There are some major challenges that we are all facing.
One is heat. So the world will get warmer. And with the world getting warmer.
It will be less food. The shipping industry is trying to decarbonize the industry because it is a great contributor, CO2 emissions. The changes are coming from outside and we have to drive the company all together for being able to pass through this transition and transformational elements that will come into the world. All of us, we need to gain new skills because this transition that it is coming is requiring that we are changing the chip in our mind and our knowledge and our education. And you will see you are facing it today already with artificial intelligence. If in six months from now you are not managing artificial intelligence by your own, you will have to think I am doing the right thing or I am doing the wrong thing.
