Welcome guys to everything you need to crush 2026. It's the end of the year, which is of course a fantastic time to look at how your life is going, you know, consciously think about where you're at. What goals did you achieve this year? What did you fail on? What could you improve on for next year? And that's what this video is all about, giving you a opportunity, and plan to analyze everything, as well as actionable steps to look at how to be better and crush 2026. So that's what this video is about. Let's get into it. Belief. This is the fundamental, most important key with any changes you want to make, right? It lays the foundation for everything else. If you don't believe something is possible, then it won't be for you. It won't be possible for you. Like, you won't even attempt to do the thing that's going to improve your life. But the other side of it is, because of the way this reality works, your mind won't connect to the subconscious energy, which then brings about the circumstances and magic and reality-shifting thoughts that can make that thing more possible for you and more achievable. So, Let this be my injection of belief into you because I believe that you can do it. Genuinely believe that you can do it. There is no one in this world who cannot improve their life in the ways that they want to, you know? So I believe in you. You should believe in you. God believes in you. And the belief comes first. This is important because our mind reflects what we think back to us in the circumstances of life. The mental state needs to come first because life echoes the thoughts you've had previously, and you have to inhabit that success mentally first. So how do we do that? How do we change our beliefs? Well, it begins with rewriting what your current mental beliefs are. Anytime you think limiting beliefs, override them with a positive opposite. Okay. Don't get upset that they happen. Don't be worried that you had this limiting belief. Simply recognize it as a pattern that you may have had previously, may have just learned from the environment around you, other people. What do I mean by a positive opposite? Well, Here's an example. If you think, this is the limiting belief, right? I can never make that much money. It's hard to make money. The opposite positive would be something like, big deposits of money flow to me effortlessly. And you just repeat that to yourself because it's, it's kind of positively canceling out the limiting belief. You just take positive language and Yeah, do the opposite of that limiting belief that popped into your head unconsciously. Another example, I'm so fat and ugly, I'm unfit. I am beautifully lean and healthy. And yes, it feels a little bit silly, but this is essentially what the notion of rewriting mental beliefs and improving our thought patterns to attract success is. Also, the things that we think, everything is energy, the things that we think will have a tangible, real-world effect on our health, our appearance, our finances, what we attract, who we interact with, the coincidences that, that happen in our lives. You know, it's all related to the thoughts that we have. And you see, successful people talk about this for a reason. Everything is experienced through the mind, so our mind needs to be at a very strong, positive capacity in order to improve our lives. It's not about saying these magic words and it just happens without any effort. It's about removing the mental roadblocks that push those things away. And then, and then things just flow and then your work and your effort make a positive, just streamlined effect. You know, you can't do it without effort and movement and work towards what you want, but when you get rid of the roadblocks, everything just flows easily. You must mentally inhabit a state first. So I'm going to do a longer video on affirmations, which is, you know, the word that you give to those overwriting positive thoughts, positive opposites, uh, which I'll talk about later. So yeah, rewriting your mental beliefs is the key underlying thing, uh, for all the self-improvement that you want to do next year. Only entertain positive thoughts. Okay. Guard your mind. And this is from guarding it from the outside. You know, the mental gatekeeper, you, you consciously are the guard at the door of your mind. If you think of your mind as a temple, as a safe, you know, a fortress, if you will, you let in thoughts and accept them and bring them into your subconscious, and then your subconscious takes them away. And makes them into reality, basically. So you have to now think about your mind as you are the gatekeeper. What are you gonna allow in as truth to then go off and send to the subconscious? And then the subconscious through God connects to everything else and gives that reality, whatever the thought is, positive or negative. When a negative thought like, I can't, this is too hard, arrives, when those negative thoughts arrive, acknowledge it without emotion and then just dismiss it. Do not let it in. Do not give it a chair and say, come sit down in my mind and I'm going to give you onto the subconscious. Just be like, oh, that's