I Went to Sydney UFC (Travel Vlog)

In this 30‑minute travel vlog, Sol Brah documents a weekend trip to Sydney, Australia, centered around attending UFC 325. He opens with a brief overview of the upcoming fight (Volkanovski vs. Diego Lopez) and his excitement for the event. The vlog blends footage of the city’s iconic spots (Harbour Bridge, Bondi Beach, Icebergs pool), a grocery haul highlighting his nutrition philosophy, and a deep dive into his own supplement line, Aurum, showcasing products like liquid magnesium, electrolyte salts, and mushroom extracts. Sol discusses practical health habits such as morning sunlight exposure, lymphatic movement, grounding, and the use of an “Aura Spray” for energetic hygiene, positioning these as part of a broader spiritual‑wellness routine. He shares gym training details (incline walking, leg‑focused athletic movements, and specific machine exercises) and emphasizes functional, athletic training over pure hypertrophy. The vlog also features a shopping segment where Sol purchases a Versace silk shirt and other luxury items, using the experience to illustrate his money‑mindset philosophy: the importance of increasing earning capacity, strategic spending, and viewing money as energy flow rather than hoarding. Throughout, he intersperses promotional plugs for Aurum, offers lifestyle advice (e.g., avoiding toxic dish soaps, using natural Castile soap), and reflects on the cultural vibe of Sydney compared to previous visits. The video concludes with preparations for the UFC event, a brief commentary on the fighters, and a final montage of the city’s monuments and spiritual architecture.

What's going on, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia? It all goes down this Sunday.
Wow, that's actually— Welcome back to another vlog. We are in Sydney, a beautiful city in Australia. I'm here for the weekend, in town for UFC 365. 4, 5. May have got that wrong, but Volkanovski and Diego Lopez, number 2. It's gonna be an epic fight, and meeting up with Vance and a few other people in town, just checking out the city. I haven't been here for a few years, but Sydney is a beautiful place. Obviously we're on the harbour here, not the most iconic part of the city, of the harbour, but a beautiful spot nonetheless. And we just went to the press conference for the UFC, all the fighters, you know, talking a bit of smack, being questioned. Crowd amped up at the battle to come. Not usually around crowds like that, so it was fun, it was great, it was entertaining, and I'm excited for the fights. Otherwise, excited to show you guys around the city, what we're going to do here, hit some beautiful swimming spots, some gym training, grocery stores, you know, the typical Seoul lifestyle. Show you what Sydney is like these days. It's changed a little bit since I've been here. Different demographics, just to say the least. That's all I'll say about that. But otherwise, it's going to be great. The weather's meant to be incredible this weekend, as it usually is wherever I go. So I'm grateful for that. And yeah, that's what this vlog's going to be. One thing I will say is that Aurum, my new supplement brand, is my only supplement brand right now. If I— if you've seen me been involved with other supplement brands in the past, It's no longer a thing. And if you are not buying from Aurum, then you're not buying with me, you're not supporting me. So I just wanted to make that clear. If you want to support me and these videos and everything that I do, please go check out Aurum. Description in the link below. We have electrolyte salts, liquid magnesium, and a lion's mane extract. Really just amazing natural products, and I would really appreciate if you go check it out. That being said, Uh, let's check out the rest of Sydney. Had to put the blue light blockers in here. Check it out, brutal. I'm going to get some basics. Unsalted butter, got coconut water, some cheese, get some spring water. This one looks cool, try that. Look at how many protein bars there are now. Feels like every day there's a new protein bar company. Smart Bar. Oh, Smart Protein. All garbage. Do not eat this stuff. If you can sit on the shelf for a long time, it's not food. It's actually pretty zogged place. What have I got? Spring water, coconut water.
That's it.
