So today is World Mental Health Day, and one of the most powerful tools that we have to support our minds is movement. Exercise boosts the feel-good hormones like serotonin and dopamine, and it really lowers stress hormones like cortisol, and it really helps your body and your brain regulate emotions better too. In my book, I talk about walking as one of the simplest ways to lift your mood and shift your mindset, especially if you do it mindfully without your phone, just breathing and being present. And I know I'm a bad example right now, but your mental health matters, and small consistent steps can make a really big difference. So what kind of movement brings you joy?
