Like, I didn't even realize I wasn't going, I wasn't living, I really wasn't until after SlimPod. And I realized, oh my God, I can do anything, I can go anywhere, I can plan events. But before SlimPod, if somebody said to me, "Biddy, will we go to a gig?" I would straight away think, "No, no, I can't, I can't." I lost myself for a very long time, Sandra. And now here I am again, thanks to you and SlimPod. Honestly, it is amazing, absolutely. And for anybody struggling, it really is debilitating. Anxiety is so debilitating. Like I said, I couldn't go into a shop. Some days I couldn't leave the house, and I stopped doing everything that I loved. I couldn't go to shows. In case I was— I was afraid I would have a panic attack. And now I'll go anywhere.
