How do you avoid being on weight loss medication for life? This is the big question and it's come up again over the last couple of days because there's been a study published in the British Medical Journal which showed that people on jabs regain their weight faster than any other method of losing weight. So I just want to talk about this just for a moment. I'm not anti-jabs, I really am not, They are a very useful tool, believe me, and we have so many people on the Slimpod programme who are doing both. But what I am worried about is this problem that people have when they want to come off. They're either scared of regaining the weight, obviously, or they just get addicted to the lack of food noise that's going on. And all very valid, but do you really want to be be on them for life. That's the thing. Are they affordable? Can you do that? If you can, it's your choice, absolutely. But if you can't and you want to find a good way to come off, then I've written a blog about it.
