I was 21 years old, so two years before that, I started to remember a lot of my past lives. So it was sort of like piece by piece, piece of past lives, what cultures, historical periods, music, languages. I resonate with the soul contracts, and I start to go very deep into soul ages, you know, realizing that I was an old soul. And just a lot of things I saw A lot of people didn't. And just this deep loneliness of wanting to be around a lot of different old souls. And then what was so cool was I started to find websites and literature that would write about this. And I was like, oh my God, I thought I was the only person that felt this way, you know, I was like the one person, you know, that I knew and, and then meeting other people who spoke that same language. And that really took me on this journey of it's not about like a religion or a doctrine, but about this greater intelligence that's happening with all of our souls. This greater what we can find now to be as a system that seems random. Seems like I've always just had a nudge of something. But there's a higher intelligence that's orchestrating this all that. It's almost like a map. It's like when you actually see the cause and effect of everything in the universe, it is this calculated formula of you're going to say this one thing that's going to trigger this person, it's going to lead to, that's going to. And it's like like the goodwill hunting math equation, you know. And I started to realize I'm like, damn, like all of this is like pre written. And then sometimes like when I was a kid I would be like, but you know what's going to do that? You know, I would try to like got you God, you know, and bet you didn't know that. And then I was like, but you know, God created me to know about that too. And so it'd be this like, is there free will? Is this all destin and what are we really playing out here? And I love to deep dive into these things because I feel like first of all having these conversations enhances your consciousness, right? So enhancing your consciousness is just going to make you think in a bigger way. You thinking in a bigger way is going to make you not so stuck in the problem. Should I text him back or not? Should I text him back or not? It's like, I don't know, but like you're gonna be a grandma one day. But like this earth is just a fragment of a being in the entire landscape of time. Like it's like sometimes you just zoom out and like sometimes it resonates, sometimes it doesn't. But it can give you a little bit of like a higher level perspective of like seeing things from the grander scheme of life. So I find expanding your consciousness makes you think differently, makes you see things differently, makes you see patterns. The faster we see patterns, the faster we can quantum leap them, because I don't need to learn the lesson for the next eight years working at that job or seven years going into that relationship or six years holding my tongue and not speaking my truth. I can have the awareness and take a different action right now. And that is how I quantum leap. So we're going to be talking about all of these things and really letting spirit guide the conversation. So this queen today, hailing from Russia and now New York, she is a spiritual guide, mentor, teacher, and someone that, like, personally, I will vouch for. I had dinner with her last night, and she was telling me some real tangs. You know, I had to cut some cords today.
You know what I mean?
I mean, I did cry at first, but now I'm having a little bit of a glove. Do you guys feel it? I feel like I'm having a glove right now. So what I love about her is she, you know, really talks about a lot of these, like, more esoteric spiritual topics that you're like, I heard about that. I never really got it, you know? And she, like, really helps clear it out, and she's super tapped in, and I think you're just gonna, like, be blown away by this conversation. Thank you so much for having me, Sahara.
Oh. So let's get into Soul Contracts. What are they?
Oh, God. So before incarnating onto the planet Earth, your higher self has a lot of work to do. It goes into a pretty intensive prep stage, and your higher self decides where you're going to be born, to which parents, and it decides a lot of things about your life that it's kind of almost like it's setting up the chessboard for you. It's putting all of the puzzle pieces, all of the game pieces on the board for you. Contracts, Soul Contracts, what I call sacred contracts, is very much a part of that Planning process. It's something that higher self, my higher self, all of them take very, very seriously. So a soul contract, or a sacred contract, is an agreement that you have with another soul to play a role in your life. Those roles really, it's a big, big, big range. It could be, obviously you pick your parents. That's always a primary contract. Primary means it's very important. You know, you pick your children or the potentiality of them, you know, up to how many you can have. And if they come, what souls are going to play those roles. And then you pick your friends, your adversaries, kind of planet, that entire thing. And a lot of these are contracts. So these people are not random. Most likely you have met before. And so at soul level, you know each other, most likely your friends. And then essentially soul's higher self would recruit other beings to play in this game of life with you. They would get essentially. And then an energy exchange is decided. All contracts are two sided. So you do something, one person, they do the same or a different thing for you. Right. Essentially all those things are written up in a contract. Looks very different than what I think we would imagine here. It's not a paper contract, but still, I think the premise is still there. And then once you descend into an incarnation, a lot of contracts are going to be fulfilled exactly how they were written up. They don't always get fulfilled. It's possible to break a contract. Of course there are sometimes repercussions, but that's another story.
So can you give me some examples of what are some sole contracts?
A lot of examples. Your spouse is always a primary contract. Your children, like I said, people who play a very pivotal role in your life, whether it was like a before and an after, somebody that really impacted you is very often a soul contract. I don't know. Somebody that bullied you in high school could be a contract, because who you became as a result of that bullying, the empowered version of you is not who you used to be prior to that happening. So soul contracts are not just warm and fuzzy things, they kind of run the gamut. Other examples of contract be like in my life, for instance, I had this teacher of mathematics actually in 10th grade that really impacted my life because I was selecting colleges at the time and I wanted to go and study languages because that was my dream and my desire. And she told me something that I remember up to this day. She's like, Marie, you have a mathematical brain. Like don't kill your brain by just going and studying languages. Do something more with your life. And that shifted my perspective. I decided to get a mathematical degree prior to that. And her saying that I just wanted to be an interpreter, like speak English, translate for other people. That was like my aspiration. And she completely pivoted my life and my trajectory. Now, of course, I was a very impressionable 14 year old and she was an authority figure that I really looked up to. But I know that that is an example of a sacred contract. Now, there are contracts that last a lifetime, like parents, for instance, right? You're only going to have one mom, you're only going to have one dad. There are contracts that literally like all it takes to fulfill that is one sentence or even one word or even one glance. And it may still be pivotal, depending on what happened. So contracts really run the gamut.
So let's dive into the process of choosing our parents. What does that look like?
Before you set out to do the parents, you kind of do a big draft of point A and point B. Where do you want to start your incarnation? And at the end of the lifetime, what are the biggest learnings that you want to have as a soul? What is the storyline that we're going for? Essentially, you pick a movie, and that's how I like to think about incarnations. So, like, are you doing the Harry Potter thing where you're like this little wizard and then you defeat darkness? Or are you in the Titanic movie? Like, which one is it going to be? So your higher self, Pixel Lane first. And then depending on what lane it is, the movie kind of dictates the experiences, if that makes sense. Right. So the experiences that Harry Potter is going to have is very different from the experiences of Rose from Titanic. They're very different storylines. Now, depending on the story that you have selected for yourself, then parents is probably one of the most pivotal characters to choose first. It's the resonance. Essentially. Your vibrations have to match to a degree. Like parents often come as our teachers. Of course, as children, we also come as their teachers. It goes both ways, that learning experience. But there has to be something about you and your prospective parent that is a vibrational match. Could be the same kind of trauma, could be the same kind of aspiration, could be the same kind of dream where you can be by default mirrors to one another at the same time. You then go and you select a parent that can serve you the lesson that you really need in order to become who you're meant to become. So everybody, when we go into an incarnation, it's a hero's journey, right? And the game needs to be stacked a certain way for us to go through our own hero's journey. And our parents are the first two main characters. So who they're setting you up to be is who you're really going to become. Now, they may set you up through adversity, or they may set you up through nurturing. And either way, it almost matters not as long as you go on the hero's journey that you intended to go on. And so essentially, I know, for instance, you may pick a soul as your mom that has a tendency to be a little bit cold because she has a very low self of self worth. And perhaps she doesn't have a tendency of getting a lot of love from her mom. So you know that when she is embodied because of how you know how low her self worth is, she's probably gonna be a strict mom. She's probably gonna be a little bit of a perfectionist. She's probably gonna tell you, you're doing this wrong, you're doing that wrong, darling, you gotta do better. For a certain soul, it may be extremely empowering because that may build you up to the version of your hero's journey that you're trying to be. So that her particular wound maybe exactly what you need in order to become who you are here to become. Now, it may come in the moment, through trauma. You know, like you're in this scenario that I was just describing. You may feel like you're not loved by mom. She's too strict on you. And wouldn't you wish that your mom would just love you unconditionally all the time, no matter what you do, what you look like? But that's not the mom that you picked, and that's not the mom that you pick. Because there's something on the other side of that lesson for you. And in this case, the lesson could be, well, do you really need to look to the outside for that love? Or is it the self love that you really is what you're missing? Because self worth is really lack of self love first and foremost.
So I just got back from 2 months in India and Egypt, diving deeper than I ever have before. And all of a sudden my fifth book is channeling through me. And I start to ask myself how after four years of not writing a book, all of a sudden am I streaming through all these downloads? And I realize it's because I cleared so much karma. So the more we clear our karma, those limiting beliefs, those shadows from our childhood, ancestry, past lives, the higher we step into our dharma, our soul's purpose and have those dharmic relationships and friendships that bring us closer to our truth rather than further away and keep us in these lessons and dramas that. That distract us so much from our path. And this is why I have created my first ever live six week container called Karma Clearing for the Mystic's Voice. So if you are someone that knows you are here to be a priestess, an oracle, a mystic, you're meant to maybe one day write books, share your voice in a bigger way. But every time you want to speak your truth, you want to share on social media or even have a hard conversation, it feels like this knot in your throat and that actually comes from the witch wound. Past lives, our childhood, and it's all deeply connected. So this is a six week live container. Two hours with me, rituals, practices, sharing every single week for six weeks starting June 17th. And it's only limited to 50 souls because I really want to dive deep and actually be able to support you and answer your questions. So if you're interested, you're curious, snag your spot, join the wait list.
