Do you believe I am live? Although who never knows? I. Oh well, screen's changing again. I do believe I'm live now. Ha. So, hello everybody. Once again, I never give you notice of these things, do I? That's kind of fun on my part. I'm Sandy Boucher, Mishko Pognon. Quite n addition cost Mungdo Dam. I'm Red Thunderbolt, woman of the Loon clan, a proud member of Seine River first nation in Treaty 3 territory in Northern Ontario in. And I have some updates for you because the summer I may not be out on the road doing a ton of seminars and trust me, I miss you guys because I love being out there. But it doesn't mean I get to accomplish things behind the scenes. And that's what I wanted to talk to you about today. First off, someone's here. I see a viewer, don't know who you are. Say hi. I'd love to say hi to you anyways, if you can. Of course. Course. If you're hiding at work, maybe don't do that. Anyways, what did I want to talk about? Tomorrow is the first lunch and learn. I am so pumped about that. So this summer, this July, I am doing a series of four lunch and learns. You can come to all four and save money by buying the set or you can bop into any one of them. The best part, it's Tracy. Hello, Tracy. How are you? She sent me a big wave, so here's a big wave for you. Love that you're here. The best part about the lunch and learns that you may not realize if you sign up for a lunch and learn and for some reason you can't make it. And of course I would really wish you were there because then you can ask questions, but if you can't make it, you're getting a recording of the event anyways, which means you're going to get the information whether you can attend or not. This is a no win or all win scenario. So. So just putting that out there so you can still buy the full set. Tomorrow is. I'm looking at my other monitor here to make sure I give you the right info. Tomorrow is all about how to be a great ally. I know a bunch of you want to know how to do that. I'm going to tell you how to do that. On the 14th we're going to talk about land acknowledgments because Holy moly's. That's a discussion we need to have. There's a lot of really crappy land acknowledgments out there. You. You don't want to be one of the people using one of those on the 21st. What do you do when you're in an environment and someone says something racist like you're in a coffee shop or the lobby of a movie theater as an ally, what can you do? I have some suggestions for you. And they work. And on the 28th safe spaces. We all need safe spaces. Indigenous people need safe space spaces. If you want them in your establishment, you need to know it's a safe space and you may be surprised that yours isn't. We're going to talk about that on the 28th. So all of that comes up now. If you have signed up, you might be freaking because you don't have the link yet. You're going to get an email this afternoon because I didn't want to get it lost in your inbox because we all know how many emails we get. So this afternoon I'm going to send you an email with the link to the event. And then to make it super easy for you, I'm going to send it again tomorrow morning, probably an hour before the event. So you don't need to be searching for the email. I'm going to make it super easy for you. Yay. What else is new? I have been working diligently. We all know Honorary Indian. My first book got pulled because there were some things in that book that needed to change. It was my first. I was totally a novice. I've decolonized since then and it was time for that book to decolonize. So I am just finishing that process. By tomorrow, the end of Friday it'll go off to my editor. Make sure I didn't do any typos. Like the content will be sent, but she's going to make sure there's no typos and things. And once that's done, it is ready for print. And trust me, I will be announcing when that happens. Probably aim for September for that to happen. What else is going on? The I am working on getting all of the 2022 blog posts into the membership. The only place they exist. They are not. Unless you want to do some serious hunting on social media and that would be time consuming. That's the only place you're going to get them. And guess what else is going into the membership? Do you remember Honorary Indian? The audio version? Me reading that book? You betcha. One Sonorary Indian Decolonized comes out. The versions of the audio posts will be in the membership. I am so excited. The membership's getting better every single day. Which is why if you are interested in reconciliation, you need to be in there. Just by reading the daily blog posts and watching the videos, that's a great step. But there's all the other the PDFs, the past blog posts, the video courses, all of that are in there for one low price. I mean, you just can't beat that. So that's my update for right now. God only knows what I will have done by next week. But thank you so much for coming out. Feel free to watch the replay of this. You still have time to sign up. Just go to sandy boucher.com click on shop. All the lunch and learns are in the very first line. Easy for you to find. I can't wait to work with the people that have signed up tomorrow at the very first lunch and learn when we talk about how to be a great ally. And by the way, showing up for a training like this, that's a great step to being a great ally. Until tomorrow for those I'll be working with until tomorrow, a blog post for everyone else. I love you. Take care. Talk to you soon. Bye bye.
