Destroy Negativity (Easy Method)

Sol Brah explains why negative thoughts keep recurring and how to stop feeding them. The key: don't fight negativity, just ignore it like walking past a museum exhibit. Then actively tune to what you want instead, because attention fuels what you dislike. Pattern interrupts like humor or absurd reframing break the cycle.

Welcome back. This video is the second in a series where I'm talking about negative events in our life, why they happen, and what to do about it. So in this video, we're going to talk about how to defeat these negative thought traps that can actually bring us closer to those events occurring and manifesting in our life. So if you haven't watched part 1, the link is in the description. Go watch that. It's a short video, and once you have, come back here. Okay, so now we know why you seem to be getting what you don't want. Okay, what do we then do about it? Understand that you cannot traditionally battle with these thought forms, right? You can't struggle against them as you might fight against someone else. You're just feeding your energy by doing that. You're making the pull on your lifeline stronger the more that you're fighting these things that occur in your life. You can say, "Leave me alone, stop it, get away!" And all that happens, you know, you can do that as loud as you like and be as frustrated as possible, and all that will happen is that they will cling to you stronger. So we don't want to do it. The first thing you do is refuse to get into conflict. With this event, situation, person that's bringing such negativity into your life. So you refuse to get into conflict with it. You don't take up your sword and shield. You don't get ready for battle. You just say, "Nope." You look at it, acknowledge it, and then you move away, turn away from it. You ignore it, basically. Secondly, understand that you don't have a right to judge or change anything, right? Everything you see and experience in your life should be calmly accepted as if they were a painting or a display in an exhibition, right? You ever been to an exhibition at a museum? Well, if you've been to one before, you know the experience. You walk around, some of them you're like, "Wow, that's really interesting," and then some of them you're like, "What the heck is that?" If you see one that you dislike in there, do you immediately start yelling and say, "This cannot do!" You shake the workers there and you say, "Take this painting down right this instant! Come on! I don't like it! I don't like this painting! Take it off!" No, that would be ridiculous, right? Well, the same is true for energetic positions, events, people, things that try to grab at you. The other option is to see the thing that you dislike and just continue walking to the next painting that you appreciate. Just move on to the next room. Once you understand that the object of your hatred and discomfort is allowed to exist without your input, okay, then you also give yourself the freedom to relax and just let it be. Don't fight it, don't judge it, don't get angry or lose your self-control. If you do any of those things, you're agreeing to play the game, and then you're supplying that force with energy and it perpetuates. The other issue that people run into in their lives is because they have a vague idea of what they want, but they have an exact knowing of what they don't want. Okay, so think about that. Most people have a vague idea of like, what is it that I actually want in my life? Have I ever written this down? Have I ever deeply considered it and specified exactly what it is that I want? Most people haven't. Most people haven't done that. However, most people, I would say pretty much all people, have had something and seen something or experienced something that they don't like and really, "Oh, I don't like that. That specific thing really ticks me off." Okay, now they have in-depth knowledge of something very specific that they know really they don't like it. So they know how to specifically tune to the frequency of that thing, very specific, but they don't know how to tune to the specific frequency of what they do want. And so you understand the issue here. They can tune their mind in specifically to the thing that they don't want, but when it comes to what they do want, they don't know the station. They're not even in the ballpark of the energy frequency specificity that they need in order to tune into that and bring that into their life. The mental picture of what they don't want is much clearer, and it's thought of more. Because if you, if you don't even have the specifics of what you want, how would you think of it more often? Because you haven't even thought about it once because you don't know it. So you begin to see the issue. The pull of what they don't want is stronger because it's more frequent, it's more specific, and they don't even know what they want to replace it with, which— what they do want. So in their efforts to get rid of this stuff, events or things that they don't like, people are unfortunately just acting in a way that has the opposite effect. But not you, now that you know these things. To decline something, you have to first accept its existence. Now, accepting does not mean embrace it. It's not like, "We accept you, come in, come in." No. You don't let it into your personal energetic space. It simply means you recognize that it exists and it can do so, and then you just walk on past it with indifference, like in the art museum. To accept it and let go means to consider the meaning of something, let it pass, say goodbye, wave it goodbye, Oh, there's that thing that really annoyed me in the past. Well, it can go do its thing over there. Good