Chapters
I had an altercation with a croissant this morning and I needed to tell you about it. You might think, what? Anyway, I am away celebrating our anniversary, running along the beach, come to a little coffee place and I ordered a croissant with it. I suddenly caught myself and thought, but you only, you only have croissants on a Saturday, Sandra, because I do, that's my little thing. Thing. Um, this is a Wednesday, you can't have a cross on. And then I came to my senses and I thought, Sandra, you can have that cross on. You're away, you're enjoying yourself, so what? You'll get back to normal again afterwards. But how often do we do that? It's a real mindset thing. And some people go into this cycle of guilt if they have it and think, then what the hell diet is ruined, all the rest of it. But I'm not on a diet and I am just enjoying myself, and I'll get back to normal straight away. Anyway, I just wanted to share that with you because it kind of came as a bolt out of the blue for me that I just thought, oh my goodness, it's a Wednesday, not Saturday. How our minds play tricks on us.