a negative thought. That is not part of my reality anymore. Shing! See you later. Positive opposite affirmation if you need to, but otherwise you just don't give it energy. Gratitude stacking. This is a really powerful one as well. If you come across these negative thoughts, every time you catch yourself, if you're complaining or another, you know, thing to do when you have a negative thought, immediately list 3 things that you're grateful for. 5 things, 10 things. You can always think of a lot of things to be grateful for. It's impossible to feel this fear, lack, anger, worry, and gratitude at the same time. The two emotional states are just too different. Gratitude is far more powerful. So, if you can't think of a positive opposite, just think about, man, what am I grateful for right now? And it will cancel out that energetic state that limits you. And no complaining. It's an obvious one. If you've been someone who has complained or criticized other people, criticized yourself over and over, gossips, talks smack about other people, that's done. 2026, there's no room for it anymore. You are no longer the type of person that complains, criticizes, or gossips because complaining reinforces this victim mindset. By removing it, you're always going to think of solutions and action instead of just, oh, you know, poor me, life's tough. I'm just going to be a victim and stay there. And then your life doesn't change. It doesn't help anyone. So that's all the mental stuff, mostly. Let's move on. Cleaning up your environment. Now, we essentially block new blessings in our life, new experiences, new energy, new connections, new relationship by having old stagnant energy in our surroundings. Now, I was just doing a just writing about this yesterday, if you think about the, your life as a pie chart, okay? And there are all the different slices of things that take up your time and energy, relationships, uh, things that you own, things in your literal, like, physical surroundings. All of that, eventually, you run out of time, energy, space in the pie chart of your life. And when that's full, when your mind is just so full of things and connections and everything else, that may be years old. There may be things that no longer serve you. There may have been things that were a previous part of your life. That's just full. Nothing new can come in, you know. You can't grab onto something new while holding on to the old stuff, okay? So the New Year is a very powerful time to clean up your environment, uh, throw out old things that you don't use anymore. Like, be really ruthless, okay? Freshen your space, like literally clean as well. Throw out old stuff, but the dust and things, that is essentially, if everything is energy, stagnant, slow energy that blocks your blessings from coming in. Okay, so change your environment is a, is a very important one as well. If you are in the same thing, doing the same thing, and have been for years and years, it's a lot harder to get out of those patterns because you're used to the environment. You trigger the same mental thought loops and it kind of limits you in terms of your new experience and new energy coming in. So if you can, pattern break, you must. If you want to change in life, you have to change the patterns. Okay. It can be a small scale. It can be something like going on a road trip to a place that you've never been. It can be walking to a different part of town for lunch on your work break. Than usual, you know, like get out of the habit, get out of the pattern because that is going to help new energy flow in and things move around and really improve your energetic kind of flow. So that's a really important one. In terms of your environment as well, you have to look at the 5-person rule. You know, they, they say you're the average of the 5 people that you spend the most time with. If all those people are cynical, negative, it's going to leak into you. If they're low vibration, if they're just negative people that don't think good things are possible, they don't believe that you can make money in your new business or whatever, it's going to kind of leach onto you. And if you're always spending time around losers, that energy is going to leak off into you. So that is part of your environment. Clean up the connections and parts of your environment which no longer serve you. It's very, very important. Moving on. Physical foundation, you know, and there's a million things to talk about in here, but it is very, very important, uh, lifting intensely, exercising intensely. So this can be heavy weights, can be sprints, it can be climbing, you know, with weight on, whatever you want, but but make sure that you're kind of pushing the boundaries in terms of intensity and forcing your body to do things that it hasn't done before. Uh, that is going to be a cornerstone in your mental state, your physical improvement, and also just, you know, creating energy and, and asking your body to do things and expand. And obviously people want the nice physique. It's gonna translate to respect in a bunch of ways. And if you've never been in the gym, Just go once, you