riddance. I don't— not even good riddance, just farewell, you know. This is much more effective than opposing something and I'm gonna fight this thing and get rid of it because it can't, it can't be in my life. I'm gonna go and think about it all the time. That's just not how life and reality works. When you are opposing something, you become attached to it, and in trying to fight it, you dig in your energetic hooks with that approach. So when you think about things you don't want, you attract them deeper into your life. It's funny, some people comment, uh, when I introduce this stuff, they're like, I would hate a million dollars, I would hate so much money, but It kind of is funny because what then they're thinking of having a million dollars and having so much money, whereas before maybe they weren't thinking that way. They, what they were doing is, "I hate being poor. I hate having no money." And so they're always thinking about being poor and they're always thinking about having no money. And so they may hate it, but they're attracting it because they're thinking of it. So you have to instead tune to the frequency of, "I love having so much money. I love having all the money I could ever need for my life. I love being rich." And then you're tuning into that positive opposite, and that's how you shift out of the poor, you know, financial reality. It's the very first steps you have to take. Consider a person who hates apples. Hate apples. Rather than just not paying apples any attention, it actively irritates that person that apples even exist. They get annoyed every time they see an apple. They're openly telling people, they're bemoaning the existence of apples, expressing their disgust. Apples are gross. How could anyone like apples? It disgusts me that people like apples in today's world. On an energetic level, that person may as well be hungrily pouncing on apples, stuffing their mouth with apples and chomping loudly, screaming about how much they hate apples. Then they get sick from all the apples they've eaten and they complain, "Oh, how could I? I can never eat apples. They don't agree with me." It seems ridiculous. What the person doesn't realise in this situation is that you can simply delete apples from their experience of life, from their personal reality tunnel, if they were to give no attention to apples anymore, you remove attention, you remove interaction. The apples are in the store, you walk past, you recognize the apples, some people like apples, they have a right to exist, it's nothing to do with me, I don't want to have anything to do with apples, so I'm gonna go get some oranges. I love oranges. Wow, I'm in love with the feeling of orange juice. Just align with what you truly want rather than fighting the apples. It does not matter if you love or hate something. If your thoughts are tuning into that thing, then your energy is being captured. We can kind of see this principle with people that hate on celebrities. They become obsessed with hating them, you know, they have haters. In any case, the celebrity gains in attention and fame the more haters they have, right? And you even see some celebrities saying there's no such thing as haters, they're all fans. That's what they say because that is what's happening. That's the principle. If someone is hating on you, They're giving you your energy. And okay, why would someone that doesn't like you give them their energy? Well, they don't realize the principles are at play, but they might as well be a fan. So, you know, people like Conor McGregor, they say, "I love my haters as well." And from their perspective, from the person that's receiving all this energy, that is the correct perspective, to send out love to these people that are giving you energy, because that's just magnifying, and that's going to be the best outcome for them. So if you actually dislike something, don't speak of it, don't give it your energy, and it will begin to feature less and less in your life over time. Understand, if your thoughts are latched onto something, the object of your emotions, your thought energy is tuned to that frequency. You then end up being transferred to the corresponding lifeline where you will encounter that. If you want to get rid of something in your life, all you have to do is stop thinking about it. Pass by it with indifference, and it will eventually disappear. As I said before, ignore it, do not avoid it. There is a difference. When we avoid something, it means we have let it into our personal space, and now we're actively trying to get rid of it. When ignoring, we do not react to it. And that means we do not experience it in our energetic space. It's a difference, it's quite subtle difference. If you're a radio, every day you're waking up and you're hearing a program that you hate, you just turn the dial, change the station, and then boom, you're listening to a better song, better music, better radio programs, as simple as that. There is a strategy that you may have done before, some people employ this in life, they put up these energetic barriers, energetic walls to protect themselves from things that they don't like. It's like thick plate armor that they're putting on, okay? You're essentially saying, "I am a blank slate. I see nothing. I hear nothing. I don't know anything. I won't talk to anyone. I'm unavailable entirely." That requires a huge amount of energy to put up these walls. And the defenses that you put up are still vibrating at the frequency of that which you are protecting from. What, what you're trying to protect yourself from, you're still vibrating on that level. So that strategy is not as good as simply ignoring. Be empty, be ignorant of these things, of the energies that are