A developer renovated studio apartments near a university in two weeks and pre-leased them all for fall semester. Each one-bedroom unit targets college students wanting private housing within walking distance of campus.
Soil is the soul! We literally did this in 2 weeks and we had trees. Yeah, you were here, right? It was nothing here. Studio apartment, just 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Each student is going to have their own unit. As you can see, the university is right there, so walking distance from campus with your own studio. Like, where they do that at? Okay, this is already rented out for the fall. They just waiting on us to get finished so they can move their stuff in.