know, it's that simple. You just have to do better than you did yesterday. And the physical foundation reflects everything else in here. And it's often one of the, the easier things to get started with. You just need to go in the gym, get a sweat on, push yourself, and then you're already making progress. You don't have to lift heavy every single day. That's actually counterintuitive. So making sure that you're, you know, 4 times a week if you're a guy, some intense training. And then everyone daily should be doing some moderate exercise, whether that's walking or swimming, you know, casually. You don't have to complete— go balls to the wall every single day, but moderate exercise in terms of moving your body is very, very important for that physical foundation and mental health. Part of that is the same with your sleep consistency and quality. A lot of people, what's holding them back is they're scrolling on their phone till midnight. You know, if this is you, you have no idea the difference in how it feels to go to bed at 9 PM compared to, you know, even 10:30, that marginal difference, because our bodies are designed to sleep in accordance with the sun. And if the sun is going down at 6:37, you should be winding down for bed around 9 PM. And I know, you know, if it's summer in the Northern Hemisphere and things, there's different ways around that, but wherever you are, you should kind of be aligned with the sun. Your circadian rhythm is designed to interact with that. It's not designed to look at a little phone until midnight, blasting your eyes with this fake light, and then, yeah, sleeping in, or if you have to get up early for work anyway, you're just removing the periods of sleep where you do your repair, um, leading to imbalances in your concentration and motivation and dopamine and everything else. And it seems like something that's kind of— we overlook it. Oh, it's just sleep, you know. We're unconscious for it, so it's not something that we're directly experiencing in the moment, so we kind of— we can push it away. But it is so, so important in terms of the mental state that it gives you, the recovery in the gym, your physical foundation for everything else. So really try. I've got a longer video on sleep on my channel which you can find if you want like in-depth information about this, but You know, 9 PM bedtime, dark room, needs to be fairly cool, window open, fresh air, linen sheets are really nice. Wear your blue light blocking glasses before bed. If you're going to be using screens or even just with lights all around you, you put these on, uh, once the sun goes down and man, you'll be falling asleep easy. Even if you do, you know, use your phone a little bit in the evening time, which Ideally, we're not, but with the glasses, they really make a difference. Phone off in another room 2 hours before you go to bed. And then, uh, yeah, like I said, more in-depth tips on the other video that I have. Nutrition. Now, this is obviously the basis of, we just mentioned the exercise and the sleep, but the nutrition is another massive, massive pillar of how we're going to feel, how your body can feel, look, how you perform, and outwardly how our energy is for everything else in our lives that we want. So this is really important— master your nutrition. My thing is make all your own food. If you haven't done this before, you don't know what you're missing out on. If you are ordering your food or Yeah, even just not eating enough because you don't know how to prepare your own food, whatever it is. Like, once you have a dialed-in nutrition plan and you understand like how to make yourself a few core meals that you just repeat and you don't really go out of that routine, it's just, it's night and day, the, the kind of difference in performance that you can have. So single ingredient rule, if it comes in a box, there's a paragraph of ingredients or a packet, whatever, it's all things mixed together to create a food product, don't eat it. You know, it's, it's not food at that point. It's a product. Now there are some clean ingredients, uh, products out there, but I find that it's the best when you just have a single ingredient and then you mix them yourself. Uh, not with too much cooking or processing, obviously, but things like, oh, it's a steak. Yep. That's just one steak. Oh, it's an orange. You know, that's, that's one thing. It's milk. It's just milk. You know, so that's the single ingredient rule. Quickly, the things that I eat mostly are raw meat, dairy, eggs, fruit, um, potatoes, tubers, like sweet potatoes and things, lots of herbs. And that's pretty much it. You know, you can keep it simple. In today's world where people are just lazier and lazier ordering, ordering Uber Eats, which is this slop that's prepared by people that hate you in terrible cooking oils. And just the energy of that is, and the laziness of it is, and you're paying out the nose for it. It's just ridiculous. And you're not going to feel your best when you're doing it. And some people say, oh, I don't have enough time to cook and stuff. Well, I'll talk about how I eat, which is the highest efficiency kind