The Mental Health Menu serves the Delulu Diet: What Are You Feeding Your Brain Every Day?

In this YouTube live stream, Shawna Lynne (presenting as "Shawna Lynne Delulu Today") delivers a candid, stream‑of‑consciousness monologue about her ongoing process of unmasking neurodiversity, redefining identity, and launching a new phase of her personal and professional life. She reflects on the challenges of dyslexic thinking, ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent traits, questioning who she is and who she wants to become. Shawna emphasizes immediate action—addressing sensory triggers, breathing, and confronting uncomfortable feelings rather than suppressing them. She announces a major lifestyle shift: moving her belongings into a Sprinter van, confronting fear of van‑living with support from a friend named Leo. To support this transition, she commits to a disciplined 30‑day "Morning Miracle" routine with coach Teresa Corazon, aiming to reset her therapist’s own system after 7,000 hours of clinical work. Shawna discusses branding herself as a neurodiversity‑focused therapist, sexologist, hypnotherapist, EMDR specialist, and disability advocate, seeking to integrate multiple professional identities into a coherent public persona. She introduces a philosophy that energy, frequency, and a "winner" mindset are central to personal wellbeing, contrasting abundance with scarcity thoughts. The stream also critiques systemic failures, especially male‑dominated leadership that ignores women’s contributions, and calls for systemic change in how neurodiversity is understood—shifting from Erikson’s developmental stages to an energy‑frequency model. Throughout, she engages with a conversational partner (Speaker B), exploring how her disruptive, sometimes abrasive style is perceived, and how open dialogue can transform conflict into collaborative problem‑solving. Finally, she warns about technology addiction for neurodiverse children, advocating for balanced, real‑world stimulation. The overall narrative is a blend of personal testimony, motivational coaching, systemic critique, and community‑building invitation.

YouTube Live, first time doing this. Shawna Lynn here, stepping into the biggest change I've ever experienced in my ecosystems since the first one of having babies and starting my adulting life. I'm sitting here on the intersection of so many different experiences with neurodiversity, dyslexic thinking leading the way. Who am I? Who do I want to be? Who do I— am I called to be? Do you want to accept that calling? Do I want to pick a different identity? What are my personalities as I unmask? I am unmasking my neurodiversity live each day in front of you. I'm amazed at where I am and what I'm doing, and I want to keep track of it and see if this works for me and this works for you. If it just works for me, then it's me and my patterning. If it works for you too, then it's a movement of thinking. Oh, that you can timestamps at a stream maker. Oh, very interesting. I'm doing this for the first time and I'm putting it out there. You need to start somewhere. That's what I've been told. If you want to do something, you just need to start, and starting is the hardest thing. So here I am starting today on Tuesday, July 28th. I, Shawna Lynn, am stepping in to building my dream out loud. Thanks, Hal. I want that conference to be all over the city and me dancing and dreaming out loud with 1,000 people vibrating in that frequency of changing. You're not crazy. You just— nope, you're not crazy. You want something different than what other people want. It's a different frequency in your body. It just is that. And when you have a different frequency, you are asked to do things differently than society and the rules and responsibility of adulting this way. We were told that there is a set of rules that we follow, and every generation, every decade, those rules get farther and farther away from being truthful. Some of them we need to come back to. That's a whole nother conversation. Some of them are ridiculous and not worthy of having. So what do we do when that happens? Well, I believe in fixing things. I believe that there are ways that we can come up against what's happening outside of us and take control of what's inside of us. But that would mean stepping into your demons, looking at your shadow. Taking your ego and pulling it out of your system and diving in. That is challenging.
That is so loud, so, so, so loud.
I hear it in the other room. Okay, here you go. Thank you. I needed to leave and come back. I heard a sound. My sensitivity from my neurodiversity was distracting to me, so I went and fixed it. Do not wait when something is happening. Step into it and see it right away. If you push it aside, it just stays in your body somewhere and comes back out in some other way. So if you feel this uncomfortable feeling in a minute, like Stop and breathe. Seriously, like, stop and breathe. Imagine taking 2 seconds. Okay, here's what's happening for me right now, Shawna Lynn, on a Tuesday morning at 9:30, when I was invited by the universe to step in one level deeper than I have before. To follow the invitation of the dream I set before me. Now I'm doing it. Abundance is here. Scarcity and fear are still here. I recognize them. I know they're not real. I know they're just a thought process that I've had before and that they need some attention. I know that the energy of change is in front of me. Once again, every time there's an energy of people getting mad at me because I disrupted their life with a seed of joy and positivity and they don't want to claim it, they push me away. Doesn't feel so good. It's also the nudge I need to move in the direction of change. I was getting comfortable again, and getting comfortable is not the energy for me right now. It's popping it out and doing every Everything different again. I need to commit to what's next. Here I go, committing to what's next. So there's two trains of thought. One is that just got a message from my bestie. She said, ah, meeting was canceled. Look at that. Huh, still breaking. System is still breaking. There's a system that's still breaking, run by 2 men that are so ridiculously void of the knowledge of how to build a team that they are just breaking everything. And the women around them are watching them break it and not ask us for help, even though we know way more than they do. They don't want to see it.
