Hi, everybody. Sandy Boucher here, and welcome back to my world. Been thinking about you. Then in the middle of one of my most insane weeks, my book launch. My official book launch is tomorrow night. And I've been racing around, answering questions, working with the organizers to get the last details in place. And it's been exciting, it's been exhilarating, it's been amazing, and in some ways, a little scary. You see, this is a dream I've had for over 10 years, and I'm about to realize it. I'm about to stand in front of a room and celebrate my book. And that is something I've dreamed of for so long. And it's actually the reason for my video today. Not to to promote my book, but to talk about fear. I think we've all been scared at some point. You're scared to meet that someone new. You're scared to walk in on your first day of school or your first day on the job. And you might be scared for a lot worse reasons. As a survivor of domestic abuse, I can remember being scared from my very life. And I can remember some pretty dark nights where I was scared that I wouldn't be able to pull it off. And I wouldn't be able to feed my children or keep them safe. And that's a whole different level of fear. And that's my point. You can't go through life without being afraid. It's a fact of life. So why not be afraid and anxious and nervous because your dreams are coming true? Don't let fear rob you of life, because the reality is your life will end. My life will end. We only get so much time. And you know what? I'm gonna sign up for the fear and the nervousness so that I can have those days on top of the mountain. It's so very worth it. And in comparison to the dark days, the days in the sun trump them like you wouldn't believe. I hope you're having amazing day. I hope you're doing something that has you a little nervous, a little excited, a little on the edge, a little further out from your comfort zone. Have a great day. I'm thinking of you. Bye. Bye.
