Blessings. In today's devotional, we want to focus on what we know. And what we do know is that God's scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, correcting, rebuking, and training us in the way that we need to go so that we will be prepared for every good work. So we know Romans 5:3-4 is a great devotion, a way to just devote our time back to God and say, we need your word. We know that suffering— so anytime you're starting at a place of suffering, know that suffering produces perseverance, and that perseverance will produce a character in you, and that character will also produce hope. And so we know Jeremiah 29:11, for God knows the plans that he has for us, and those plans are not to harm us but to give us hope and for a future. So when you're going through that suffering, know that God wants to give you hope in the end. We also know that we're not exempt from going through sufferings. So if you are going through trials in your life, be strengthened and know that hope does not put us to shame. Because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit. So go out, be strengthened, and have a blessed day.
