If you've ever stood in front of the fridge at 6 PM thinking, what now? That's decision fatigue in action. In our private Facebook group, we've had so many useful tips shared over the years, and one of the most powerful that I see is meal prepping. So start small, batch the basics, and be kind to yourself. I've written a prep blog if you need any further direction.
