Blessings everyone and welcome to day 27 of this Lent devotional. We are going to be multiplying your requests on this day 27 as we just go before the Lord and just have that special time with our Heavenly Father just to hear what he is trying to tell us. And today we have the word multiply your request for this Lent devotional. So the word comes from Ezekiel 36:37 from the NIV. This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Once again I will yield to Israel's plea and do this for them: I will make their people as numerous as sheep. This prophecy is the end of the second prophecies given in this chapter. Israel is returning to the Promised Land After being exiled. In Ezekiel 36:33-38, God tells his people through the prophet Ezekiel that he will answer their pleas for restoration. He will build their cities and turn wastelands so fruitful it will be like the Garden of Eden. And he will do this so that the nations around them will know that I, the Lord, have rebuilt what was destroyed and have replanted what was desolate. I love you, Lord. I do. I just had such a revelation from this scripture, and it ties to John 3:16. God answered the prayers. Wow! God, I'm sorry. I just totally had a whole revelation. Oh! Ah! I love you, Lord. I love you, Lord, and your mercy never fails me all my days. Um, I know you as a father, I know you as a friend. And I will sing of the goodness of God. Wow, God answered the prayers of the children of Israel in such a spectacular way that not only the children of Israel will know that he exists, but that the other nations who have other gods will also know. That's him loving the world, proving to them that there is a God, a good God who takes care of his children, who restores their broken places. When God multiplies you in whatever area you have been praying, remember, it's not just for you. It's also for them— them, your neighbor, your co-worker, those who you know believe But aren't sure. They aren't sure because they all have seen for a while is your desolation. But God is getting ready to show you and them that he is real and that he takes care of his children. He slowly does. Ever be a child of God, just a mature child of God. Your blessings, numerous as they will be, will be assigned to your viewers. So make sure you give God the credit, all the glory, all the honor as we go before you. Dear Lord, I thank you in advance for the blessings that will come when you answer my prayers, and I will be sure to give your name, your name, the praise. In Jesus' name, amen. I'm sorry, this was a great— oh. When I tell you that revelation of John 3:16, just being able— and the children, oh my, uh, the things that the Lord is doing. He deserves all the glory, all the honor, and all the praise. Thank you for Heavenly Father for being great. Thank you for being a healer. Thank you for being a provider. You know truly what our hearts and minds need, what our affections need. Thank you for letting our cups just continue to overflow. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be able to open up my cup for you to be able to pour in, Heavenly Father. Thank you. I thank you for what you are doing here, Heavenly Father. And I, I thank you that I have that breath to be able to wake up every day and give you glory and honor and, and be able to spend time with you. So As we multiply our requests unto you, dear Heavenly Father, you said make our requests known unto you and ask, dear Heavenly Father. So as we come and we ask, I ask that you continue to— I just pray for more breath to be able to glorify you and the things that you're doing, dear Heavenly Father, for you know the plans that you have for us, to give us hope and for a future. And I just thank you that I can continue to just bask in your glory. Jesus' name, amen. Good morning.