I may be running this again.
If you're listening to this later on. It's called the Karma Clearing for the Mystic's Voice, you can find that link in the show notes. All right, let's get back into it. So trust your intuition, trust your inner wisdom, trust your inner guidance.
I've definitely seen that my mom was definitely the nurturing parent I picked, my dad the adversary parent that I picked. But my growth definitely came from my dad, you know, and. And I feel that my mom allowed me to have the safe space to not become a psycho. So, you know, the balance there. But I'm curious. I will say I'm so grateful I've chosen my parents in this lifetime for who I've become. A lot of people would not say that. Why is it some people learn through the obstacles that their parents place before them, their traumas and tribulations, and other.
People do not everybody learns through the obstacles that are placed within, you know, in front of them. It's. Do they recognize it in the moment? And do they have the awareness to see the. The entire journey, really a human lifetime is like we're in the maze and we're really lacking perspective. Like, we're not eagles that can just soar above and be like, why am I moving from this trauma to this trauma to this trauma? It just feels like this whole world is against me. If we had perspective and actually the big why behind the lifetimes and the lives that we're living, we would actually learn to decode what's happening to us. As always, a positive thing like this world is not against us. Like the choices that your higher self made when sending you here, they were not against you. They've always represented the highest degree of expansion for you. And so in other words, what I'm saying is whatever your parents were, even if that was the biggest traumatic experience in your life, whatever pain they caused you, it is a formative pain. And it's the pain that eventually will lead you to where you're trying to go. But in the moment, it may not feel good and it may not feel like you're even on the right track.
So is that why some people even choose to have parents that they can no longer be in contact with?
Yes. It's usually a very often a choice like from the higher self level. And there are many reasons why you can align with that. One reason could be that your soul just wants to really experience independence and how it feels to be able to go at it alone in the world where most people don't have to. Right, because they don't have that relationship with a parent. So it's all about experiencing something. And souls don't like experiencing the same thing over and over and over again. So you always are going for something else new and different.
Do you find your relationship with your father represents your relationship with the masculine mother feminine or.
Not necessarily, not necessarily quite so simplistic. Your dad is usually somebody who is here to help you become self actualized. So whoever you pick as the father figure is going to serve as an example for you for like what achievement usually looks like. So that, that tends to be the case. Other exceptions are exceptions to every single rule. You know, somebody, me for for example, right. I had a great relationship with my dad always, but he was always on the pet. I've always put him on a pedestal. And so that's why I spend a lot of my life, you know, like building the businesses and doing the things that I'm doing to prove that I can one day match him in his greatness. And that's why I picked him because I thought that he was amazing at what, what he did, like best in class, so to say in what he did. And that was inspirational. Some souls, you know, pick their dads and they feel like they can never match that bar. Like that bar is too high. But again, it's a hero's journey that keeps them going, that keeps them motivated. Dads are there to motivate us.
And what about people who choose fathers that are not in the picture.
The father not being in the picture in itself does not yet create a particular wounding the father, because like, it could be 10,000 different wounds that are created by that. Is it a wound of abandonment? Is it the wound of I'm not enough? Is it the wound of I'm unseen? Like, which one is it? Right, the father not being in the picture? Again, very often the child has to be very much self reliant. Now we explore our masculine and feminine energies through both parents because they run. You know, both our mom has both sets and both our dad have both sets. But of course, the caliber of those energies are very different. Just to go back to your previous question, you can experience masculinity both from your mom and from your dad. It doesn't just have to be dad, right? It could be that a certain masculine energy that just happens to run in your mom because that came to her from the lineage is what you need to nurture your masculinity. So it's not quite so black and white.
Those core wounds that you spoke about, abandonment, you know, lack of safety. Is it that we choose one main theme in this lifetime or we have different time periods that it's different wounds?
I find that most souls choose between three to five, what I call karmic knots that are primary karmic knots to deal with per incarnation. If a soul is extremely vigorous and wants to learn all of these lessons, up to 12 I've seen, but no more than 12 major karmic knots.
What are examples?
Abandonment could be one. Low self worth can be another. Control and the lack of trust could be another example. I mean, there are many. Narcissism could be a core one. I mean, we could keep going. I can tell you what are most prevalent in humanity right now, if you'd like. I can look that up if that's interesting for you. They're very different for men and women. So a lot of women, of course, this is the age of the maiden, right? Like female empowerment. So a lot of women are coming into like that are coming into the incarnations right now, are coming to find their way to power. And that means really facing the shadows around the lack of that power. Whether in your lineage, women were supposed to be seen and not heard, whether you were supposed to be pretty but not smart, you know, whether you were supposed to be really behind your husband and like not really like not part of the decision making, whether you were raped and, you know, the sanctity of your body was taken away from you, like all These ways are just examples of how you can reclaim your power. So for women, reclaiming power is very, very important. Another thing that I'm seeing is reclaiming our throat chakras as women. So a lot of women have thyroid issues is because we're all. Are fixing the lack of voice and, like, not being given the voice. Right? Even voting for women happened way later than for men. And that's a way of expressing, you know, who we are and what we want. And so for a lot of women, expressing who they are, truly expressing their needs in relationships, really setting strong boundaries. It's very much a theme and a topic. Not putting themselves last for a lot of women, because I think women have taken it to a very big degree of, like, being that nurturing provider always, okay, like, the husband comes first, the parents come first, the kids come first. I'm somewhere last on that list. And if my needs are not met, it's how generations of women have been living. And now we understand that we are, as females coming into this place of we're so depleted that enough is enough. And at some point, we're going to have to look in the face, you know, in the mirror and understand that it's impossible to give from an empty cup. And so for a lot of women, it's filling your cup and getting your needs met. And what that means is you're going to have to really look and explore yourself, really know thyself. Which is not something that women really prioritize for generations. It was about, how can I better please, how can I be better accommodating, how I can be more flexible, you know, and all of these other things, like, we have not really prioritized ourselves. So that. That's kind of like really big picture for women in terms of karmic knots, getting out of toxic relationships. Ooh, big. I see a lot of women, and I. I do work, you know, with groups of people and with private clients, and. And I see a lot of women who are to leave toxic relationships, and this is the lifetime to do it. It's almost like the collective is helping us. The energies of Gaia are helping us. The solar codes are helping us. Where, like, enough is enough. And you're like, this is. I'm not. It's not okay to treat me this way. I know better. I'm reclaiming my sovereignty, you know, I'm no longer going to bend over backwards for somebody that doesn't appreciate me. And it's leaving. And the leaving can be, in the moment, excruciating. And Painful. Because the number one fear in women is they don't want to be alone. They don't want to die alone. They just don't want to be alone. Like, loneliness is real. And, like, they'd rather do anything. They would settle for anyone almost. But we're here to break that paradigm. So that's for women. Men are very interesting because there's a little bit of the split right now in male consciousness. You have some that are full on working through the shadows of the patriarchy, and they want to go all in. Like, they're going to bring all the demons.
Where are they at? No, I mean, like.
No. Within themselves. Okay, okay. There are a lot of them. A lot of them are on tv. Like, if you look at the guy and you're like, oh, my God, that's. He is not supportive of women. He is misogynistic. You know, he is abusive. He is not nice. And all of the things, like, you have a lot of men that, you know, would bring kind of like all of these things generationally to want to work through them.
Yes, right.
But they have to first surface.
I mean, I think we have one for president.
He certainly has a lot of shadows of the patriarchy now, not to say. And again, like, no judgment. Right. Like, he's on his path, and he has a lot of positive qualities and a lot of negative qualities. Like, all of us, we're all human. We're all in a journey. But there's a lot of that, and it's important. He's actually serving a very important, you know, part or playing a very important part, because he is a mirror to a lot of that. And that is very straight in the face. And a lot of men looking at him are going to be like, do I want to be that towards women or not? You know, and the answer is going to be different for every guy. And then there is a whole other set of men that's coming up that's extremely supportive to the feminine dynamics. They are going to be supportive of their wives, and they are going to be very supportive of their families. And, like, the. The shifts in the dynamics of the family also changing. But going back to the karmic knots that men are dealing with, it's almost like, how do I ease control without losing myself? Right. Because, like, they've led for so long that now, of course, the tides are starting to shift and the energy is starting to shift, and they're not going to lead forever. And some are really trying to grasp and hold onto that, but it's like sand slipping through their fingers. And others are trying to readjust and find new ground, you know. And what does it mean to lead from a heart space? That's a big one. Now, of course, before men can rise up to the heart space and women, we have to work through our issues of solar plexus. So a lot of karmic knots in this particular time for us are identity, ego, all of these things are coming from and center. Self worth, joy and pursuit of happiness is also kind of in the solar plexus chakra. And feeling like you're in the rat race and everything is drudgery and like, like is there all there is in life.