Ego.
Is in the way. Okay, two trains of thoughts about commitment. So, Shauna Lynn, neurodiverse, unmasking, teacher, therapist, psychotherapist, sexologist, hypnotherapist, EMDR specialist, ADHD, autism, disability advocate, amazing, fun human that's living life to the fullest. Soulless caregiver, nurturer deep down inside of me. Everything about me that is big and beautiful— why is this not working? Big and beautiful is in front of me, and it is my turn to step in. Dream out loud. Thank you, Hal. So I decided that I am worthy. I stepped away from the box I was living in. I let it go. First fear that I achieved, and I'm okay. My things are in my car, they're in my locker, and one more space that I'm transitioning over the end of the summer. First into a Sprinter van, that seems to be the energy that's in front of me. Another fear. And thank you, Leo, who will support my journey of learning How to overcome the anxiety of the fear of having my own home in a van. Not sure I thought I could do it, and I'm willing to try it now. I worked on the energy of resistance of believing I can do it, and I'm ready to try it. I have taken down the number of clients I see so that I could stay in my own energy and really see what. All the 7,000 hours of psychotherapy has done to my body, how many stories I'm holding that aren't mine, the transference. I need to dump my system before I open up again. And I'm not sure that that dumping of a system, resetting for therapists, for service workers, for people with empathy and big sensitivity, is part of their self-care pattern. And that is dangerous if you do not have that in your ecosystem of healing. So I am taking dwindling off, and for the month of August, I am focusing on creating the discipline and the routine, 30 days of the Morning Miracle. And I've said this before, I'll do 30 days and I don't do them, but this time I'm accountable. To rise, Teresa Corzone. I'm going to make sure I'm saying that right. Let's go look up her number. Let's see, where are you, Shawna Wellness? I'm gonna find her name. Give me a second. Here we go. Teresa. Rise with Teresa. Rise with Teresa. Teresa, where is your whole name? Corazon. Corazon. I will have her pronounce it for me so I can get it right. I joined her. I hired her to co-create with me. Thank you, Marcus, for that beautiful word that describes what I'm creating. I require somebody who's going to help me take all of my beautiful energy and big ideas and bring them into a pattern of thinking that's doable for a human. So it starts with branding me. That's the first step. Who am I? What identity do I come to you? Neurodiversity. Is definitely it. Lots of identities fit in and don't fit in. Trying to find my space. Neurodiversity is my frequency. I kind of like that curiosity and positivity. Win every time. Isn't that true? They win every time, right? Do you want to be a winner? Like, if you're gonna measure anything, measure winning. Do you want to be a winner? Energy and frequency. That is what matters. That is just true, isn't it? Energy and frequency. If you don't have energy, you're not healthy, you're not happy. If your frequency is not vibrating in the place where you want to do things, you're not happy, you're not doing things. You are stuck in a cycle that isn't working— negativity, anger, emotional destruction, whatever it is. It is your energy and your frequency, and you need to change it. No one else can do that for you. And it might take a decade to get there, but where are you starting? I'm starting right now, fresh, this minute. This is it. We are writing down the freshness right this minute. Really, this needs to be in my My journal for Rise. I have an obligation which I did not want to do as a commitment to a course. Another one. I'm committed to so many courses and networking and places where I'm vibrating. It is so fun for me, but I need to be doing some working. So, okay, right now I'll just write it here and then we'll put it in there after. Okay, I need my branding. So neurodiversity is my frequency. Here are the different identities. No niche. I want it all. Dream out loud. Okay, do you want to be a winner? Energy and frequency, that's what matters. Okay, so now Um, here we go. This is what it was under. Yes. Would you like a Zoom, FaceTime? You like virtual or phone? Beautiful human. Okay, do you want to be a winner? Energy and frequency, that's what matters. And winning, winning is your own race against time, right? Winning is you. You get to be you. That's the winning. You get to be you. I win. I win. I win. I get to be me. I win. Wow! Isn't that an amazing feeling that I get to be me and I get to win? So what am I winning? That's a really good question. What am I winning? Well, I did not win in family. None of them believe me. They think I'm crazy. So. Until I step into the dream that the universe is inviting me into, because it's bigger than me and bigger than my family. Until I actually have that secured, they just think I'm crazy. So we're gonna teeter on crazy and policy. Can I change the policy of how we look at neurodiversity? Can we change the way we look at neurodiversity? We have it