of method that I've found later. But what's going to happen there? Mental clarity is going to increase. Uh, how your skin looks is going to be better because you're not throwing out those toxins from eating the Uber Eats. Your physique is going to be better. You have more energy for anything else that you want to do in your life in 2026. And it's crazy, like, once you learn these skills, you never go back. But it is a little crazy to me how, like, you don't even know how to cook. Like, a lot of people are like that. So you can really make yourself stand out just by doing these simple, basic life human skills, which I think are very important. Being Spartan with your tastes. What does that mean? Well, to be Spartan is to be kind of simple, ruthless, uh, and just have like, okay, I have my meat and maybe I'll have olive oil and herbs as my sauce. I'm not all these like sauces and then spices and ingredients and salts and all the rest of it, like over and over to mix all, all of that. The more ingredients you put in and mix, the less it's going to die, the worse it's going to digest in you. So being Spartan and just getting used to like the delicious taste of just milk and honey, it's the most incredible taste, one of the most incredible tastes out there. And it's like fairly simple. It's Spartan. It's, it's what we were having thousands of years ago, you know? So that's important. It's also less expensive than eating out. So I'm not one to be like, oh, save all your money. Ah, scary, whatever. Like you have to eat bugs because it saves money, but this, like, of course having more money is better and spending more money on worse quality food is just retarded, in my opinion. That tastes worse also. So, yeah, less expensive than eating out once you get the hang of things. When you master your own nutrition, you're controlling the fats and everyone knows about seed oils now, but those industrial, polluted, processed soybean and canola oil, which is used, vegetable oil that is used to cook food, or even in dressings and stuff that's not cooked, you just don't even have to worry that something that you've bought has touched that at all by cooking your own food, using butter, tallow, coconut oil. You're fixing your cellular health. You're giving your brain and body the fats that it needs to repair cells without all of this extra BS. And your hormonal profile will improve, your physique will improve, and how you think will improve as well. It's an absolute no-brainer. Now in terms of the efficiency with how I eat, I'm eating raw foods. Okay. You don't necessarily have to eat raw. I recommend it because you can just go into your kitchen, slam 4 raw eggs. Hey, that's my breakfast. And now I'm into working. How long did that take? Literally 2 minutes rather than like whisking the eggs up, heating the pan up, cooking the eggs, which is just decreasing the nutrition bioavailability anyway. Then you gotta, you know, put it on the plate, clean up the thing, blah, blah, Raw eggs, I'm done. I'm into work. I'm already optimized, efficient. Same with eating some raw meat. You know, it takes a little longer. You just cut up the raw meat chunks and then you eat it and that's your lunch. Okay. Pour a glass of milk. Boom. That's a meal right there. Mix some honey in. Like, that is elite efficiency. If you're someone that, you know, I don't, I don't believe in living my life just purely efficiency. But it is a massive bonus that you don't have to cook your steak either side, put in the oven for a bit, roast some potatoes as well. You know, I'll, I'll boil my potatoes and roasting doesn't really like, it's not that much active preparation. But my point is, is like, okay, the steak is cooking, it's smoking. Now you gotta wash up and it's, it's this whole thing compared to just raw foods. You're eating it. There's no cleanup. Boom. You, you don't even need a kitchen as such. You just need like a fridge, which is really helpful if you're traveling. You just need a little fridge. You go to the store, you get your yogurt, honey, meat, uh, milk, and some eggs, and then you're done. You know, you have more time to improve whatever it is that you want to improve in your life, which is great. So that's nutrition. Semen retention. This is probably the most impactful one for dudes. If you want more life energy, you want to actually change your life, you want to stop being frankly a loser in whatever avenues of life that you are currently losering. I'm not calling you a loser. Sometimes we know deep down within ourselves as men, we're not actualizing our potential. And it's fair to say I'm being a bit of a loser in that particular realm. You know, it just, it is, it is what it is. You have to look at things objectively if you want to improve, if you want to get better. Semen retention and all the effects that it has is the kind of, if, if belief is one of the underlying pillars, this is also an underlying pillar because it Magnifies your creative energy and your resonance and your energy, which then permeates into everything else. The biological effects of having more energy and nutrients to recover and repair rather