So how can we know what whatever traumas are coming from this lifetime, Past lives or ancestral lineage?
I love this because every single trauma, if it's truly a trauma that you experience in this lifetime, has a blueprint or an imprint or almost an exact replica both in your past lives and in your lineage. So the answer is, even if you think you're experiencing right now, and this is the first time that's ever happened to you at soul level, I give you a 99.99% chance you've seen the movie before. Just don't remember. Also, there are points in human's history where we come to accumulate karma. Then there are points in human history when we come to release karma. This is the point in human history when we're releasing massive amounts of karma. In fact, it's possible to release 10 times more than average just because how.
Do you release 10 times more?
Not every karmic nod that you have is at the same level of density. Think of it as if you experience the wound of abandonment 3 billion times. Your density is 100% of that wound. Like, like you're at 100% degree. Like, meaning, like you can't get any higher. If you experience it one time or like twice or three times, it's like, okay, you're experiencing one out of a hundred intensity or density of that wound. When I say we can release 10 times more karma, that means that you can take karmic knots that are the highest density and get through them in one lifetime. Because on, you know, like, I can take something that's such a core wound in my soul that every single lifetime I come, I live through that and I can deal and like work through that in like a week. That's how crazy fast the energies are. Normally it may take me lifetimes upon, lifetimes upon.
And how are you working through it multiple ways?
The traditional way is to make different choices and to feel different feelings and to experience different emotions. So like, it's almost like you snap out of the pattern, right? That's really, that's really how. Now, of course, there are other spiritual ways to, to do that, but normally call it normal people, how they work through karma is through experiences. So they're set up for a particular set of experiences and they, for instance, they experience abandonment. What becomes of them as a result of that abandonment? If they work through the karma is going to be very different than what would happen to them if they don't. So for somebody, for instance, who has an abandonment wound, they're going to have an anxious attachment style, right? And for the duration of their life, they're going to feel like there's not enough of them and they need to be extra accommodating and they're going to be very anxious about every single relationship. An example of working through that karma is understanding that you're a never alone, right? And instead of getting anxious when you're abandoned and like working through your, your thoughts and feelings and emotions and essentially on the other end of that arch of the hero journey, reemerging as somebody who is full in yourself, sovereign, sovereign being that doesn't need another person to complete them, right? That doesn't need to latch on to anyone or anything because they're completing themselves. And they know that in the universe, you're never alone. And if you could see all of the light beings that I'm seeing, you're really never alone. Like, it's scary how many things are in here supporting us or scary good, I should say. And so for this person, that would represent healing is when abandonment cannot touch them anymore because they're never alone. You can abandon somebody who never feels alone, who never feels lonely, who never feels less than. So that would be an example. Very often the traditional way of working through karma is getting to the same karmic pattern, choosing a different path.
So do you think that we have certain timelines? Like, okay, you're gonna learn this Lesson when you're 28, you're gonna learn this lesson when you're 33, et cetera. Or it's like these are the lessons and you get to choose your speed based on how deep in you go.
You choose your speed by whether you pass the lesson from the get go or you need to get served the same lesson many, many times over. I wish it was so easy. Like, from the first time you get served a lesson, everybody would like, like ace it. That's not, unfortunately the case, a lot of people feel like they're on the same. Like if something feels like it comes back like a bad penny, like, for instance, if an issue, like whatever issue comes back in your life, it could be betrayed. Like, why are people betraying me? Or like, why do I always end up in a toxic relationship or whatever that may be? That is usually a sign that there is a particular karmic, not a pattern you're dealing with and you're not making the right choices because that would be the only reason why it would keep coming back to you. You otherwise done dusted onto the next one. So yes, on the one hand, your higher self determines kind of like, so the way I think about it, like, let me just zoom out really quickly and then we'll get back to your question. The karmic knots, I almost feel like, you know, you show up with a backpack. In the backpack are the five karmic knots. They're with you whether you'd like to deal with, you know, with them or not, because your higher self said so. And so that energy that's in your backpack is going to align you with people's circumstances and events that will help you work through that. If you don't pass the lesson, it's going to keep coming back to you as many times as is needed. Right. For you to solve it. And sometimes it's on to the next lifetime. And frankly, that's also okay. Yeah. So that's kind of how it goes. Now, is it predetermined? And I think, like, initially you started talking about like destiny and versus free will and where do we stand in that grand cosmic dance? It's always a hybrid. It's always a hybrid. In other words, is there free will? Absolutely. Are there certain things that are predetermined? There are. For example, just going back to my analogy with the chessboard and certain pieces already being in that board, like you already going to be birthed to a particular set of parents in a particular country with a particular income level. And by the way, the higher self knows 100% of the trauma in that lineage. Right. So like you already know essentially the energies you're going to carry in your body as a baby. And by the virtue of where you were born, you can predict a lot, at least up until you're 18 years old, at which point probably that's when things really, really start to shift. Right. So a lot of things are predetermined just by essentially nurture. Right. Like by where you were born. That said, this concept of free Will is very beautiful. And that's why when a higher self plans an incarnation, there is not one path that's planned, but multiple. And of course, we know that there's a multiverse to begin with, right? So every single situation creates multiple potential. Very often, souls experience everything. So you experience, you know, if you're faced with a choice, a part of you, it's almost like a split is created. A part of your soul, or rather like consciousness, I shouldn't say soul is going to experience choice A and another one is going to experience choice B. However, so when you hire self plans and incarnation, it almost. They're showing me three roads. So it's. The most likely scenario is the middle road, and there's one to the left and one to the right. The one to the right would represent if you are acing something like your highest timeline is what they call it. And then the road to the left would represent something that's less optimal. It's almost like when you're being served lessons, but you're not passing them, and then there is a detour. So that would represent the less optimal timelines. Your higher self, of course, is very wise and has been. This is not its first rodeo. And so that's why three main versions are planned. And in these three main versions, as you're moving through life, there are some call them trigger events or just pivotal events that are. It's almost like pins on the road. You couldn't bypass them if you're on that road. Now, if I'm on the middle road, but the pin was put on the. On the road to the left, I'm not, I. I'm not going to align with that. But whatever pins are on the road that I'm traveling, I'm most likely going to align. What happens to the road when I align with that and to my energies, that's my free will, right? For instance, I may be put in front of a toxic relationship. I may get myself inside of a toxic relationship. That can be a pin, right? A pin. So that I learn to empower myself, or so that I learn to choose myself and get deep on my own inner work to finally understand that I'm worthy of something better that could be a pin. Now, what I do with a toxic relationship, that's free will. My higher self cannot decide for me if I stick with a guy or if I leave the guy, because in fact, my higher self wants me out of my free will. In this case, if it's a toxic relationship, to leave the guy and be okay. With my choice having learned my lessons of staying in toxic relationships and toxic patterns for God knows how many lifetimes. But my higher self does not dictate whether I do that or not and how many pins of toxic relationships it needs to put in front of me for me to get the life.
Do you find that your soul is like trying to send you signals of relation? Like how do you know it's sending you signals A relationship or something is out of alignment versus you just need to overcome this hardship together.
There is no right or wrong answer. A, your soul is always sending you signals. And not just the soul, but the heart really is probably the easiest access for the female. I wouldn't even go up to the level of the soul, but to level to the level of the heart. The level of the heart is the easiest way to also connect to your ancestral memory of all of the four mothers before you. Right. So there's a lot of wisdom there. Let's begin. So just to start there, like you don't even have to have a channel. So your soul is always sending you lessons. You have a number of spirit guides that do so as well. You have a guardian angel that has a fully vested interest to make sure that you walk the path.
Is it like Mike angel, like, like those guardian angels, like archangels?
No, no, no. Archangels have a very different place in the hierarchy. They don't really work with individual souls. Archangels usually build worlds. So they either work with blueprints. Angels usually are like obviously a level below them, but they would be the ones. And there are like 12 gradations, like 12 different levels of angels. So the ones that actually work with people, level two through six usually in terms of call it the proficiency of angelic beings. One, they're just like students. They're still like they're not really allowed with humanity yet. And like above level six, you know, they get more complicated tasks. But like level 2 through 6 roughly is when they work with humanity. It's usually, you know, your guardian angel is a lifelong relationship. Very often your guardian angel is going to be with you through multiple incarnations. It's also a soul contract, only they're not incarnated.
How do we know who our guardian angel is?
When you're asking that question, do you mean like who they are? Like their name, their frequency, what their past lives were like, all of it, any of it are. Your guardian angel is the easiest spirit guide for you to listen to outside of maybe your twin flame depends on level of the soul because they're actually a Part of their energy has descended into the incarnation and into your pod or into your etheric egg, which is your aura with you. So they have full access to your even physical body and your etheric body. And essentially. So it's kind of like almost like a not quite twin energy, but they're merged with you.
How do you know when it's your guardian angel speaking versus your tw twin flame?
I don't know that it truly matters for most people. Right.
So for you, like, how do you hear the different voices? Maybe.