all wrong, right? We have it all wrong. We're looking at it from Erikson's stages of development. Instead of looking at it from frequency of energy of the environment. Any neurodiversity is impacted by its environment and lack of accessibility and need to fight for the rights of existing and breathing. It takes away your ability to be okay every day and want to step in. Really. I'm doing a live on YouTube talking about how I'm dreaming out loud. Would you like me to stop it, or would you like this to be in it? This is my bestie, my Heart and soul, my mentor, and moving into my equal as I step into my power of what I could actually do with the gift of the brain that I am owning. It's pretty awesome. And until I saw the ability to use my brain in the way that Rebecca uses it, I didn't know that my brain can work that way. The same with my mentor Erin. These are high-powered women in places that I only dreamed of being— teacher, therapist. I was stuck in systems that weren't working. So what do I do instead? Well, I dream bigger than I ever could dream before, and I take a risk to do it. If I didn't dream, I'd be broken, fractured. Not happy. I can't afford the life I want to live, and I'm not happy with the life I'm living. So what do you do instead? Well, I decided to blow it all open and take a chance to do it. Like, why not? If I could do all the things I did before and I didn't know I was doing them, well, I can do all the things I'm doing now and do them Again, bigger and better, couldn't I? Right?
Right.
I really could try anything that I believed could work in the system I've been living, fixing the problems of the system that do not make it accessible to any of the humans that I work with, from OCD to ADHD, eating disorders, retirement, without having a community, not understanding your frame of mind when things change, grief and how it sits in front of you and what it does for you. It's really challenging and scary to see the change that you want and don't know what to do with it. I'm here right now, I'm like vibrating and like thinking, what am I doing? How do I, how do I go deeper into discipline and routine and show up for myself and actually step in and go back to the race to get to the next level? But really, the race is with me and I'm the winner anyways. Doesn't matter the race. The rise and the race is me. I'm doing it. So why not put in the competition? I could win. I've got what it takes. Ooh, I can win. I have what it takes. I can win. Now competing was never for me. I saw early on that people who can eat compete get nasty, and I just can't be in that vibration. Like I want other people to win. It's not about me. Maybe I need. I want other people to win. I don't need it. Why not me? It's a good question. Why not me? Okay, so now I want to be a winner out there and inside. Can I do both? Win inside and out. Huh.
Hi, friend.
Hello. Oh, I love it.
I'm so happy, happy that I got my hour back at 10. It was literally like I woke up in the middle of the night being like, am I gonna be able to like keep my cool on this call?
Um, yeah, well, really good idea that they cancel it because they would not be able to keep their cool. Another 2 men who refuse to see the power of women thinking. That's really it. It's the power of women thinking. I can think anything into fruition and reality. I like to ask for help and invite people into that thinking, not shut them out.
Why would you? It's so counterproductive. Let's go to Old Town Beach, baby.
Um, yeah, I decided that I was gonna jump into YouTube Live, so I'm on live now. No one's watching, it's just me. I just needed to do it. I, I have, uh, I have a process. I'm working through all the triggers of my neurodiversity, the fears and scarcity that is happening as I'm like really dreaming out loud and doing it.
Okay, so my suggestion to you is, because I do watch like specific people when I see them online, I like immediately become magnetized to them.
Mm-hmm.
So, and they're all—
yep. What magnetizes you to me? Which part of me is the most magnetizing? Is it better to deliver it— not better. Is it like I can do it funny, but I'll be snarky? I can do it spiritually. I can switch between all of them. Marcus says that—
I think that your personality is quite Quite broad and actually abrasive, right? Which is what— and I don't mean that in a bad way at all. I just mean it rubs people and it does leave an impact.
Disruptive is good.
It's disruptive. But our message Okay, okay, so we understand that this is the way that we show up to people as disruptors. We're constantly like rattling the chains, right?
Yeah.
Okay, but our message is actually a message of love. It's a message of love and regulation and cooperation, and, and it all— the frustration comes out when we see Systems failing.
Yeah.
And when our frustration— so this is, I mean, this is my own personal work that I'm doing right now. When my frustration comes out, that's when I start feeling isolated. I isolate— I'm isolating myself from the people who I need to be on my side. Like, they're like, When I'm frustrated, my voice makes people around me be like, oh my God, not this again.
