I found the moderation, and that's really liberated the way I look at not just food and diet, but everything in my life as well.
Now, this might sound really obvious, but moderating what you eat can be very, very hard. So many people get stuck in that all-or-nothing mindset, the one that says, "I've had something naughty," or, "I've blown it," or, "I'll start again on Monday." So Pip's story on my podcast shows what's possible when you finally take back control. Listen to the full conversation on the Weight's Over live show. I promise you, you'll be inspired.