trying to hook you in. If you ignore something, eventually that energy, whether it's a person, whether it's a situation, event, it'll leave you alone, uh, as it focuses on others instead who are hooked into its resonant frequency. So something I want to illustrate here is, because these influences are astral energetic forms, they're not in this physical world, but they exist in the other dimension. They do not necessarily have to have a physical conduit to attack you through, whereas there might be a very annoying person that you have to ignore. That's something in the physical. But because these energetic thought forms exist in the astral, if you're constantly feeding it energy, that thing— annoying fly is something to think about it— that can put thoughts into your head. And it seems kind of like strange to think of it that way, but I feel like it's important to mention because otherwise we may not understand how simply an energetic thought form can impact us. But the more energy we give something, the more likely it's going to ping a thought back into your head, right? Some traumatic experience you went through that you keep on going down the rabbit hole about, "I should have done this better. Why did this happen?" Da da da. You're feeding it energy, and so that thing now has more life in the astral realm to then come back and try to get some more from you later. So if you can just learn to not fight it next time that it comes, even if it's nothing in this physical world for you to fight, they do exist in this other energetic sense. So think about it that way. At the end of the day, ignorance is bliss. In that sense. Not that we should be uneducated, uninformed about things, but ignoring the things that we do not want will decrease the chances of us encountering them in our lives. Imagine you're walking down a street, a dog begins to follow you. It's "woof woof," barks a few times at you. If you turn to face the dog, it's going to bark louder. If you bark back, "woof woof," which I do sometimes because it's fun, fun, but it barks louder back at you, more aggressive. If you try to run, dodge, fight, it'll chase you because it thinks you're playing a game. But if you just ignore it, you calmly ignore it, you change your— it'll change its attention to another passerby or some food on the floor or whatever catches its interest. The dog is a metaphor for these other people, troublemaking situations that we get in, all these energetic thought forms, as I mentioned before. So we just ignore the dog if it comes and barks at us. When it comes to people, if someone is getting to you, then simply ignore them. If you are hating them, fighting them, in conflict with them in some way, you're giving your energy to them, right? And they will continue to engage with you. If you— if they don't receive anything, then they're getting nothing out of the situation. The interaction, and they will eventually get bored and move on. So you ignore them totally, you say to yourself, "They're not worth it," and they're gonna disappear from your life. This is kind of on a similar wavelength as my video about energy vampires and how to deal with them, uh, so go check out that video if you're looking for more in-depth, uh, information about how to deal with people that are energy vampires in your life. But what if it's a situation where it's not easy to just ignore it? You know, maybe it's at work, your boss demanding something from you in a very negative, annoying way, for example. Okay, so you have several options here. If you react defensively, if you outright refuse, you're hostile, your energy becomes enwrapped in this. If you can instead, however, act as if you're willing to play their game, as long as you remain aware that you're only pretending, then that is an option for you to do. Can be the smartest option, right? This technique could be, in this situation, you're gently accepting when the boss begins their first attack, their first energetic outburst at you, where they call you, you know, go do this work now, you you know, whatever. So you diplomatically kind of, you accept, hmm, okay, sure, I can get that report done. But then you're gonna step back and then you're gonna, you're not gonna fight them straight away, okay? So you can take the diplomatic step back, you slowly cool them off by accepting what it is they want you to do, then you try to direct the situation to somewhere else that suits you better. So you listen to him, agree, Accept his story, gas him up, play up to their perspectives, and now you've put yourself on the same team as him. Now the first angry burst of energy is kind of dissipated. That's good, it's been neutralized, and you're now vibrating on his frequency. Okay, we don't want to stay there, but by doing so from the position of observing this energy game, we can then move forward with grace, maybe even directed to something like, hey, wouldn't this employee actually be better to do it? Or some other way that suits us better. Which, what do you want to do? You want to solve the situation? Then you need to play the energetic game, and you don't react defensively, you don't react aggressively. So many times I've been in a social situation with someone annoying at school school, college, teacher, eventual work, the office work I did, I kind of, you know, I'm not getting attacked as such explicitly, but the subtle little power games that people play, you just play along, you know. And then what's the end game? You want to solve the situation, you want to get better out of it. Okay, your observer mode, you're seeing how you can move the flow of things to your advantage. And guess what? You can't get there if you reacted, reacted defensively like a buffoon