where I was at. Well, I'd given up. I'd totally given— I had given up. I would go to the shop, sit in the car park, and eat a big Victoria sandwich with my hands, break it up with my hands and eat it, throw the wrapper away because nobody else knew. That's where I was at. I was in a really bad place, and it was part of self-abuse, really, as I wasn't worthy. I didn't feel worthy at all, and I would punish myself with food. So my attitude has changed. So thinking I couldn't do it, and now I can. I know that I can. That's the biggest thing, that, you know, that goal. Yeah, my goal map. My goal map is to be healthy. It's not to be slim. It's not to— let's see, there's no picture of me in a nice dress. That's not a part of it. Is to be healthy, and I'm not going back to be unhealthy.