Butter. Where's the meat? It's unfortunate, but we'll have to make do with milk, coconut water, sparkling water. A bit of a lighter evening. Look, sometimes, guys, You're not going to be able to find the perfect diet each night for dinner. That's life. If you're traveling, sometimes things are closed, whatever, it doesn't matter. Your body can adapt. It's not the end of the world if you have one evening with less calories than you, you know, maybe you're a bit hungry. Hey, that's also good for you sometimes. So that's what we're doing tonight. And I say, oh yeah, I'll be hungry, but I've got 2 gallons of milk to back up. So, but for me, Milk is more of a drink and a snack. It's not a meal as such, although it can replace a meal, but you know what I'm saying. So now we got to get on a bike. There she is. We'll get a better look another time, but that's the famous Harbour Bridge. So let's show you guys what we got. Limited grocery haul, but still yummy. We have some coconut water. I'm making a drink here. I like to go half coconut and then half sparkling. This brand is really high in silica, so if you're interested in detoxing from heavy metals, silica-rich waters are really good. What else am I going to put in here? You guessed it, Aurum natural liquid magnesium. Some added extra minerals. Lovely. Let's have a taste. Incredible. Another type of water, Fiucci. I've had this before, Italian, I believe. And that's really all we got. I've got this cultured unsalted butter. Maybe I'll eat a chunk of that. Otherwise Look at these beautiful, beautiful creatures over here. The mineral salts, wonderful. You can add that to your water as well. Cordyceps extract, this is unreleased. Uh, interesting thing about this, we have used a wild Australian type of cordyceps which has never been sold in the USA before. I would argue it's one of the best cordyceps extracts in the world. So We can't sell it yet. There's a process that we have to go through with the regulation authorities, and so that's coming this year, a bit later. Otherwise, Lion's Mane extract is ready right now. If you want more focus, if you want to lock in on whatever you're doing, even pre-workout for the gym, it's incredible at focusing at mind-muscle connection. Anything you want your brain to do better, this stuff will support it. And yeah, really excited for you guys to try. But that's that. This is what we have here. We're in the Airbnb. Probably was, um, just gonna hit the hay now. One thing I'll say, if your dish soap looks like that, please do not put that on anything, but especially not what plates and forks that you're then going to eat with, and the little microparticles are going to go in your stomach. Some people have gastrointestinal issues because they are cleaning and soaping up their equipment that they're cooking with or eating off with these toxic, literally radioactive green BS soaps, petrochemicals, and that's killing their internal bacteria, which is digesting things. And no wonder you're going to feel bad and you're going to have like tummy issues because of that. A lot of people don't realize it's because of what they're washing up with. So What do I use? I use hot— I don't really cook much, so I don't need too much of a soap, but there are natural Castile soaps you can get, the Sol soap you can mix with water, and then just hot water and scrubbing really gets most of it. That's all you need for dishwashing. You don't need these nuclear garbage things. One of my secret weapons is Aura Spray. I know, I know, Sol Brah. What's an aura spray? That sounds like garbage. It sounds fake. Snake oil. Well, oh man, it smells so good. What's happening here though? In here is energized water and flower essences and essential oils. So it smells absolutely divine, but what is it actually doing? Well, as the name sounds, aura spray It's clearing my energetic field. Your energetic field is part of your body. And if you've been in public or, you know, just had a bad day or some interaction with someone and you feel like your energy's off, it's also just good general energy hygiene to do things and have practices where you cleanse your energy, cleanse your aura. Taking a shower is a very simple version of that, but I have Aura Spray and I travel with it. Because it's a powerful way to just reboost yourself, energize yourself, uh, clear anything out of your aura. Uh, this is all real, guys. Like, I'm not some— I mean, yeah, maybe I am a little bit crazy and out there or whatever, but I have not come to these practices for no reason, okay? And the aura is real. We have an electromagnetic field. This has been measured in Scientific experiments, the heart particularly is where the strongest part of the electrical