Shauna Thoresen walks through Meta's Instant Form Lead Nurturing feature, which opens a Messenger chat the moment someone fills out a lead form. You can add custom questions like "Turning 65 soon—what should I do first?" that trigger automated responses, designed to pull leads into one-on-one conversations and boost conversions.

Have you seen this new feature on Meta Lead Forms? If you are generating leads for your business and you do consults, so you're an insurance agent or other licensed professional, this is the type of thing that can really be game-changing when you're running Meta ads. This essentially prompts leads to interact with you on Messenger, and it makes it easier than ever. Let me show you. This is an example for Medicare, and what it essentially does is not only can you check the box to open in Messenger, so once a user becomes a lead, it automatically will open up a direct communication you and them in Messenger, but it also allows you to customize certain questions where they can click on them and then they will automatically get a response. Now the thing that I love about this, and here's the key to having questions that are going to increase conversions, your questions need to be so juicy and so interesting that a lead can't help but click on it. So for example, if this is an ad for T65, I've got down at the bottom, I'm turning 65 soon, what should I do first? The lead clicks on that and then automatically takes them to Messenger, it answers the question, and you've got that direct one-on-one line of communication. So where you will find this is at the ad level, and then you scroll all the way down to Instant Form Lead Nurturing. You're able to check these boxes, and then you are able to customize your automation. I absolutely love this feature because it gives you that direct lifeline to be able to talk to leads, especially in the day and age of call screening. If you're enrolled in my course Insurance Click to Close, this is part of the updates that are coming out this month. In fact, you're going to get the templates for this automated chat this week.