Oh, gosh. The twin flame always comes from afar. The guardian angel always comes from the back.
Okay, interesting.
Yeah.
And then what about other spirit guides, ancestors, your highest self? What are their frequencies?
How do I know who's talking to me? Oh, gosh. Okay, well, let's start with the fact that I'm clairaudience. And clairaudience is my number one Claire. Which means I'm, you know, I've had it for many, many lifetimes. And it's well developed. It's the first one that opened in me even before I had clairvoyance, claircognizance, all of the other ones. So how do I know their voices all sound different? Like a. The first thing that even like before the, you know, first time I started hearing voices, like I already knew the male. Like it was male or female, young or old. Like that's how you first start to differentiate between them. Sometimes there are multiple beings in the room talking to you at the same time and they're cracking jokes and it's hilarious. Especially if they don't agree. It's like two spirit guides don't agree on how to advise you in the moment. And you're hearing all of it. It's qu. Funny. I've had that many times before. They also feel different because they bring their auric fields as well. So it's not just the voice, it's the energy as well that they bring. Michael is there. There's a lot of him. Archangel Michael, he is very big, he is very brash, he's very strong, and he cracks very funny jokes. But it would be very different from a mother Mary, let's say, right? And the energy that she carries. So like you learn to recognize the vibration. And then now I have like a full on added benefit, also having clairvoyance. So I see their auric fields and you know, so it's like a full on experience. They all sound very, very different.
Is it when you're meditating, you see and hear these or just in your Daily life.
I see them in my third eye. So I don't see them with my physical eyes. I see them, you know, in my third eye. And, you know, my third eye, it feels just as real to me as my other two eyes.
So your eyes are open, but you're seeing like as if I was like, think of a dolphin. Like that.
That. That's exactly right. Yeah. That's how I see. See, spirit guides.
I see.
Yeah.
So then how do you know if it's just coming from your imagination or one of these?
How I initially differentiated was through the messages that came through. A spirit guide always brings something that you didn't know, something contrarian, or something that feels like an insight. Like you could not come up with it if you tried because that's not your pattern of thinking. You see, your spirit guides have, have full access, you know, the ones obviously that are authorized to be a spirit guides, they have full access not only to your akashic records, but to your entire emotional mental spectrum. Like everything. They know everything. And there's no point for them to come and tell me a repeat of my own thoughts. And you would notice, you know, because like, you know, we talk to ourselves all the time. Our thoughts are very consistent. Like 90% of our thoughts that we think on a day to day basis are not original. You probably thought them yesterday because that's just your frequency, your mental frequency is very consistent now. It changes over time. You know, what you thought 10 years ago and you know right now is not the same. But day to day there's a lot of consistency when spirit guides come through. It's very different thinking pattern. Like there's like an aha moment or sometimes. And like I like to say that I like to fight with my spirit guides. Not really, but it's because what they bring to me is very contrarian. It's not how my brain thinks. And for instance, if they're asking me to do something, it may feel uncomfortable to my 3D self. Like, why would you want me to go into this discomfort? You know, if I was talking to myself, I would not be coming up with like challenges like that for myself, let me tell you. So it always feels like an insight. It always feels like they're bringing a different level of depth of perception. And that's how you know it's not you talking.
Yeah, I mean, I told you, I recently did the rose dieta. The roses are here with us right now. And as soon as I opened the container of doing this dieta, which for someone who doesn't know, it's 10 days of mostly silence. You're not working and you're really working with a master plant energy. So I was working with the rose, taking rose tincture, drinking rose tea, but really like meditating and channeling the rose. And as soon as I did the opening ceremony, it was all my thoughts were the rose talking to me. It was like, we're going to take this petal by petal, like trust the unpeddling of it. And like a rose is so beautiful at every stage. It's a bud. And even when it dies, it's still so beautiful. And you can make rose water with it. And it was like the rose, like rose. All my thoughts were like a rose metaphor, you know, and taking me to so much on. On true love, unconditional love, but also energetic protection and boundaries. So that was such a felt tangible experience with no, like plant, like psychoactive plant medicines, just a flower, you know. And of course, when I've channeled, I've shared with you on Ayurveda, it's like very specific Sanskrit information. But I feel like sometimes I'm just going about in my life when I'm doing something, I'm like cleaning my room, you know, or I'm just like, like taking the dishes out of the dishwasher and my mind just wandering. And as my mind wanders, I'm thinking about something and then I'll like find a little pocket of thought and then have these like, incredible insights around that thing. And that's how I know I'm channeling. Because it's not like, what about? It's not in that, like, fearful human, like, what about this? Or what about that? And like trying to figure out energy. But rather it's like guidance. And I find it happens. It's like a lot of information in a short amount of time. And if I don't write it down or voice swamo myself, it's gone. But I'm also in the practice of like, just letting its transmission, like, be the energy medicine that I need. Of like, it's not really about the words that are said, but about like receiving it. Whereas before I used to like, try to write it down and then I'm like, let sometimes once you try to write it down, you lose the flow. So I noticed that that happens a lot. But I also notice that sometimes it's differing opinions, you know, and it's like, because I'm channeling from different aspects of myself to different people in my lineage, you know, and then on top of that, the emotional level. So it's like, what if on a topic that you're making a decision about, you keep feeling and intuiting different things? How do you know what to listen to?
And you've had experiences where the advice was literally polar opposite from you guys.
Yes.
Interesting.
Like, for example, when I was on the Wachuma, I was really asking about, is there a forever love? You know, are we meant to be with one person for the rest of our lives? And I was feeling one of my grandmothers come through, and she's like, if you see anyone as God, they can be your lover in that moment. And it's not about it just being one person forever, but it's like. But you need to really see them as God and not be so concerned if they're gonna text you back. That's what one of my grandmas said. And I was like, I don't think I can do that grandma. Like, I want. And then she's like, oh, so you're like your other grandma, so. So then you can take her path and. Whereas, like, my mom's side of the family is very much like, virgin till marriage and one husband and this. And it's almost like I've somehow taken on that path of my lineage. You know, it's very easy for me to just always be in commitment, whereas my other grandma embodied a little bit more. So it was like, whose mentorship do I want again? But these are maybe because they're more personal to me. They're like grandmothers. But I feel like sometimes, too, I'll get on different vibes where I'm like, all about boundaries, and then I'm like, all about unconditional love, and I'm, like, all about speaking your truth, and I'm all about, like, letting things slide. So it's like, how do you know?
Usually with spirit guides, if they are not ancestral, they're fairly consistent with their messaging. They wouldn't really pull you in different directions. It's a little bit of a different story. I don't know how much we want to go into that. If there is an interference. If there is an interference, that's probably the one. The only way, the only reason that I can think of in my experience.
Like an entity.
Yeah, exactly. When an entity is talking to you now, you know, the more light your aura becomes, that, you know, that just stops being a problem, like, right now. I haven't really had interference come through in, like, years. Years at this point. Like, the message is very, very consistent. The one thing I will tell you about Spirit guides is this. Spirit guides don't get paid, so to say, to tell you the truth. In fact, what they get paid to do, using that word very loosely. But what they're job is, is. Is to lead you to your highest expansion. That means that they're not attached to giving you the truth. They're attached to giving you what you need to hear in that moment. So for whatever reason you had in that moment, you had to have received conflicting information from your multiple spirit guides, and that served you. So the question you should be asking yourself is, why getting conflicted guidance serves me? And the answer is always, because you're meant to develop your own discernment.
Absolutely. And I also want to share that sometimes your spirit guides intuition guide you towards something that you're seeing. Synchronicities, there's flow, there's alignment. But then that thing is ultimately not for you. Right. Like a relationship where I shared with you in my previous relationship, it was like all signs pointing. Yes. So much flow, so much magic. And it was a great relationship, first four years of it, you know, and then started to shift and ended in divorce. But then looking back, I'm like, I don't get it. All of the signs were pointing me towards it. There was no obstruction, no resistance. So much magic, so much synchronicity. But it ultimately wasn't for me. So then why are you saying that? Because it ended and I went into it. We go into any marriage thing that's going to be forever.
Well, the thing is, what your soul wanted to do is work through that toxic pattern. Have you choose yourself in that relationship, have you go through a divorce and rise up like a phoenix, which is what you're doing right now. Now. So, yes, all the synchronicities were pointing you to the fact that that was a linchpin on your path, which it was. Because what they wanted for you is this, what you're going through right now. They wanted the rising of the phoenix. The rising of the Phoenix could not have happened without the death of the Phoenix. The phoenix had to die so a new Phoenix could be born. And so, you know, how could this rebirth have possibly happened in your life without the other part? And so, yes, in other words, your guides will always lead you towards your point of highest expansion. It doesn't mean towards the easiest path. It means towards the path where you are going to be aligned with the most amount of your own personal light. And sometimes it's through suffering.
Do you think it's possible for someone to say, I only want to learn through ease?
Yes. And it takes about a thousand times longer. I've known souls like that and it's like they're still in first grade and everybody's already graduated. College knowledge.
Yep, you can do that.
There's no right or wrong in the universe.