field is. This is all real. This is all legit. So if that's legit, then certain actions we can take, some of it can be better for our aura or worse in terms of our energy management. So I like to just do what I know makes me feel good and makes my energy better. It's just general hygiene. This is spiritual hygiene. This is why you would sage a house or sage an area, light some incense, cleanse the air, cleanse the energy. And the aura spray is a cool portable way to do that. So you could definitely make your own. Uh, this is a one that I bought near me, but getting natural spring water, essential oils that you like, as well as soaking the water in fresh flowers, flower petals of your choice, whatever you like the most, or finding flower essences and restructuring that as well. If you have a water spiralizer, leaving it in sunlight, leaving it in moonlight, you can create your own little glass spray and then you make, you know, maybe you put a few crystals in there as well to energize it and then you can take it with you around. This is a really easy way to have another magical tool on you. When you're traveling or just for life in general. This is my bedroom window view. Pretty cool. And it's coming up to the full moon as well. It's hiding behind the clouds right now, but we are building to a full moon. Can feel the energy rising now. So I have been drinking a little less milk throughout the day in an effort to slim down a little bit. But what I like to do is save the majority of my milk for the evening because it's so cozy to drink a creamy milk before bed. Provides you with all the nutrients that your brain needs to recover and relax. I'm still drinking milk throughout the day, but not as much, and I just love having it before bed. You know, it's, it's like a childhood, uh, thing. You know, you have a cup of warm milk before bed. That's what Grandma gave you, is what your mom gave you, and there's a reason for that. So milk before bed as a little treat, or ice cream. That's why ice cream is so good to have as a dessert and makes you rest well. I don't have honey with me, but I would have put honey in there to mix it. And, uh, now I'm gonna sleep, and in the morning I'm gonna find a cafe, do some work, and then hit the gym after that. So I'll see you tomorrow. Grand rising! We just had a great sleep. Let's check out the view and then we're going to go for a little walk, maybe even a jog, uh, to the harbor. So, a bit of milk to fuel up.
Let's go!
All right, let's find the sun. Oh! There he is. Grand Rising, Sydney. So guys, one of the most important things, the most important things to do in the morning, sunlight, of course, lymphatic movement, as I'm doing, jumping around, swinging around, and grounding, getting back into the Earth's electrical charge. Most people haven't been grounding throughout the night during their sleep, haven't been moving during their sleep, so we need to get everything going again. Super simple, 10 minutes is all you need if you're on a time crunch, but those 10 minutes are gonna make a real meaningful difference for the rest of your day. Morning health activities done, ticked off. Now we can get to the really enjoyable part— working. I'm not even joking, like, I love, I love what I do, obviously. Get on, cook up some tweets, edit some videos, put out some health advice. Love it, love it. Look at this, this was on my bike. I was about to crawl up my leg, he just ran out. Oh my goodness, the size of that thing on my bike! Wow. Oh, he came for a ride with me. Salt, electrolytes, very important. Cool. Treadmill tip: this is what I've been doing— 15% incline, 3.5 kilometers per hour. I'm not sure what that is in miles for you US blokes, but, uh, super chill. Can continue a conversation at that speed. Speed, which is, uh, I believe that means you're in zone 2. But being able to just kind of continue a conversation is a good sign. It keeps you in that fat burning, uh, fat burning zone as opposed to going into anaerobic fitness, which is, you know, not what we want right now. I'm not testing that, I'm not building that. So fat burning incline walk, keeping it chill but still with a bit of effort involved. With training legs, we've done a bit of machines, Smith machine, and also the actual machines, but you also want to train kind of athletic movements like this where you're moving your body through space, because that's, I think, a very critical part of staying athletic while doing weights. Same with the upper body, making sure that you're still good in dips and good at pull-ups and also lifting heavy. So movements like this are great. Oh, leg day is over. What do we do? We went through calf raises on the machine, we did Smith machine kind of