Foreign. Hi everybody. Sandy Boucher here once again. I'm Red Thunderbolt, woman of the Loon clan, a proud member of Seine River First Nation in Northern Ontario Treaty 3 territory. And I'm here this week with a brand new principle. We're in the eighth month of the year, so it only makes sense that we're looking at the eighth personal Power principle. And you, my friend, have waited long enough. Here it is. Learn from mistakes. Practice praxis. Constantly and continuously. Reflection and action. Praxis. P R A X I S is the word we're going to be focusing on this month. It is the practice of reflecting back on your day, your life, the meeting you just had, deciding what you learned from that. What could you do better? What did you knock out of the park? And the most important part is changing your behavior because of what you learned. Now, we are notorious for beating ourselves up. We notice when we don't do something right, but it is equally as important to notice the things we struggled with. We have to be way more conscious, mindful, aware of what is going on in our lives. And by the way, for all of you who str struggle with low self esteem and confidence, praxis is how you build your wisdom by honestly reflecting on your day. And here's what I want you to start doing when you reflect back on your day, imagine that it was the day of your daughter or your son or someone you love. If they had done the day like you, what would you congratulate them on and celebrate with them because they knocked it out of the park. And what would you realize they need help with? Maybe they need new skills, or maybe they need compassion and caring. And then maybe you could give yourself what you need. Isn't that a much kinder way to look at your life? If you you want more compassion and caring and love in your life, give yourself more compassion and caring and love. And praxis is a great way to start that principle. Now, we're going to be discussing this for the entire month, so I'll have a bunch of little examples for you. There is a workbook, as always, get on my email list if you want to be filling in these workbooks and helping yourself. Adopt these personal power principles. These are the principles that help me move my life from domestic violence and poverty to my dream existence. I am one of those crazy people living their best life. That's what I would wish for you until next week, my friend. Take care of you, I love you. And hear one more time is principle number eight. Learn from mistakes. Practice Praxis. Constantly and continuously reflection and action. You got this. I believe in you. See you next week. Bye. Bye, Sam.
