Foreign. Everywhere I go, no matter what age group, no matter what culture, no matter what city, town, municipality, community I'm in, there's all these beautiful people that have no idea how amazing they are. And low self esteem is dangerous for so many reasons. If you have low self esteem, you're going to talk yourself out of trying and then you're never going to enjoy that amazing life you were meant to have because you're not going to achieve it until you try. Low self esteem often has us looking for other people to tell us we're worthwhile. And that's the basis of way too many unhealthy and even abusive relationships. Here's the first tip, guys. Your value was gifted to you on the day you were born. It's kind of like you came into this world, this beautiful, amazing, empty suitcase. You were amazing. But then suddenly everyone else's opinions started to come into play. Hopefully you had people that kept telling you you were amazing and aw. And smart and beautiful. But a lot of people either were surrounded by others who said nothing or worse. And those opinions started to fill our suitcase. The reality is your value has never changed. You are as amazing as you were on the day you were born. What might have changed is whose opinion you're listening to. I want you to remember how amazing you are starting today. And even if you don't tell anyone else, tell yourself that if we build up your self esteem, they won't be able to stop you. And that's what I want for you.
