Do you get cravings? Cravings can happen for all sorts of reasons. A lot of the time it's because you were depriving yourself on diets for years on end. Your brain gets hijacked by the feeling, so stop for a moment and ask yourself why you feel the urge to eat. Are you bored, stressed, or lonely? There may well be an emotional connection that's just keeping you stuck. Is it a pattern of behaviour that happens frequently?
