Sarah Sullivan records from Miami addressing investor concerns about whether real estate—specifically multifamily—is still a good investment. She says multifamily is her core strategy but that current debt-market conditions make it a poor time to acquire, so she is pivoting to present a government-supported, non-multifamily investment opportunity with strong returns and tax advantages at a Monday presentation.

Hi, from Miami. So I've been out here in Miami talking to a lot of different investors in all different spaces, and everyone's asking me, is real estate over? Is multifamily over? And, you know, and I think as really successful investors, we need to know when is the right time for which asset class. And multifamily is my bread and butter. It's my base. It always will be. It doesn't mean that it's always, always a good time to acquire. And so when it's not a good time to acquire one asset class or one type of investment, what else is out there? That's what we need to know as sophisticated, successful investors. So on Monday, I'm going to be presenting a new opportunity that is not multifamily real estate, because I don't think it is the perfect time to buy multifamily real estate. There's a lot going on in the debt market that is affecting it. So I am pivoting to an investment that is not affected by the debt market, that is not correlated to the debt market. Multifamily will always be there. We will go back to it, but for now, what we're going to present on Monday is an opportunity that is excellent. Right now, the government is supporting it, it is strong, it's got great returns, great tax advantages. So you'll want to sign up, come on Monday, and we'll tell you all about.
