This is GeoVerse's backend that interacts with the GPT-3 OpenAI model. Here we have an example prompt of the story's personalized world and character setting, the previous story, and the user's input for the next action. We then send this to the AI model and receive back the generated response. Let's see this work in real time. As you can see, the OpenAI model receives our query and gives us the next complex piece of the story for the user to respond to.
In Geoverse, you are immediately thrust into a story and you must type in your action. Once submitted, the story will progress further based on what you do. After doing many actions, you will be prompted to go exercise in order to advance the story. To get more GeoVerse actions, you have to complete the task before the timer runs out. The faster you complete your exercise, the more actions you get and the further you can go in the story before you need to exercise again. Using machine learning, natural language processing, and AI, GeoVerse will be making the world fitter, one step at a time.
