This is a short YouTube video (Jan 2, 2025) by Sandi L Boucher in which she re-introduces herself as a member of Seine River First Nation and announces that 2025 will be her year-long focus on Indigenous Canadian reconciliation. She presents a simple "reconciliation equation" (H + W = R), points viewers to a January 6 video for details, and explains she is reorganizing her channel into four groups (education, engagement/recruitment/retention, Indigenous empowerment, and Q&A/descendant-specific content) to make resources easier to find; she also offers seminars and workshops with a no-shame, no-guilt approach.

Hello, you absolutely amazing person, you.
In case you don't know who I am, I'm Sandy Boucher.
Mishko Pagnon Kwei Nadishna Kas Mundo Dam. I'm Red Thunderbolt, woman of the Loon clan, a proud member of Seine River First Nation in Treaty 3 territory in Northern Ontario.
And for the last 15 years, I.
Have dedicated my time, energy and passion.
To to Indigenous Canadian reconciliation. But the truth is, you can't teach.
A community or a province or a.
Country how to get along if you.
Can'T figure out how to get a.
Committee of 10 people to get along.
You can't talk about national reconciliation. You haven't upped your game on personal intimate reconciliation.
Whether that's with your partner, with your.
Adult children, with your teenager, with your.
Colleague or co worker or your next door neighbor, or even with your past.
Or your changed future.
In 2025, I am focusing everything on reconciliation. We're going to start by introducing the reconciliation equation.
H + W equals R. Reconciliation.
Now, if you're not sure what that means, you gotta check out the January 6th video. Trust that we're going to be expanding on it throughout the year. And by the way, if you've been following my work for a while, you.
May have noticed my YouTube channel has changed.
I'm slowly reclassifying all of the videos.
Into four groups to make it easier.
For you to find what you need.
The first group, Understanding Indigenous People.
Those are your basic education videos.
Next, focusing in on Indigenous engagement, recruitment or retention.
That's skills you need.
Indigenous empowerment is next because without the healing of Indigenous people, reconciliation just cannot happen.
And of course it's going to pop up again.
So every now and then we got to talk about those Indigenous particular Indians and descendants. I'm here to answer your questions and offer you guidance. No shame, no guilt. That's what I offer in my seminars and workshops.
And that's the name of the game.
Here on my YouTube channel. I cannot wait to go on this journey with you.
