Foreign. Hi everybody, it's Andy Boucher here once again. I'm Red Thunderbolt, woman of the Loon clan, a proud member of Seine River First Nation in Northern Ontario. Trini 3 territory. And can you believe we've been on this journey for a year now? Anyone who knows me knows I work in the area of Indigenous Empowerment and Canadian reconciliation. I believe there's two sides to the feather that Canada carries. On one side is the healing and the power, empowerment and the rejuvenation of our Indigenous peoples. And on the other side the education and changed behavior of non Indigenous people. There's changed behavior on both sides, don't get me wrong, but for the last year, every single month I've shared with you one of 12 personal power principles. And these are the principles I live my life by. They are grounded in my Anishinaabe teachings. And these are the principles and mindsets that have helped me break free of poverty and violence and crushingly low self esteem to live the life I absolutely enjoy now. And I've been sharing them with you because hopefully no matter what your ethnicity or background, these principles can help you. Now I have a surprise for you. I am going to review all the previous 11 and then introduce you to personal power principle number 12. But I have a surprise. If you send me an email and either give me your mailing address or your email address, I have this beautiful card, cardstock, nice and thick, easy to print or easy to frame, hint, hint, hint, that has all 12 personal power principles on it. If you want the cardstock version, I'm going to need your mailing address. And no, it's not going to cost you anything. Just you can email me, give me your mailing address and I'll send it out to you. Consider it an early Christmas gift. Or if you just want the E version, just let me know and I'll send you the file and you can download it and print it any way you want. But enough about that. Don't forget, email me enough about that. Here's a review of the Personal Power Principles. First off, in January we started with the fact that your value is gifted to you on the day you're born and that no one can take it from you unless you give them the power to. So let's just agree to stop doing that on in February. The second month it was another's opinion, past or present is just that. It doesn't diminish your power in any way. It's just their opinion. If I don't like a sweater in the store, the Price doesn't go down. Neither does yours in March. You are not here to prove yourself to anyone else. You're here to live up to who you truly are. And guess what? That is not low. Because Creator doesn't make mistakes and he doesn't make people that are less than. If you're thinking that, that's because you've listened to other people's opinions. It's time to live up to the amazing human you are. And if you need a reminder of that, send me an email in April. Now this is an important one. Everything you need is inside you. But like a seed, your wisdom needs to be nurtured and fed. Feed it and it will grow along with your confidence. And if you look back at past videos on my YouTube channel, you're going to see how to feed your wisdom in May. Teach others how to treat you. If you want them to be kind to you, be kind to you. If you want them to respect you, respect you, show them how. That one literally changed my life in June. Give others time to get used to you. They've never met anyone like you before. Give them time to adjust. I know when I meet new people they often want me to be quieter or shyer. They just haven't met me. I'm not going to change who I am, just going to give them time to adjust. July Be your best self. Always. If you fail, do the next conversation, task or day better. Don't beat yourself up. Try again. Tenacity will get you there. August Learn from mistakes. Practice praxis constantly and continuously. And praxis is reflection, an action. Learn from the past. Change your behavior by taking a new action. Don't just talk about it. Do it in September. Commit to leveling up in some way every year. Don't just get older. I'm 57 years old and I am definitely still leveling up in October. Celebrate every single success by yourself. For yourself. High five. The air. Scream with glee. You earn the applause. So learn to give it to yourself freely. And by the way, hint hint. If you start celebrating every little success, that's how you start building your wisdom. One of the ways building your self confidence. It's worth it. November, last month. You will forever be limited by the barriers you choose to defend. Which brings us to December and the brand new personal power principle. And here it is. Remember, you are more experienced now than ever before. Act like it. We have a full month to talk about this. Give or take a couple weeks around the holidays. I'm going to explain this in detail to you. So that you can use it to make your life even more amazing. Don't forget, email me if you want a copy of the 12 personal power principles. And while I'm at it, I have a question for you. I am considering turning the 12 personal power principles into a calendar. Would that be something you'd be interested in? Would you like a calendar? Would you be interested in purchasing a calendar? Email me. Or if you're watching this on YouTube, or you can go to YouTube, comment on the video, I would love to know. I think it'd be a great ideal. I mean, the principles aren't just for one year. The more we do them, the more better we get at it. Until next week. Take care of you. I love you. Bye. Bye.