It's a tempting one. You know, you go down those Abraham Hicks rabbit holes, you're like, just ease, just fun, just joy all the time. If I could say anything, and I'm sure you could say anything of why I became this way, it was through the pain, through the dark night of the soul, through all of it. That's what actually transformed me. I'm so grateful for the ease, joy and fun and. And I'm not choosing dark nights of the soul here. But it's like, I think it's. It's hard though, because it gets. Can feel like the more aware I become, my life should become more easy, more in flow. I'm following the signs, I'm following my intuition. But now my intuition guided me through another dark night of the soul. And then it's just like. So like, is there a way out of this?
Yes. As soon as you're done with however many karmic knots are in your backpack.
How long does that take? Girl, she got dumps on her truck. Truck, Truck. That's like.
But what, what? There, there.
My backpack. Getting real fat up in here on your path.
But you're acing them, girl. 3.
How many have I gone through?
2.
I'm not even halfway and I'm this funny and sexy. I can't imagine getting even more.
You see. What.
Okay, how do we know how many we've gone through and how many are left? Like, how did you pick up on that?
I mean there just some information just comes through if I'm meant to, to hear it in the moment. Like I don't even need to try. Like, in fact, like it has become a problem for me to try to like put borders and boundaries towards like akashic. Because I have like, it seems like pretty much full on access and so just like train, you know, just so.
Do we ever have the same karmic knots? Like you're going to get like five relationship ones or is it like you're going to get a home one, a career one, a friendship one?
Usually there is a variety. Okay, Yeah, a variety. That being said, there is, you know, in the movie that you're playing, it could be a romance or it could be a detective story. So like there, there are themes, if that makes sense.
So your whole life Will have a theme.
Yeah.
So you chose this is going to be a romance story. This is going to be this. Or you think different scenes are different genres?
Yeah, I guess different genres. Like, what's the most important? Like, a relationship's the most important. Then you're going to go for the romance genre. You know, is it working through your shadow? Then maybe a thriller or a horror. Horror movie.
Know, been in all of them. I don't even watch movies. Damn. Because my life is one. So when we have a karmic loop pattern coming up, is there any way. I mean, I guess we don't even want to dodge it. I'm like, how can we help people right now, please?
A lot of synchronicities usually happen before, like, a karmic relationship. And a lot of, you know, again, a lot of karma that we're dealing with right now only becomes obvious through relationships. Right. Because you're not going to sit in the vacuum and work on your five karmic knots. It's always going to be in society with.
So people who are just stay single, choose to be single for a long time. Is it because they're like, I'm not with that karma, or is it like, they're not going to grow as much?
It really depends. Because there are single people that are meant to be single, and there are single people that are meant to be in a relationship, and that is a very, very different path to walk. So there's no.
How do they know? Is it like, if you want to be in one, you're meant to be.
In one, or you probably would want to go back into, like, what's your biggest pain? And your biggest pain is usually a sign of, like, what is the lesson that you came here to learn? Like, if somebody is single and that is so painful and they feel incomplete and, you know, most likely they're meant to learn in relationships, if somebody's single and they're a little bit of a hermit and they think that that preserves their aura, then most likely they're on a whole other path here. And, you know, being single in this case is very much aligned with their path. And then they're going to have other challenges. Challenges. Right.
And I wonder if it's even like the people who, like, I remember when I first got divorced, all I wanted was to be back in a relationship. I was like, please, anyone who wants to do this, are you available? Let's just be in a relationship. I don't want to be alone. It was like that, you know, obviously said that I was Just hiding at home alone, crying. But because of that, it was almost like God was like, no, like you're gonna learn how to be alone. You're gonna learn how to be alone. You're gonna learn how to be alone. Until. And now I'm almost like, damn, like this is good here. Like I have pink walls. Like it's nice, like I said, the temperature, no ac. So I'm like, I wonder if it's like once you got comfortable with something, universe is like pulled the blanket under your feet. And then the people who want to be single, like who love it, they're meant to actually have the relationship to be like no ac.
And sometimes it's also a fear of commitment. Right. So they're really meant to first commit to themselves, commit to something else.
So then are we supposed to keep going into what's uncomfortable for us sometimes?
Yes.
This human realm just sounds fucked to me, honestly that we ran into it. I thought once I hit 30 it would just be easy.
Well, now you know better.
I was just like, can we just clear this all out now so I can chill?
I mean there's definitely ways that you can, you know, release the suffering. Because nobody, you see, like suffering is a choice. Nobody you know, is making anybody suffer. Like I could have five people with the same exact trauma. And the level of suffering in these people is going to be very, very different. So it's really the suffering that people are trying to run away from.
How do we stop suffering?
Oh God. There's not like one easy answer to how we stop suffering. I believe the easiest way is actually into the pain, not running away from it. So not the middle path of Buddha actually. Although that's a very beautiful path path just, you know, it's a full on spiritual commitment path which most people are not even going to want to pursue. So it's going into the pain instead of running away from it. That's the fastest way. Because the more we resist something, the more obviously it persists. And that's why people stay in this like blocked zone sometimes for decades because they're not willing to face the pain for that one night and just cry all the tears and just face the music and be honest with themselves and admit to their deeper truths and admit to their, the, the fact that, you know, certain things are not met expectations, etc. Right. So go towards the pain. So shadow work and parts work really is how to stop suffering.
Yeah, I feel like just crying those uncried tears, feeling that unfelt anger like going into it, just like being on your Floor crying and like witnessing yourself in that, like seeing yourself in the mirror and you, you, you appreciate yourself so much. You're just like, oh my God, I'm such a precious being, you know. And it just like gives you so much compassion. And I find those on your knees moments, those breaking points are huge shifts in your life. Like I have noticed like those true times where I'm like crying so hard on the, on the ground. Like in full like surrender of just like spirit lead me is like a.
New chapter unlocks always because it's almost like everything is being recycled out of your system when you're in that massive surrender. So it's surrendering to the path really, right? Full on surrender to the path. Like whatever the path is. And even if you think it really sucks in the moment, it's going to get better because there is light at the end of the tunnel always.
Okay, okay, I want to get into surrender for a sec. So I used to think before I was like, I don't understand the word surrender. That makes no sense to me because if my mom surrendered, she would have never fled Iran. If people surrendered, they would have never overcome their hardship. So in my lineage, in my life, it's been about going against the odds, doing the hard thing, having courage. And that's how we've achieved everything.
Right?
So that was my path. Then after my divorce, it was something out of my control. You know, he's cheating on me, there's literally nothing I could do except the action I took, which was get a divorce. And then it, that's when I fully understood what surrender was about. Like just there's nothing I could have done differently and just surrender to if this is happening, this is meant to happen for something so much greater. And I was meant to experience this level of heartbreak, to have the greatest heart opening of my life. And I went and into this surrender path. And now two years later, I can see how being on a surrender path can also like hold you back from being honest with yourself and instead being like, well let's just see how things play out. Yeah, you know, which is a slower path. And for me it's sometimes like, let's say you're starting a new relationship, you know, and you're like, it's really great in these ways, but like there are these things about it that are, are, you know, not so great. But let me not think about it. Let me be grateful. Let me just focus on the positive. Let me stay in the flow, Let me give it time. You know, it's probably My anxious detection style, it's probably my trauma, it's probably this, it's probably that. And then, so we like, whether it is actually calming ourselves down and coming back into neutral or gaslighting ourselves, you know, could be a combination of both. And I have found that it's like sometimes finally, when I voice the discomfort, but then it's like, well, now I can't be on the path of surrender. Now I have to do the uncomfortable thing. I have to end the relationship, have the hard conversation, take the bold action. So that doesn't feel like surrender. It actually feels like just sticking it out.
Yeah, absolutely. So what you're grappling with, it's one of those, like, almost like spiritual myths. Sometimes I think in spirituality, we get ourselves too much down this rabbit hole of trying to become one thing. Too much. Yeah. Surrender is the feminine way. Action is the masculine way. You're not meant to be just one or the other. That's why you have a mom and a dad. Both energies run in you. So depending on where you find yourself in a particular point in time, surrender may be the best advice I give you or the worst advice that I give you, depending on the circumstances. Because sometimes your masculine really needs to come out, and it should be the opposite of surrender. Right. And sometimes it's the feminine. The reason we brought up surrender was because we were talking about the points of resistance specifically to a particular energy. So in this case, like, something has already. Something bad, quote, unquote, has already happened. The more you resist that, the more it, you know, the suffering is just going to be there for you forever. That is the time where surrender is really the only answer.
So it's something that's already happened. You just have to accept it. You just have to make peace with it because there's no changing that. You got to surrender.
Right? And it's almost like that surrender, like, if it's a proper one, it can last you three minutes. If that's the deep surrender to what is, it's like, in other words, you fight, you stop fighting. What is, you get clarity around, okay, like, my husband left me or whatever. My husband cheated on me or whatever that happened. You know what? Whatever happened, I lost my house. My house burned down. Right. Like, it is a fact. The fact has happened. We cannot fight the fact. We can try to ignore it. We can pretend that it's not there, but the fact is the fact now. So our feminine is here to help us through that surrender on the other side of that portal. What is on the other side of the portal our masculine is gonna have to deal with. Because if your house just burned down, just sitting down and surrendering and like, living outside on the street with your six kids is probably not the answer. I agree.