Yes. Well, you shake through your— we're moving so fast at putting together the solutions for systems that we've been vibrating in for decades. So for me, that was just masking. I couldn't tell everyone all the thoughts I was thinking because I needed things from everyone in those systems. So I had to hold my truth all the time, even though my truth was the real one. You guys were lying. You're telling me you can't do anything. That's a lie. You just don't want to. You're telling me that there's no money. Again, a lie. You don't want to. I want to do things. So if I'm going to show you, here's money that goes here to do this, you don't want to do the work to listen. You'd rather sit in the problem over and over.
So, and so the, the thing is, you and I both do this. We get to the solution right away. Yeah. And for an incredibly small amount of money.
Oh yeah. And usually with people who are already doing it, they just need the introduction, like Let me show you what you can be doing with your skill that you miss because you're working so hard. Let me just introduce you to this stream and look at you go. Oh, wow. Who knew those 2 communities could support each other so beautifully?
Precisely. And like, okay, so this is, this is a reflection for me, and I don't know How it does reflect for you, but I know that it does. So my reflection is when I walk into a room, I am attractive to every single person, but I'm pretty sure for a different reason.
Me too.
Yeah. But the most common reason why people, like, trust me and let me in is that they are like, she's got to be doing something right because she's making it look so fucking easy.
Yeah. Yeah, I'm not sure they're thinking that she's been doing it right. It's more like, what is she doing? Because the feeling you have of ease when you walk in a room— hi everybody, I'm here, let's have some fun, I want to throw a party, let's do this. Oh, there's a problem, let's just fix it, and then we'll just go over here and do this and do that. That is a skill set that we learned in pivoting from dark energy to light energy to keep the celebration going. It's a vibration and a frequency we chose. People want to have that. They constantly ask me about that, like, what are you doing? How do you keep doing that? Where's your energy come from? And I always answer the same thing and they don't seem to believe it. I do a lot of reflection. I talk out loud. I sit in my things that I make mistakes in and go, what was I doing? And I do not feel any shame or guilt for the mistakes I made. I just look at what I could do to fix it and fix it. I use that word, fix it. When I have like— when I make a mistake, I don't want to be mad at myself. Like, this morning I missed yoga because I was 5 minutes late because I thought it started at 7:15 and I was early. Okay, I went to the park. I had a beautiful day out in nature. I saw some beautiful animals. We had a great conversation. I'm okay. I can do yoga today outside in the backyard. Like, there's no need to put any energy and frequency Into how I did or did not do a task.
Precisely.
So that is work that we do by having open conversations. Like, you called me abrasive. I didn't even take a second breath. You're not insulting me. You're showing me that that's how my energy shows up to people. I do not want to be abrasive. That's not who I am. I'm caring and disruptive, which comes across as abrasive. Okay, I get it.
Well, and I, I, I— the reason why I see it so clearly is because it is like, I mean, Andrew can say whatever he wants to say to me, but I know that he— Andrew sees you as the Vaughn me. Which is annoying and need a need for obliteration.
Right? So sad that that's the energy that a man is seeing instead of the beauty of let me come and fix it. Let me bring all my beautiful humans into your ecosystem and make it work for you. I love doing that. That's my favorite thing.
Well, Brenna helped me. See a different perspective, which we— so quickly, when you move so fast that there's like, there's not even a chance that they could keep up with you.
Then don't come along. Then They're— they, they— the energy of knowing that they're not coming along, that they need to sit and hold the anchor. Okay, I'm holding you steady. Go fly and come back and bring me with you. You go do the hard work because I'm not comfortable in conflict. Then you come back and we will start again. No bad energy, no negativity between— in the in-between. Let me just do my thing. Of course, for me to come in and change things, it's going to disrupt everybody's systems of patterns they are comfortable with. That is the problem. Comfort is conflict. Curiosity is conflict. Me Is all of that. Hold on. Yes, darling? You want to go to the hospital?
Yeah.
Oh, but I have to buy it. See, $3.99. I really don't want to buy anything on this app, so we're not going to buy anything. We're going to go to something else. Okay, okay, let's see. So, right?
Yeah, just buy it.
No, no, no. Technology is very demanding. We had a little tantrum yesterday when we tried to take it away, right? And we don't want to do that. We're not going to get addicted to this thing. We have a whole world out there that's better than this. Try that, see if you like that. Come back, try some things. Yeah, I have watched kids who like put their heads in iPads and don't come out ever. And once you have that addiction in your body under 6, you have an addiction pattern that you cannot get any other adrenaline stimulation. So imagine your neurodiverse brain now trying to live in the real world that is not stimulating.
Oh yeah, me and Shawna— okay, so Dr. Garoli is doing this like test study on the first 1,000 days of life.
Yeah.
About like, like you basically like shield your child from
