Hi again. Sandy Boucher here. I was just. I just got home from the gym, actually, and I was just changing and enjoying a nice hot shower and just really enjoying the feeling of pride. I was really proud of myself. I mean, I had gone to the gym and I had worked out really hard, and I just love the way that feels. And then, of course, my mind went to you. And my first thought was, I wonder, when was the last time you did something that you were proud of? And as I ran with that thought, I was wondering, if you said you were proud in yourself, proud of yourself, would that be enough motivation to get you to go to the gym or get you to eat healthier or to get you to take a chance on that new career or whatever it is that you. You're nervous, but you want? And then I realized for a lot of people, that probably isn't enough. But if I said your child is really proud of you or your parents are really proud of you, it might be more motivation. And that's when I realized we have got to stop looking to outside forces for validation. One day, the most freeing day of your life, you will realize the only person you have to make happy is you. And that by doing things for your sake, to take care of you, to make yourself happy, will make those that love you happy in turn. All they want is for you to take care of you. We all know the selfless friend that gives and gives and gives and never thinks of themselves. They always think of everyone else. And of late, I realized just how empty their giving is. How can. I've had those friends and they've told me that I've got to look after myself and I'm going to stand up for myself. And. And their words were empty because they were coming from someone who didn't practice what they preached. Don't tell me I'm valuable if you're not treating yourself the same. If you don't believe you're valuable, why would I think or why would you believe I am? I am valuable. I am worth taking care of. And by that example, I teach my children the same thing. And that's a lesson I am proud to share with the world. Think about it, my friend. You deserve to feel good about yourself just for yourself. Not to prove it to anyone else. Just for you. I'm thinking of you. Love you. Bye. Bye.