Yeah. And I feel like a lot of the spiritual community has, you know, like, surrender for me, as a Capricorn was the hardest thing, you know, So I had to really, like, spirit was like, we're gonna anchor this one in until you're just like, hands up, up, you know, radio on, party in the usa. Like, you had to get to that point. And then finally it's just like, okay, just surrender and surrender. And then it's like, now what do I want to create next?
Exactly.
And I feel like that surrender is that like, kalima, burn the house down, let it all go. And now it's like, yeah, you can't live in the ashes forever. And then that. So I feel like a lot of spiritual community struggles with that, the action. Because it almost feels like, like, well, if this is all destined, what's the point? So what do you feel? Because sometimes, especially if I'm in medicine spaces, it feels like everything is destined. Like, the further I go into it, I'm just like this. Every single thing, every single interaction has been destined. And I'm like, I don't know if it's like how the medicine is working with my consciousness that's making me think that way or like, it's just something I'm seeing.
You experience the highest degree of density when you're moving along the same path. Remember how I told you about the three roads? Again, three roads is an overgeneralization. If there is is something like a test, call it a trial or tribulation that that's put in front of you, you don't pass it. You may migrate towards like a lesser optimal timeline. If you pass it with flying colors, you migrate towards the. The better timeline. Things on the same timeline, they're very linear. They kind of. They feel a little bit predetermined. What's not predetermined is which path you're going to walk and how you're going to jump around them. And that is completely free will. And so it's always a hybrid. It. Now you know how they say your calling is going to keep on calling because there are some things that have so much magnetic weight and so much magnetic pool that you could not bypass it if you tried. But again, how you behave in that scenario is going to be very, very different. And that is free will.
For me, before I started this podcast eight years ago. I just kept, like, I would, like, listen to some podcasts and be like, I could totally do that, but, like, I would do it this way. And it kept coming to me, and then I would get this, like, sore throat, and it was like my throat being like. Like, speak, girl, speak, speak. And I just decided to try. Just ordered a 16 microphone on Amazon, and I'm just, like, sitting at my desk and like, hey, guys, this is. I just made everything up that day. The graphic, this, that, and I just started. And I feel like that was that intuitive nudge that. I wonder if it was inevitable for me to start this podcast. Or maybe I was just meant to share my voice in a specific way. But I feel what I've gotten good at is, like, when I get a little. Little urge or a nudge. And look, there's tons of things I've tried that have not become this podcast either. Right? But to give it a try just because it's the only way, you'll see how it goes.
And for you, if you didn't say yes to that calling, it would have been a recurring theme. Like, it would be like a bad penny or a good penny that it just would have. It would have kept showing up. It's like, not something that you could have resisted. If you tried, you could have said no. And, you know, depending on how long your cycle is, and different cycles are very different. Different meaning. Like, if you say something that you're meant to do comes your way, your cycle may be every five days it comes in, or maybe every five years that comes in. Really does depend.
It comes in cycles.
Yeah. And. And you would have gotten it again and again and again until you would have said yes. Or your time would have run out. One of the other, you know, would have happened.
Because I hear from a lot of my students, they're like, I wanted to start a podcast back in 2017, but I didn't. And now I feel like it's too late. Late because it's. They've been getting that ping for eight years, you know, so for people who are listening to this, who maybe feel like they have a hard time taking action on those little pings they get, what do you suggest?
It's never too late. If you are alive and breathing, that means that it's perfect timing. And the amount of cheering on the other side of, like, with the spirit guides, if you finally do what they've been wanting you to do for so long is exorbitant. So your soul is going to thank you. I don't believe in like, you know, running out of time or there is like a perfect time for something. The perfect time is today, right now. The moment, this moment in time is always perfect.
Do you think we can, like, burn through karma in a certain area of our lives? Like maybe we went through a lot of hardships in relationships and then we kind of burned through the karma there and now we're smooth sailing or with our careers, et cetera.
Absolutely. And you know, usually that is what happens, right. Like, if you really focus on something for a decade, there is no chance that you're not going to make any progress. Progress. So at some point, you know, this area of your life is probably going to achieve some level of equilibrium and you're going to be on to the next one, onto the next frontier, onto the next challenge. Or at least if it's a challenge in relationships, it's going to morph itself. For instance, it started as a relationship with a mom or dad, then it morphed to a relationship with a significant other. Now it's the children. Right. So it may dress itself up differently.
I've heard that what you don't heal within yourself, you will heal within your relationship, but you don't heal within your relationship, you'll heal within your child.
Child, or you don't heal, unfortunately, which is also a very likely scenario. Yeah.
So then do our children choose us to be our ultimate triggers?
We both choose each other to be our, you know, meaning both the parent and the child are trigger triggers for one another. So.
Absolutely interesting because I'm like, yeah, for sure. I could be the ultimate trigger for my parents. And then I'm just like, that's why I really want kids then, you know. But it's like, yeah, I guess it's just the only way. It's not the. So what about, what do you think about like, choosing our children, not choosing out children?
Right now we're at a moment in time where a lot of loops are being closed and a lot of souls choose to go child free. And that's completely aligned. We're actually at a moment in time where Gaia is. Gaia planet is closing up a lot of lineages. So there's been a call for a lot of lineages to cease so that new lineages can come and be birthed. And that's another way for the planet to start releasing the karma. Karma. And so you're going to see a lot, a lot more souls coming through. Choosing to be child free because it enables kind of like the reset. I don't know how much you think about this concept of like life and death. A lot of people are really scared of death. Death is something that enables life. Because here's, here's kind of like the analogy that I like to use. Imagine there was a cauldron and in this cauldron was 100% of energy of life. And imagine there's like, I don't know, a being, right, that call it source, I guess in this case, although usually I see this as a goddess in this example, and the goddess just distributes little particles of life so everybody can have a life at one point. The cauldron is going to become empty. The only way for that cauldron to stop being empty is for the goddess to collect back the sparks. And that's called death. Death is really the bringing back to the center that energy of life so that it can be redistributed again. So that's what kind of we're witnessing. And it's going to, to this is only the trend that's going to keep on going just doesn't it? By the way, not only spiritual people are child free, right? A lot of other people are choosing to be child free. Only going to become more of a trend from here. It's because it's the process of gathering the energy back. So in, you know, in the new earth, call it the new consciousness, new lineages can be birthed and those are going to be very different vibrationally.
Can you tell us about Christ consciousness?
Christ consciousness in my mind is a perfect equilibrium between masculine and feminine. So if you look about, you know, at the cross, which is really where the whole Christ cross thing initially came through and maybe actually let me take a step back. What people think Christ consciousness is, is all about love and self sacrifice. The way I perceive Christ consciousness is the equilibrium between the masculine and the feminine. The vertical axis of the cross is your masculine axis. Axis. That is what connects you to call them the higher spheres, right? That's what connects you to God, to source, etc. Your masculine axis is all about your sovereignty. It's all about your action. It's knowing who you are and knowing that you are able and willing to act on your own behalf in accordance with who you are and what you want. That's the axis of sovereignty. The horizontal axis is the feminine axis. I call it the axis of togetherness. And that's really like how women usually think. Like you know, the tribal conscious, like kind of like when give everybody a warm hug, like a very feminine Energies of like, it's not just about me, it's about all of us. And it's about, you know, other people and bringing them into the fold and being the magnet and being the glue that holds the tribe together. That's the axis of togetherness. They merge in our physical bodies, in our higher heart, which is the thymus gland, which is why heart is the epitome and the symbol for Christ consciousness. Jesus led with a heart. A lot of people who are leading without Christ consciousness are very heart centered. But it's not the lower heart we're talking about the higher heart. What is the higher heart? It is that source. And it's essentially a portal into infinite universal love. And it's one of the portals to source consciousness. Right. So for me, Christ consciousness is having both of these axes intact. Having your masculine energies, your sovereignty, and having your love and togetherness all operational to the best degree that you can. And like walking in that energy would be Christ consciousness so fully. Like, it's like having yourself fully and having this world fully at the same time, not one or the other. And I think a lot of people mistake Christ consciousness for like the lack of self and the presence of other. But that's really not the only way to love another. Like you can hold 100% of who you are and your values and why you came here, and you can hold every person on this planet at the same breath. They don't have to be mutually exclusive. Right. So again, it's leading from the heart, but only from a place of full sovereignty and embracing everybody else. So truly Christ consciousness is oneness, is the experience of oneness in an incarnated body.
So beautiful. Thank you for sharing that. And something you shared with me last night was about how this realm is really related to love. And so a lot of people are taught that love is all about giving and giving, and many of us are running on depleted energy reserves. Can you share more about that?
Yeah, this was actually a very, very deep insight. And I was in such a state of resistance. So I came into this incarnation with a very big martyr archetype and a very big savior archetype.
I feel like most of us spiritual women have that.
