Hi everybody. Sandy Boucher here and welcome back to my world. It's been a while since I did a video, but I didn't want you thinking that I wasn't thinking of you. Because I have been. Today is January 28th. The first month of the year is almost over. And I'm wondering how many of you made New Year's resolutions? Or more specifically, I'm wondering how many, many of you have already given up on those new plans and dreams you had for the New Year. I'm sitting here today living proof that those dreams can be achieved. Let's never mind the fact that I used to be well over 200 pounds and have achieved health goals and fitness levels that I never dreamed possible. Let's forget the fact that I did all that well into my 40s. What I want to focus on today is the fact of this. The fact that this week my first book rolled off the presses and I've spent the week doing readings from my book. Signing books for people that are near and dear to me. Signing books for people that just wanted me to sign them and ordered them off my website. I'm 45 years old and I've achieved a 10 year dream. So don't tell me you're too old. Don't tell me it's too hard. Because you will decide whether you're going to achieve that dream or not. There's going to be hills, there's going to be challenges. Nowhere. Did anyone say life was going to be easy? But your persistence is a direct measure of your belief in yourself. So don't give up. I don't want you to give up. I didn't give up. And you know what? I'm just a small town northern girl raised by sawmill workers. Poverty line existence when I was growing up. A happy, healthy home. But we weren't rolling in money. I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth and I did it. You can achieve your dreams. That's what I'm thinking of today. That's what I want for you. So go back and get back on that bandwagon and reinvest in your dreams. They're waiting there for you. They're waiting for you to achieve them. I hope you're having an amazing day and I, as amazing as mine. Talk to you soon. Bye bye.