than just depleting yourself. You're not wasting time watching porn and touching yourself like a chimpanzee. And, uh, yeah, it's, it's about It's not about not doing something. Okay. You're not losing out on something. You're gaining all of the sexual energy that you were losing before. And even if you're having sex and ejaculating, if you intentionally retain, you still have sex, by all means do that, but just hold you onto the retention for those last few seconds of the ejaculation and you get this creative energy surge and you transmute it into the rest of your life. So many hidden benefits to this practice that I'll do. I'm pretty sure I have a video on YouTube actually talking about this, uh, in depth, but if not, I'll do another one. Let me know any of these topics that you want me to go more in depth on, uh, than just this kind of summary that I'm doing. Let me know and I, and I can, but yeah, there's also the neurological reset that you get because when you're jerking off and watching porn, your dopamine is being fried. This is like the The reward centers in the brain are just so pumped out that when you do retention, which implies you're not looking at porn and you're not masturbating, you get this reset where it allows your brain and body to find the joy in simple things again. A beautiful sunset, a workout, even a deep conversation and just presence with someone. When your dopamine tolerance is a lot lower, And, you know, dopamine fried by social media scrolling as well, but porn is the probably the biggest one. So retention is just like, nope, I'm not doing that anymore. Let's reset everything. You begin to enjoy the rest of life more, and it's a lot more pleasurable to read a book and improve yourself in all these other ways that we are saying, uh, in this video. There's also like a spiritual magnetic presence of energy that you can get. From this. Uh, there's like increased respect from others. I've talked to so many people that when they do this, when they retain more attention from women, uh, whether that's on multiple levels like biological, psychological, because you think your self-perception is like, I'm not, I'm not the guy that does that anymore. Like, I'm— you respect yourself more. Okay, so the discipline of having that self-control in this, it manifests in various ways. You just get a confidence in your eyes, your posture, and things where, yeah, it's absolutely unbeatable. If you want to crush 2026, then don't bust in 2026, okay? Or at least, you know, several, several weeks, several months in between when you do choose to do that. 10,000 steps a day. Hey, if you can do that, that's awesome. Zone 2 recovery walking is one of the lowest stress cardio to do. The movement improves lymphatic system flow. It's like one of the best natural human movements we can do. If you are doing something where you can walk, you're on the phone, uh, listening to an audiobook, don't sit. Okay. Just walk. You should be moving as much as possible. Even if you're just walking inside over and over, it's better than kind of just slugging in one position. It's especially important after meals. Less important if you're eating purely raw because the digestion is so elite and, and pure. But if you're having these heavy cooked meals, it is ideal to walk and move a little bit after, at least 10-15 minutes. To kind of blunt that glucose spike, keeping you more lean, just keeping the lymph moving, which is the delivery system for nutrients in your body. Mental clarity, you know, Nietzsche said that you should never trust a thought that occurs indoors. So if you're indoors or you're, you're dooming in your head and you're like, oh, am I indoors? Yeah, yeah, I am. Oh, well, I shouldn't trust any thoughts that happen in there. All of the great writers of the world of history, they walked and then they wrote. And for me as well, if I'm walking, I get better ideas, better tweets and things like that. So moving meditation, if you can hit 10K steps daily, that's really great. Start working for yourself. So independence and freedom is the most valuable thing that there is, you know, whatever It is that you can monetize whatever you can do. I have friends that have built their independence for, uh, for themselves with a pressure cleaning business. They didn't know anything about pressure cleaning, but they saw a little gap in the market. You know, maybe there weren't many Google Maps businesses in that area at the time. Uh, the possibilities are endless, you know, you can really, whatever you're interested in, you can make money from it, especially. In the age of the internet, you don't even have to be on the internet to do that. Although it is a lot easier on the internet. Whatever is relevant to your strengths is better. If you have a great job that enables your freedom, you know, you get paid enough to take time off or it's the schedule's good. It doesn't apply to you as much. However, even earning less temporarily, but being your own boss is such a great feeling. If you apply that skill that you learned at the job to this other thing then it's, it's, it's great. Um, even spending a little