Hi, everybody. Sandy Boucher here. I'm sitting here doing my best impression of the Michelin Man. As I'm just about to head out in this -19 degree weather to help my son move. I just wanted to put this brief video out there. I spent the morning reflecting on a conversation I had with one of my cousins. She's a constant source of entertainment for me. She always has me laughing and we have the most amazing discussions as we share our past experiences and what we've learned from those experiences. This morning, our conversation was focusing on the effects of alcohol in our lives and how under the influence of alcohol, you can make some pretty stupid choices. Or you can make choices that seemed like a good idea at the time that you have to deal with the next morning. What I got from that conversation is the fact that we all live a conscious life. Our life is a result of our choices. And for a lot of people, that's a huge responsibility to try to wrap their brain around. It's so much easier to blame the other guy on the highway or your boss or your neighbor or your mother for your unhappiness when no one owes us happiness. That's really up to us. And our lives, as I always say, is a result of the choices we make. Even if we choose to pollute our brains with alcohol. So we make some pretty stupid choices. That was a choice. We chose to drink that much alcohol. We chose to make ourselves vulnerable to people that maybe have some ulterior motives. And we have to deal with and accept that responsibility the next day in the morning light. I live a very conscious life. There are very few things that I didn't consciously make a decision on. And even if I didn't think about it beforehand, I know that it fit my scheme of things after the fact. When I look back on my decision, as I've said a million times, if you want a different future, make different choices. It's so easy to sit back and just complain. I cannot stress enough. Life is short. You deserve to be happy. But happiness is your choice. So you can choose to sit back and complain and do nothing, or you can choose to make better choices and be happy. I am no angel. And I've made some pretty lame, lame decisions in my time. And I paid for it in the pain that resulted. And so, unfortunately, did my children in a lot of cases. I'm wiser now. I'm happier now simply because I make better choices. Have an amazing day, stay warm, make some good choices, because that's what you deserve. Talk to you soon. Bye. Bye.
