So it's publication day tomorrow and a huge amount of emotions flying around me at the moment. It's a combination of scary and yeah, a little bit of excitement I suppose, but it took me a year to write this book, it took me 2 years to agree to doing it, and that was largely because of my self-esteem issues hanging over from childhood. And you know, this, this is real. This is me, my name on the COVID This is me coming, just throwing myself out there, uh, confronting the fear, I guess. But it is all wrapped up in a lot of fear. And the SlimPod program is different, you know. I'm kind of behind the scenes there, even though it's my program, it's the SlimPod program. This book is different, and, uh, just be gentle with me, please. Anyway, um, yeah, I'm wondering whether it'll all feel different tomorrow.