Yeah. And it runs in my lineage. And it's so deep that no matter how many past life regressions I do, there's that martyr is still very much alive in me. It's like such a big, big, big chunk of who I am. And so in great in my psyche, which is why I even aligned with this lesson in this lifetime. Was I, you know, I'm here for everybody else and you know, where else can I help? How else can I serve? I'm not serving enough. And I was driving myself crazy that I wasn't serving enough. And then I realized that I got myself to such a depleted place trying to do three times the workload of a, you know, a happy human being or a normal human being. And that at one point there more go in me and I am such a high energy person that to even get to that level was mind boggling. Like how did I get here and what is wrong? Because I don't want to wake up, I don't want to do anything. And like, yeah, I have a channel, but I don't want to write my books, I don't even want to show up my work. Like I don't want to do anything. And so I started to unwinding it back to try to understand, to piece it back. Like, where did I go wrong? And I went back as far as our hierarchy, right? So like essentially source consciousness, our immediate source consciousness and the values that we have in our hierarchy of light. Love is very much a value, but where things are going off a little bit in our hierarchy. And by the way, ours is not the only one. There are many other hierarchies of light. Love is not the only way to perceive the world. It's a very beautiful way. I very much subscribe to that ideology that love is going to fix everything. However, I do find that and what I found once I got to the very top, top, I realized that, you know, God, even in, in our hierarchy, God was so giving that one point, even God got depleted. Which is a really, really crazy thought because we never think of God as depleted. But that was the energy that I was getting from God. God was depleted. And when I talked to God, I was like, God, why are you so depleted? And he said, because I was overly giving, I gave too much. And then he showed me that what is going to happen now is the reversal of, of that. So the, the give everything and forget about ever. Like, you know, the need for reciprocity, that's actually not good and it leads to depletion. And so really everything is meant to be an energy exchange. Because when we exchange energy instead of just give, give, give and not take, that's when we can give in perpetuity. We never run out of things. I've also noticed like with my martyr architecture type, it's not that gratitude wasn't coming my way. It's not that love wasn't coming my way. I had borders and barriers towards receiving. It's like, I would give all of this stuff for free. Like, all the content, all of the meditations. I would not feel gratitude. Not because people were not feeling gratitude for my content. Because as somebody who was set up in the all give and no take mode, I was depriving myself of the gratitude. And I got so, you know, and when I actually decided to break that cycle cycle, I realized how much unclaimed gratitude there was in my auric field. It blew my mind, but I was depriving myself of that.
You being grateful or people being grateful?
People being grateful to me that I was not taking. And so I was sitting.
Were they sending you messages or just energetically everything messages?
And again, like, it's like you would read a message, somebody telling you, like, you've changed my life. Thank you so much. And you don't feel anything. And it's not because you're heartless. It's because for a lot of us, you know, on. On this path of giving, we're like, but that's expected of me, of course. Like, I would do that. Like, duh. Like, that's why I'm here. But then I'm like, but wouldn't it be so much nicer to take something that's been giving to you? Like, if somebody sends you gratitude, why not take that? And I noticed that when I started taking gratitude in, my cup became full. And I very quickly snapped out of this, and I came back to you wanting to give even more. More. But it starts with allowing yourself to take what you deserve instead of repelling it, rejecting and saying, you know, Christ didn't take. You know, he died on. On the cross. And so I, you know, I'm gonna die on my proverbial cross, you know, Although nobody asked me. That's the funny part, right?
And that's the thing of people don't realize they're taking. I think we've all been in a position that we were taking, but you don't realize it because you're like, oh, well, they're giving, so they must like to do this. And it's often until the giver is like, okay, I. I've given too much. I'm depleted. And, like, puts the boundary that we're like, oh. And I do think that reciprocal energy is so needed because when I tap into, like, my core, like, very feminine root, I'm just like, I just want to give everything. I want to give my womb, my body, my everything devoted to my husband. To my children, to Earth. Like, I can, like, so go into that. And I love praying for people and doing offerings for people. And this, like, I love it, gives me joy to give. Give me joy to do volunteer work, et cetera. And I guess I don't find it so much in something like volunteer work that's literally meant to give. But when it comes to friendships, relationships, partnerships, that kind of thing, like, you can feel when someone's not grateful. You can feel when you're giving someone something and they don't really say thank you, and then you're kind of like, huh, okay. Well, I'd have compassion for them. Maybe their parents never taught them to say thank you. Or, you know, but then it makes you not want to give to them anymore because it feels like it's like being taken for granted, you know? And I feel as women especially, you know, it's like the way that we love is to give, you know, and it's like we have so much endless love to give that it becomes like mothering, smothering. Like, that. Nurturing can be so much. And what I'm trying to really sit with is, like, when I love someone, I just want to, like, give them everything, you know, and it's like to really find someone that equally has that giving of an energy. But then I wonder, I'm like, do.
Men even have that? Yeah, yeah, it's real. I mean, it's actually ironic because men borrow their energies from their. Their heart energies from their mother. So what you're looking for is a man whose mother was extremely giving to him with an extremely active heart center.
No more mommy issues. Okay. No. It's hard, though, because I never want to make someone, like, wrong for how their parents were because it's like, you know, So I think that's the challenge because then a lot of us women are like, oh, his mom. But, like, what are we going to realistically do? I think it's like how we heal, but it just feels like in relationships we see time and time again the woman gives, gives, gives and reaches threshold where. And often it's after she has children, where she's like, I'm giving. I'm taking care. I'm this, I'm that. And I am not receiving anywhere near an equal energy exchange. And that's when she's packing the bags and ready to walk out of the door. And sometimes it takes that.
Yeah.
For the partner to stand up.
Yeah. There's absolutely nothing wrong with giving. In fact, you know, again, like, I operate as often as I Can I operate from oneness? And oneness is giving, but at the same time it's never giving to your own detriment. And it's almost like as a women and as a society, sometimes we don't know what that boundary is like. So it's easy to cross into this land of no return, where the compass so empty that it's going to take so long to even refill it. And my point is we're meant to be creator beings. And creator beings, it's an energy intensive archetype type. And it takes energy to create, it takes energy to be happy. If you're depleted, not going to be happy, because the energy cannot rise up to the happy centers. And so really, again, boundaries. You know, you and I spoke a lot about boundaries over the past, I feel like 24 hours has been the word that I repeated, like more times than I think I repeated in my last.
Apparently I struggle with that one. Sorry.
Yeah. But I think understanding where that boundary is and rebuilding those boundaries, because nobody's going to do that for you. It's like the sacred work that you can only do for you yourself.
And I feel especially for spiritual people, we never want to be that person. That's like, no is a full sentence. You know, it can feel so lacking in empathy. And I always want to be the person that people feel safe to come to or can hold space because I, I benefited from that in my life, from others, you know, So I feel this whole boundary world is very, I don't know, convoluted sometimes because it can be so like, like mathematical of like. I mean, I've read some of these boundaries books and I would never say any of that. It's like, no, no, no.
I see why you're resisting.
It's like we're going to become robot people who only care about ourselves with all these.
No, not at all. And also how you communicate. A boundary has to be in the loving way. We always drop into the heart for communication. And no is a full sentence. I, I, funny quote, but imagine you.
Ask me something, I just go, no.
No, obviously say boundaries. Yeah. No, boundaries have to be communicated in a very clear but extremely loving way. And boundaries are best communicated through gratitude. No, through gratitude. It should be like, thank you for, you know, being the teacher in my life and thank you for all the wonderful times and lessons that we've spent together. But I have to move on. Yeah. So it's, it's, it's, you know, it's.
A. Yeah, so give us some boundary prompts. Please.
It depends on the context.
How do you wake up with someone?
Drop into your heart? Sahara. I think how I would break up with someone is share from my heart the role that they played in my life and why without them I would not be the version that I am today. And how I'm so grateful for however long we had together on this earth and I would not trade it for anything. And I see them as this bright light and so grateful for the time that we spent together. Together. And then, you know, obviously I would tell why it's, you know.
So would you actually say these are the needs that are not being met, these are the this and like actually pinpoint all the reasons why? Or do you feel that that's not really necessary? It's just about establishing the boundary. You don't need to. Because some people say over explanation is a trauma response.
It really depends on the person. There's no right answer for every single person. Some people need more explanation and other people would need less. So I would just tune into what the person needs in the moment.
So kind of give the bare minimum and just see if they ask more.
More. Now I again, dropping to the heart doesn't mean giving the very minimum.
No. In terms of explanation, like saying like the most baseline explanation and if they want more, you can go deeper and then like, like write them the list of their shadows that you wrote on your notes app.
You see, I don't.
Well, let me let you know exactly the reasons why. How long do we have now?
It definitely wouldn't go into long winded.
Explanation because sometimes I wonder. It's like, okay, crystal clear communication. It's like, do we actually share every single little thing that's bothering us about someone or is that just kind of like unnecessary?