time to just get a smaller side hustle that doesn't necessarily replace your full-time income, but it pays for your coffees, maybe it pays for your groceries. Like that is just, it's such a powerful, uh, you know, you're supporting yourself. It's such a powerful feeling to get that. So I highly recommend any young man who wants to improve their 2026, like some level of side hustle and working for yourself you implement in your life. You know, so don't quit your job tomorrow. I didn't do that when I first started, you know, dedicate 1 to 2 hours a day, uh, whatever business you figure out online. This is what I did. I had years of kind of building my presence, my online audience while I was working at it on my lunch breaks at my crappy office job at the time. And then after that time, you know, I was writing my ebook, I got coaching clients, and then that kind of gave me the opportunity to quit my real life job. And, you know, the rest is history. But you don't necessarily have to just like quit your job, whatever. I don't actually recommend that because you're having that income, you know, you have enough. Yeah, people say that, oh my hell, my whole life is taken up by my job, but you do actually, you can cut out things and you can be a bit more ruthless with your time and the weekends and things. You'll have to give up other stuff, but you do have time to improve a side hustle, start something else, whatever it is. Everyone has the same amount of time. It's just how you use it. Solving a problem, you know, wealth is a reward for solving someone else's problem. Whatever capacity that is, finding a pain point and niche that you have experience with, and then build, build a solution, whether that's you working directly or giving information or setting something up that helps people. So digital real estate, start building an audience or portfolio online for whatever it is that you're doing, even if it's just, you know, you being social, you posting cool pictures, just sharing more of yourself. You never know the connections that'll happen. From that. And I think, you know, in 2026, the digital real estate that you own is going to be one of your biggest assets. The connections, the relationships that you can form from that. If you're not online, probably missing out in some regards. Your work doesn't even have to be online to have an online presence that ends up serving you. People have audiences for taking cool pictures. Building model trains, whatever it is that you like, putting it online kind of magnifies your chances of improving your life in a lot of ways, job opportunities, whatever it is, sharing yourself online. I don't see any downsides to that. Um, in the long term, this is an important one. Establish a deep work block. So this will be an hour to 90 minutes that you do per day before you check your phone in the morning is probably the best time to do it. What's your most important goal or side business project, hobby, whatever you want to learn, a language, something like that. In a world today where everyone's so constantly distracted, the ability to just focus intensely is a literal superpower. Like, it'll put you ahead of 99% of people if you can do this. If you're not yet in the position to work on the business, like the business isn't set up, then you work towards that point. Or like I said, you're learning during this period, you're gathering information, you're absorbing more so that you understand what to do with your business or your hobby and practicing. If you can't do it in the morning due to your personal schedule, make sure you do it in the evening. However, the morning you're going to be more alert and you're dedicating your freshest, strongest energy in the morning. Usually also in earlier mornings, there's less psychic noise around. People haven't woken up for the day yet. So you get that kind of pure, quiet time, especially when it's like 5 AM. Before the sun has come up, it's a really powerful time. So I find it better to work it in than if you want really deep focus concentration rather than the end of the day when you've already experienced so many different things and thought about all this other stuff and you're also tired from exercise or working during the day. So the morning is like, it's your time. This is your real focus time to make conscious progress. Excuse me, progress in whatever it is that you want to do. And it's very important and it'll put you ahead of everyone if you can do this. In the morning, go to bed— sorry, to get that period in the morning of 5 AM, you're gonna have to go to bed earlier. And that's fine. The time that you miss out on by going to bed earlier is, is not as powerful as what you can get by getting, by getting up in the morning and doing this deep work block. So I highly recommend that. Be outdoors more than you're indoors. Now, I'm indoors right now, right? I have to do things. I get to do things to where being indoors, it's just part of the game. A lot of jobs are like that these days. Outside of that time, which is dedicated to you having to be indoors, be outdoors, you know. Have you ever wondered why you