It's now just 2 weeks until this is released, uh, publication day, 13th of March. I, I can't believe it, um, you know, been one of the longest journeys of my life, um, and I cannot believe it. And last night we had the lovely Ellie, who's been part of our community, uh, for a while, and she's lost 7 stone on the program. But she did a live chat with our community because she's one of the case histories in my book, and she just sets the world alight. She is such a wonderful lady and so much fun. But anyway, I just needed to get on here and say it's 2 weeks to go because I'm just I'm very excited and very nervous and all of that put together, but you can still pre-order, so please, please, please, if you haven't done that, it's really, really important because the publisher uses that to see how many they need to print and get into various shops and bookstores and all the rest of it, so please pre-order, it would— I'll be so happy and so grateful.