Is the intention to break up or is the intention to work on the relationship for either? What would you suggest if your intention is to work on the relationship though? Then leave no stone unturned is how I would do do it because every single stone that is unturned is a layer of inauthenticity that stands between you and potentially the, the best relationship of your life. Why would you not pick up that stone that you see is there? I. I definitely would. If we're talking about a breakup. It all depends. Because not every breakup is created equal. Have you dated the person for three days or 30? And that is not the same break? Do you share children with them? Or was it, you know, I don't know, a high school crush? Those are not the same breakup. So I Don't think we can treat every single breakup the same way. If you've lived with a person, especially if you share children, I would err on the side of more explanation, because through the explanation, you're healing their heart. It's like the bond that you're putting on their heart so they don't have to ask themselves why, why, but why? So they can get those answers in that one conversation and move on, truly. Because closure is really impossible for people if they're left with the big whys. And that's why some people get hung up on relationships for decades asking the same questions, not getting the answers from the ether, because the only person that could give them the answer is the person that broke up with them. And so in, you know, having compassion, in this case, I would err on the side of the full thing if they're willing to listen, which is a big if. Yeah.
And I think it's also like in that moment you feel into how much are they available for? You know, I always. I'm someone that I ra. I rather know myself, you know, I'd rather know the uncomfortable, painful truth than not. Some people are not like that, though. You know, I remember one guy I dated briefly, and I was ending it and I was kind of telling him, and he was like, okay, that's enough. He didn't want to know. I was like, wow, this is exactly why we would not work out, honey. You know, but it's like some people don't. And so I was just like, okay, fine, we'll. We'll stop the presentation here. I had the whole PowerPoint ready, but it's okay.
The same capacity to receive as you had the capacity to give in that instance.
Exactly. He needs to learn to really receive the. You know, but as women, we can even find men who want to sit like, and really receive that feedback. Whereas I feel like a lot of men have a hard time taking feedback.
I don't think that it's so much feedback as it's a heart to heart conversation.
Oftentimes I'm not. Not generalizing, but I am. It's the woman want to do the check ins, the women want to have the heart to hearts. The women want to talk about how they're feeling. The women are more attuned with, like, I feel disconnected from you, you know, and it's often the men are like, we don't need to go to therapy. We don't need to do this. We don't. And then it reaches a point that the woman's like, I can't do this anymore. And then he's like, wait, wait, but let's make this work.
I think part of it is what energy you bring to the conversations. A lot of men want to withdraw from. Energy that feels a little bit combative and too emotional because. Because they don't know where to put that in their bodies. They're like, what does she want me to do with this emotion that she just expressed?
Like, where does it go?
And so they're at a loss, like they don't know how to handle. And so part, like the easy part is to withdraw. So I notice with men, like everything else, it's a muscle that you can train. If you're in a, you know, in a committed long term relationship, don't throw everything in the kitchen sink on the guy. Day one. Ease into it, like, because, because over time, the more conversations you have, it's like one minute more and one minute more. It's like a training, it's a muscle that you train. And then all of a sudden you come to him with like strong emotions. All of a sudden he's a container for them. All of a sudden he's present, but he didn't get there day one. And also, the more he cares about you, the more available he's going to be for that. Right. And of course for women, you know, we operate a lot more from the heart just by the virtue of us know, having to love unconditionally when we become mothers. For men, they operate from their solar plexus, right? From the achiever mindset and provider mindset and all that.
Right.
So it's a very different makeup of our energetic structures. Which is not to say that in the right relationship, men actually rise up to the level of the woman in terms of emotional availability. I mean, right. Men are not below, obviously, but in terms of emotional availability, there would be, always match the woman, always, over time, if they care. Right. And so it's like, you know, the feminine energy is like water. And so, you know, you're, you know, you're meant to nurture his heart until he's able to receive you. But you cannot dump a waterfall on him when he's holding an espresso cup. He's going to withdraw, he's going to be like, too much girl.
I've seen some of my friends who are like cancers, you know, they'll like be like crying and all this stuff and like, you can't hold space for me. And the guy's like, I don't know what to do. And it's like, a lot at the very beginning. Too soon.
Yeah. Yes. And also, perhaps he doesn't care enough yet to be like, okay, what about you, darling? How can I make you happy? Yeah. Yeah.
And then I think a lot of us will go the opposite of, like, we want to win him over, you know, so we will, like, process all of our emotional stuff with our friends, and then to him, just be, like, perfect, poised, ready to go.
A form of an authenticity.
Right. And then maybe once you get married, feel comfortable enough, then all the emotions come out. And he was like, whoa, who. Who is this here?
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, we wear so many masks in relationships. The sooner you start at least, you know, like, lowering the guard and, like, at least maybe not fully on removing the mask, but, like, raising it a little bit and, like, showing a true face, the easier it's going to be in the relationship because the true colors always come out.
It's crazy. It's like we go into relationships trying to put our best face forward and, like, win him over. And it's like, that's going to be the person who's actually going to see you at your worst.
Absolutely.
You know, like, that's going to be the person who's holding space for you when your parents pass away. That's going to be the whole. The person who you get sick, God forbid, who will be with you at the hospital. It's like, is this the person that you would want to rely on? You know? And it's like, I feel this whole dating matrix is, like, the total opposite of that, of, like, it's all about lust, and it's not about, like, true, like, lifelong partnership.
Absolutely. And the other part is, like, when we're hiding our true light on. On those, like, first dates, like, when we are hiding our true, like, just the truth of who we are and just trying to conform to a particular archetype, like, trying to be easygoing or whatnot. Of course we're catching the wrong guys. Right. Because we're putting a fake Persona. And so the guy that's actually our guy is not even going to notice our spark because it's hidden 10,000ft under the ocean. And so he's not able to see his match because you're not being the true, authentic version. So essentially, you are robbing yourself of that relationship when you're trying to play pretend. And I know in the moment it's uncomfortable and, like, okay, well, I'm being judged, like, might as well just put best foot forward. But really, that's just Prolongs the suffering.
That was my, my biggest realization on Ayahuasca. If you want to a relationship, it starts with you being real. And the medicine was like, your man can't even find you right now because of how you're presenting yourself. It's like, that's not even who you are. You have your makeup done, your hair done. And I again, I'm on a podcast. Like, I hope he doesn't have me through this. But like, maybe, but that becomes this. Like what it showed me is like a Barbie consciousness.
Yeah.
The presentation is perfect. A Kim Kardashian consciousness. But then it's like perfect. Expecting perfection, everything expecting perfection in the men.
Yeah.
You know, because as a man sees, if you're perfect and your life's perfect and your place is perfect, your friends are perfect, everything's so perfect here. He's gonna be like, well, I can't fit in.
Yeah. As well. Plus, it's also fake because nothing ever is perfect.
Exactly.
Yeah. Yeah.
And also the invitation for someone who is already in a long term relationship who's like, well, I did. I wasn't in my spiritual journey when I got into this. Like, what would you recommend for someone who's maybe gone into it in, in the relationship and wants to create more intimacy for this new version of themselves?
Yeah. There are some relationships that we are meant to grow out of and there are some relationships that we're meant to grow with. If there's. If you are on a spiritual path and you've had your awakening, what have you, and you're just, you know, seeing this other, a whole other world that you've never seen before, you're going to have to eventually onboard your partner into this new reality. It's going to have to happen like the deeper you go into this because otherwise it's going to be a split personality. And again, it's the pretend game. And I think that the true and authentic relationships are built through going through stuff like that together. And if it's meant to be and if they are your forever person, you're going to be a catalyst for their awakening. That is what happened in my relationship. My now husband was an atheist, believed in nothing. Like believed in the material things and making things money and like, you know, becoming a billionaire or what have you. And we went on this wonderful spiritual journey together where he is a completely changed being. But if I never enrolled him in what was going through with me, what I was working on, I would have robbed him of his highest potential too, of his highest timeline of his connection of his insights, of the wonderful being that he has become.
How did you enroll him?
Through sharing of what I was going to through. And you see, I didn't even have to do too much convincing because he was like a. You know, this was very much pre planned. And he also, his soul wanted him to be in the spiritual path. So I guess I had it easy. But even if I didn't, you know, would you really want to be half of yourself in your primary relationship?
So you just share how I just did this meditation. I had these insights and just share that. Not like, you should try it too, or we should do it together. Exactly.
Yeah. No, I was just sharing, like, this is what I'm seeing. The voice is talking to me on. Oh, my God. This is what the voice is saying. And then I'm watching the reaction, and he was interested. He's like, what's the voice saying?
Okay, I'm like, what if someone's like, oh, my God, you're. Yeah, you're crazy. What would you do then?
What would I do? If somebody told me I was crazy and they were my husband, I would keep telling them, because I think that water, you know, molds stone over time. But it does depend on what is the reaction that you're getting. If the reaction is like, completely, hell no know, I just know myself, for me, that that's my boundary. I can never be in a. In a relationship with somebody and. And like, be fake. That's where I draw the line. Like, so for me, unfortunately, the answer would be like, he's not my guy. Cannot change another being. They. They're gonna want to change. Yeah.
And I think also it's like knowing not everyone needs their partner to be as equally involved in their spiritual journey. You know, I think it's. As long as he's not, like, judgmental against it, telling you you're crazy. That's difficult. But if he's like, that's amazing. Good for you, Han. He's not trying to do it too. It's like, that could just be enough.
Yes. And that could be an equilibrium, as long as it is not brushed under the rug and we're pretending it's not there. Right. That's where it becomes dangerous because it's all of this resentment potentially coming through.
Wow. Well, this was such an enlightening conversation. So where can listeners connect with you, watch your YouTube videos and learn from you further and get your book?
