Elle McGhee bought an old house and is transforming it into a $980,000 property. She's already sold it before construction finished, walking through demolition, foundation work, and the upcoming framing phase she loves most.
So this right here is our latest project. I remember when we first bought this, it was just an old house, but I had the vision of building something bigger. I wanted to make this a million-dollar project, and so I did. We tore the old house down, and now we working on the foundation. So concrete came in, we got the rough plumbing done. The next phase is my favorite. That's when the lumber starts going up. And we start working on the framing package. This property right here is already sold for $980,000 and it ain't even built yet.
