💥Insurance Ads Rule Update: What you MUST avoid to be compliant

Hey, if you're an insurance agent that is running ads, it is imperative that you read this document and you abide by it. Now, here's the deal. It doesn't matter if you are running your own ads, if you're outsourcing your ads, it's super important that you make your ads be compliant. Now, I've been shouting from the rooftops that I've had all of these meetings with Meta and that they've been saying these are the specific things that you can no longer collect, whether it is on a lead form or if it is on your landing page. Ever since January of 2025, they finally have written it out. And it is nice and clear inside of their document so you can check it out for yourself. So at the end of the day, it's super important that you get your ad account compliant so that way you don't risk not only your ads being rejected, but you being banned as an advertiser from ever advertising again.