feel better in a place even with high ceilings? It's because you're, you're less caged in. The highest ceiling is outdoors. There is no ceiling, right? The more time you spend outside in your free time, the better you'll feel. This is just the facts. You're getting more sunlight. You're usually out in nature to some degree. There's fresh air. This is just If you spend your free time indoors scrolling, video gaming, even reading indoors, like go read outdoors and go for a walk outside rather than walking on the treadmill on the indoor gym, for example. The most important parts of being outdoors: circadian sun gazing. So getting sunlight in your eyes within, you know, ideally 10 minutes of waking up, get outside and look to where the sun is, even if it's cloudy. You can, you're getting sunlight through because if the clouds are blocking all of the light, then it would be dark, it would be pitch black and you wouldn't be able to see anything. So a lot of light is actually still coming through. This is why you should be outside even if it's wintry, cloudy, like just put a jacket on, put a hoodie on and, and go out there. And this is really important when you first get up because the sunlight that you get in early, and if you're waking up before the sun, okay, that's great. You do your deep work. And then when it's sun rising, you, Make sure you go out and you time that because that's going to make you sleepy at night. It's going to make you more alert throughout the day. Sets your cortisol timers, your melatonin timers, and yeah, it's the best way to be. Grounding, connecting to the electrical field of the earth, you know, bare feet on grass or in dirt or ideally in like sand or, uh, natural bodies of water. Uh, it reduces your inflammation. It connects you to the earth. Improves your electrical signal, shall we say. And so many people are cut off from this because even if they do go outside to exercise, they're wearing these rubber running shoes where they never actually go barefoot on the ground. So it's very, very important you do that. When the indoor world is filled with artificial blue light, recycled air, EMF fields on all our electronic gadgets, being outside kind of clears that BS mental static that people can get from the modern world. Lowers your stress hormones, it'll improve your physique because everything is working better, improves your digestion. And if that's not something that you've done in 2025, then you really need to get onto 2026 schedule. Literally just go outside. Like, it's, it's very simple. As much as possible. I know I mentioned putting a hoodie on to go out in the cold, but it's also powerful to embrace the elements. So if it is a little bit cold outside, Just walk outside in a t-shirt. If it's very hot, still go outside and get a sweat on. Don't stay in air conditioning all day. It's about your body adapting to different environments as we would have done in nature, as we would have done and would do in the wild. It's very important and it can improve a lot of temper regulation, temperature regulation processes in the body to where you won't necessarily always need the heating on, always need the air conditioning on because your body is better at regulation and that You know, sauna is a good one to hot baths to improve your body's sweating ability, temperature regulation ability. I haven't put a slide on those two, but you know, sauna and hot baths are great for a lot of different things that you can implement in 2026. The Sunday review. So this is a really good one. I just have my Sunday passed. Once a week, just check in. And make sure you're on the right path, you know? So every Sunday you sit down 20 minutes, audit your week, think back what went well, where did you leak energy or where did you lose focus? What, what put you off your improvement? Plan out what you need to do in the coming week, what you want to do in the coming week, what you want to achieve. What did you actually do this past week that got you close to your goals? Were there things that was just a waste of time to do? Were there things that worked really well? A lot of people will spin their wheels with self-improvement, with business, with health, with pretend work or busy work, or they're endlessly just getting information and not practicing it, putting it into practice. So it's important, like you can't, you can't manage and improve what you just don't ever measure consciously. So it keeps you from drifting off course. If you just have one Sunday. Each Sunday, you're usually at home anyway before the work week, and you just sit down with a notebook and you think back, okay, what happened? What am I doing? What can I do better next week? Blah, blah, blah. And you, you own in and focus on the things that really made a difference. And doing that once a week is super, super powerful. Doesn't have to be this huge thing. Just make sure you steer the shipping wheel. Ship wheel? Ship wheel? Yeah, course correct and you go to where you want to go. So this is the blueprint. If you do all this, hey, you're going to crush 2026. The year is yours. You know, there are smaller optimizations.