earlier because you let the energy hooks get into you and you fought it. And now the boss has something against you and you have this weeks, month-long situation where your relationship with someone that controls your job is damaged. And that's a bad option. Okay, so even if you You know, obviously you want to stand up for yourself and some situations call for that, but cooler heads can prevail in most situations in order for you not to get wrapped up in these energy situations to create more mess. That's my point here. So in events of, uh, really intense or destructive nature, we may not be able to just smoothly or casually redirect things. So a more heads-on approach is required. If there is nowhere else to retreat to, you can stop these things happening by doing something that's, that no one would expect, something extraordinary in the moment, something that kind of breaks all of the social rules that exist in the context of whatever the situation is. So if you ever find yourself in a situation that you know will unfold according to usual set of rules, do something surprising. This is called a pattern interrupt. If your vibrational frequency can be vastly different to the situation, then the energy is disturbed and the script is not going to play out as it was before. In this, your greatest tools can be a sense of humor and imagination. Don't take it seriously and just think about things from a different perspective. Imagine something else. Imagine a better scenario. And so it shall become. Consider that you're in a busy street, it's rush hour, people are angry, they're going to work, they're leaving work, everyone's stressed, bumping into you, you're just trying to get where you're going, okay? Now imagine you're in Antarctica and these people are penguins, all waddling around, they gotta get to wherever, wherever they need to go because penguins do what penguins do. You would quickly consider the whole situation quite funny instead, you know. Think of yourself as a, as a penguin quacking around. Do penguins quack? Anyway, this is a much more pleasant scenario to be in, and all that was done was with your mind you imagine something else which changes the energetics of the situation so we don't resonate at that frequency and we don't take it on board with ourselves and our energy. And that's the goal here. I understand it's gonna be— it can be hard to control your anger, okay, when these forces try to attract your attention. They try to steal your energy. If we're unconscious, then these forces are— they're like vampires that steal our energy because they know we're gonna respond with venting. In general, most people If something bad happens to them, "Oh, how could this happen to me?" It's, you know, it's that base level of unconsciousness which results in these energetic vampire things hooking them and stealing their energy. All we can do ultimately is remember what is really happening. So set the goal to remember what is actually behind these provocations, and eventually the habit will be formed where none of these things can actually affect you and you don't end up engaging with anything, and you see these events, people, situations, headlines, or whatever else as the energetic vampires and kind of angry little goblin energy things that are trying to get you to react. And once you see that, you just step back and go, "Nice try, nice try, but not today because I am an ascended person." now in this regard. So to summarise, when negative forces and events seek to make us angry and upset, usually reacting with irritation and displeasure makes the situation worse, okay? Instead, don't react at all, or in a very off-script manner. Do something just completely off-script. For example, You can respond wackily, right, or with excess enthusiasm, and the negativity just gets dissipated. So, try reacting inappropriately to small annoyances. And I say inappropriately not in the sense of being rude, but in the sense of, oh, it's normally appropriate for someone that loses their wallet to be like, "Oh, this is annoying!" But it's inappropriate for something like when I spill some milk. I go, "Yes! I spilled my milk!" with a huge smile on my face, like I've just found some money or received some good news. In fact, that's where my brain goes. It's like a positive force beam that I'm putting out whenever I see the potential of something in the reality ticking me off, because I can feel the potential for that to happen. I can feel the little hooks that are trying to get into me, but now I've remembered it enough and I've, you know, I've read about this stuff enough that I just instantly think about, "Mm, it would be so good to find some money," or, you know, some other positive thing that even if I, you know, I haven't actually found some money or haven't actually— something good has happened, but when you consciously choose to attune and beam that out, Whenever you feel the little hooks that are trying to get into you, then man, you just win, you know. You're absolutely unperturbed on everything, and people are quite gobsmacked by it because then nothing gets you down. And if nothing gets you down, you're going to resonate at the frequency of the lifeline where nothing gets you down, and that's where we want to go. You will really begin to enjoy life. Because no matter what annoyance comes your way, uh, you're good. And in doing so, you're radiating positive energy, and that's when you're, as I said, you're on the lifeline that is going to be receiving more positive energy. And of course, that's what we all want. So I hope this has helped you. Maybe we'll speak more about this topic next time. The next video. Farewell, and I will see you on the highest timeline possible.
