Okay, I'm not in the gym anymore. I'm actually dressed and showered and all that fun stuff. Actually, when I'm shooting this video, I'm shooting it in advance. When you watch it on Tuesday, I'm actually going to be in Kenora helping some amazing people build amazing relationships and hopefully with me as well. But today I wanted to do something slightly different in that I'm going to direct this video to, to a group that I don't normally target and that is the people of Ontario. Now I'm not talking to the die hard conservatives, that kind of applies all of the time. But I'm wondering, people of Ontario, when it comes to voting, are you confused? Because I think I'm confused. Let's talk about it. Bonjour Mishkal Paganan Kwei Nidhishnikas mundodem hi everybody. My name is Sandy Boucher. I'm Red Thunderbolt, woman of the Loon clan, a proud member of Seine River First Nation in Treaty 3 territory in Northern Ontario. And for the last 15 years I have dedicated my time and energy and passion and wisdom and, and whatever, everything I got to Indigenous Canadian reconciliation. I believe in the strength and resilience and the value of indigenous peoples from a wide variety of nations, all the nations. And I believe in Canadians. I just believe there's a lot of misinformation, missing information, stereotypes and just baggage out there that is stopping us from working together in a respectful way. There's people that actually believe that one statement or one attribute can be applied to an entire group which is the definition of a stereotype fits into the definition of insanity too as far as I'm concerned. So that's what I've been doing. And by the way, just, I'm just gonna randomly put this out there. A while ago I left Meta. You saw my consideration in yesterday's video. I have actually returned to Facebook only. Not threads, not Instagram for a variety of reasons kind of highlighted them. Yesterday I was able to recreate my personal page. My business page is gone. So were the 16,000 followers I had there. So if you're so inclined and interested in what I might post there, you're going to see my morning messages that's launched my career as well as commentary on the day's video. If you're so inclined like and follow the page. Just putting that out there. Now back to the topic of this video. The people of Ontario. So let's start federally. Federally, we know there's going to be an election soon. Got to figure out who's the leader of the Liberals first. And we know Pollyv has a really good shot at the Conservatives getting in as either the minority or majority party and which means Polly have would become our prime minister. The Progressive Conservative party. Is that what they're still called? The Conservative Party? I know there was some amalgamation and not sure on that. Anyways, if you've watched any of my videos of late, you know what I think of that dude, I. Everything that man says scares the daylights out of me. Just, just the. The way he slants things, the way the misinformation. Yeah. Zero interest in supporting that party. But this is why I wanted to talk to the people of Ontario today because in Ontario provincially we have a conservative government led by Doug Ford. I don't understand this man's fascination with alcohol. If anyone can enlighten me on that. We had buck a beer way back when. Then he took certain types of alcoholic beverages and put them in convenience stores to make them easier. And now with Trump talking about all of these tariffs, one of the first things he's what they were gonna pull the US Bourbon I think he said. Brandy bourbon I think it was. And that he's going to give a direction directive to the LCBOs to pull u S products off the shelf. That okay, maybe this is why that Ontario is the highest. The biggest customer for alcoholic beverages. There's something not to be proud of. But so he said, you know, you want to put tariffs among us, I'm gonna. That's one of the ways we're gonna hit you. So forties Conservative. God knows he's done some things that I have an issue with. Forget all the alcohol thing. The biggest one was the green belt when he opened up to his developer friends that you can develop the green belt. The green belt where we get our fruit and vegetables from which could be a really big thing with the Trump tariffs. There's been some really conservative right business, business, business. Doesn't matter what the price was like with the green belt. But I gotta admit and this is where this video comes in. The fact that he's willing to stand up to Trump. I'm all about the doers. Remember I did the video last Friday on just going to sit around and whine and complain and not do anything and not vote then get out of my face. Trump has no in Trump. Ford has no interest in kissing Trump's butt. He has no interest in trying to play nice and get him to play nice. All of the things that dictators need to raise to power, rise to power. So for the first time, dare I say I'm kind of liking that Ford's the premier right now, not for all those other reasons, but for his strong stance against these tariffs and US overstepping, which I mean could be dangerous. But I'd rather lose and have had a stand like gone into the fight as opposed to just kiss butt, kiss bus, kiss butt and still loss. I like the people that are going to fight for what they believe in. And Ford does fight for Ontario, like to the detriment of Ontario sometimes, depending on what the topic is. But so I don't know, I wouldn't want and he's looking at calling a provincial election, which is why this is the discussion of the day. I wouldn't want someone, dare I say softer in that position right now. I like if it's going to be someone else, they have to be just as strong with Trump. I don't want a Daniel Smith. Well for a lot of reasons, but her going to mar a Lago is what I'm referring to in this case. So Ontario people, are you confused? What are your thoughts? I don't know. I mean if you don't like people that stand up to Trump, well, we've got nothing to discuss. That's, that's a group I'm never going to identify with. But is it confusing because I'm definitely not a conservative but I sure like the way forward is selling Trump what he can do with his tariffs. I'm confused. I'm so confused. Help me out here. Dying to hear what your see what your comments are. Like I said, I'm out of town working as you watch this so I will catch up on the comments but help. Wow, these times are confusing. I never thought I would say I'm a Ford fan but right now liking the way he's handling that bullies south of the border. Let me know your thoughts until tomorrow. I love you. Take care. Bye bye.
