In this Lent devotional for Day 24, the speaker urges listeners to adopt a God‑first lifestyle by "multiplying your giving." Using Proverbs 3:9 as the primary scriptural anchor, the talk redefines wealth as any blessing God has given, emphasizing that even modest resources are valuable when offered as first fruits, tithes, or the first part of the day. The speaker connects this principle to John 3:16, highlighting God’s ultimate giving of His Son, and calls believers to give with a willing, cheerful spirit—whether through material tithes, worship, or confession. The devotional repeatedly encourages the multiplication of not only giving but also faith, hope, love, and joy throughout the Lenten season, concluding with a prayer of gratitude and love toward the Father.

Blessings everyone and welcome again to the Lent devotional. Today we are on day 24. Everybody give yourself a hand if you've been joining us for this Lent devotional. We are on day 24 and for day 24 we're going to be multiplying your giving and we're going to just dive right into the word today. Proverbs 3, verse 9. Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops. When I think about that, I think about everything that I do. I try to— I try, not perfect, but honoring God just with my, my, my lips, just to be able to pray and thank him for everything at the start. It's a practice. When you read this scripture, do you feel that it does not apply to you because you are not wealthy? Well, Here's the thing. At the time this scripture was written, the people it was directed to may not have thought they were wealthy either. In fact, by today's standards, they were not wealthy. So is it possible that what you consider wealth is not what Jesus considered wealth? Is it possible that Jesus is saying that just the fact that you have something makes you wealthy? There is a saying, in the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king. That scripture does not refer to a person with a palace, thousands of slaves, and food for days. It refers to the fact that when you are the one who has what others lack, you are wealthy. You are wealthy. I'm gonna read that again. I'm gonna just— it refers to the fact that when you are the one who has what others lack, you are wealthy. You are wealthy. With this understanding, what do you have to give to the God who has given you everything for what you have prayed? You can't outgive God. So today, remember To practice the God-first lifestyle, where we give God the first of our increase, our tithes, the first day of the week to worship, and the first part of the day, our focus. Before you give to anyone else, give him the first, the first fruit of your labor, and that's a sign that you honor him. Yes, Lord, we honor you, we adore you, we thank you. We give you all the glory for everything that you're doing and the things that we may not see. So we're multiplying your giving and see your giving multiply. So Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray for a giving heart and a mind to give. I desire to give with a willing and cheerful spirit. No matter how I see myself, I know that you are a giving God. John 3:16. For you gave your only begotten Son, and you are a loving Father. You are a forgiving and good Father, abounding in love to all who calls out to you. I am your child, and I want to resemble my Father. Thank you for all that you have given me. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Oh, this is a great Lent devotional, day 24. Oh my, we are just multiplying. And today, as we're multiplying that giving, just to say thank you, God, giving every morning, just giving him that first breath to say thank you, I adore you. I— how great you are, how great of a friend you are. Um, I love you. I love you, Father. I love you, God. I love you, Jesus. Just to be able to give the first of that is just multiplying it. And like I said, you can't outgive God. So as you continue to multiply your giving However you give, if it's tithes, if it's, you know, adoration, if it's even confessions, just confessing the things that's on your heart to the Lord, giving him the first, knowing that you can go to him first in everything. That's another way of giving. He wants to hear from you. He wants to know what you're thinking, how you're feeling. He knows that he can He he is the provider, so he is Jehovah Jireh. So he is our provider. So he wants to be first so that he can be the first to well, so he can be the first. He is the first. He's the first and the last. He is Alpha and Omega. So he is the first. So why not give the first the first of you? So as we um In this day 24 Lent devotional, I hope you guys are multiplying not just your giving, not just your expectations, but still multiplying your faith, still multiplying your hope, and multiplying your love, multiplying your joy. We have multiplied so much already in this Lent devotional season. So you guys have a blessed day. Thank you for joining.
