Foreign. Hi, everybody. Boojoo Mishko Pogganong Kwai Nadishnikas mundodem My name is Sandy Boucher. I'm Red Thunderbolt, woman of the Loon clan, a proud member of Seine River First Nation in Northern Ontario Treaty 3 territory. And I am thrilled to be here once again, this time to introduce you to personal power principle number 11. And can you believe that it's November and we're already on principle number 11? When where did 2021 go? No complaints. I've had an absolutely amazing year, and I do hope you can say same. And if you who haven't, my heart goes out to you. I hope that 2022 is so much better for you, whether you've had a great year or not. I hope 2022 is a better year for you. Now, this one is everything. This one hits home. This one I have been saying for years, this one is in my very first book. That's how long I've been saying this. And you know what? This principle actually came about as a result of the people I met in seminar and the things they would share with me. This principle just kept popping into my head, so I had to share it with you. And do you think I've built it up enough? It's probably time that I shared it with you. So here it is, Personal power principle number 11. You will forever be limited by the barriers you choose to defend. My mom used to always say, wisdom is simple. We make things difficult. And this one is as simple as it gets. But. And of course, as always, I'm going to take the months to explain this to you and help you integrate it into your own life. But until we speak again, I want you to start noticing how many times you defend the things that are going to stop you. When someone tells you you can do this. If you respond with all the reasons why you can't, you're defending your barriers. Start noticing. Not to beat yourself up, but just to be aware of what you're doing to yourself. So start noticing how often you do that. And even more if you have kids or grandkids that you're trying to empower. You have a partner that you're trying to support. Start noticing how often they defend their barriers. I know from being a motivational speaker and working across Canada for more than 12 years now, a lot of people do this, and then they wonder why they can't achieve their dreams. No Olympic athlete, no athlete of any kind has ever won a medal by telling themselves they're going to lose. So my friends. That's the question of the week. How often are you defending your barriers? We'll talk more next week. One more time. Just so you don't forget it. Here is personal power principle number 11. You will forever be limited by the barriers you choose to defend. Take care of yourself, my friend. Until next week. And don't forget, pay attention to what you and your loved ones are saying. I'll see you soon. Bye. Bye.