step back lunges deep in the hip pocket, back chain, really good for the glutes and hamstrings. And we did quad extension, hamstring curls, both on the machines, as well as a reverse hyperextension and Nordic curls on the machine as well, just kind of body weight finisher. Really good stuff, uh, back chain, like athletically focused. So we still are maintaining that kind of leaning back athletic motion rather than just hitting, you know, hypertrophy, hypertrophy-based machines where you may not get that same athletic translation. And that's most of the leg exercises and leg training sessions that I do these days. Now we're headed to a very famous place, Bondi Beach. There's some pools right on the ocean there called Icebergs. And I haven't been there before and I'm really excited to go. I'm absolutely feigning for an orange juice or something like that, so hopefully we can find it. We've discovered something incredible. Tuna belly, toro. So good, it's my favorite ceviche. Oysters as well. And look at this. Wow, welcome to the feast. We just got 12 oysters, fresh lemon obviously, and this is the belly of the tuna. It's called toro tuna, which is very fatty tuna, and obviously raw nigiri style on white rice. If you have the opportunity to get toro tuna, get it. And then of course yellowtail tuna, and back at home we'll slice that up. Some of the best protein you can get. This strip is great for seafood, so Cracking open the Harvest coconut waters, doubling up here. Oh, look at that. We pulled the trigger, me and my friend Hamish, on tickets to UFC, which is really fun. I've been thinking like, do I go, do I not? Hamish said he wanted to go, and then we, we saw these tickets which were like 11 rows back from the ring, which is awesome. And like, I've never been to UFC event before, I don't think he has either. And like, how often do you get to see Australian Volkanovski, you know, title fight? It's going to be epic. There's— the lineup is awesome. Little snack, rehydrating after the beach. Electrolytes and magnesium in my coconut water and 3 oranges. Simple, wholesome. Good boy. You don't mean it. What, do I know you? Yeah, I'm rising. Grand rising. Had to come down to Bondi again. Look at this, is this not paradise? Wow. We're gonna hit up a cafe, do some work, and then if you can see here, Icebergs Pool, a gym up here. Pull down there. So, Vance, UFC, what number is it? 325. 325. I was correct. I was trying to guess the other day. What are your thoughts? Biggest fighters, Volk's chances? You're the professional here, so give it to me.
Volk, this camp, I'm not gonna lie to you, he doesn't look as energetic as the last one in Miami where he fought Diego and beat him.
Okay.
Um, and I think it's just the last one, he had this fire. He was coming off losses, but the skill difference this camp. Like, the adjustments are insane. So I'm riding on good old-fashioned skill technique over like energy. Yeah, but he's still like— the second we hit the open workout, I was like, okay, he's back. It's just his training is so crazy, like insane volume. So Volk for sure is going to get it done.
You made a million today yet or not? No, we're a bit slow today actually. Not a million yet.
We're close, we're only halfway.
The sun's out, so I'm happy. Yeah, beautiful. What's this? We need to actually make these. You, you've cut that really well. Did I cut this? I didn't cut it. Okay. Yeah, they're t-shirts usually, but it looks great. Yeah. So the pool is obviously seawater as the waves crash in, but pretty beautiful spot. Now let's hit the gym. Better than Vegas here?
Um, not as many crackheads, a little too much water in paradise. Nice for me, but it'll do. Yeah, it's, you know, not as, not as skin-thickening as Vegas, but I think, uh, I think I'll do—
oh yeah, no chemtrails. No chemtrails today. They, they do have them sometimes, unfortunately. Every day in Vegas. Guys, the best things in life. We just did a lift, beautiful sunshine, raw milk, swim, ice cold— well, not ice cold water, but that refreshing cold euphoric feeling. Absolutely buzzing. Like, what is all this? It's free, apart from the milk. All the, the luxury things that they, they worry about online and they try to push you to spend and spend, that does not make you feel as good as living healthily, living in nature, and doing stuff like this. So just a moment of appreciation for how good this life feels.
I mean, look at that.
Been absolutely blessed with the weather today, as you can see. Look at this. So we're heading into Zarg World, the mall A lot of blue light here. I want to find a Versace silk shirt of some kind. I've had this vision of what a silk shirt— here we are, here's the store— what Versace, like the vintage ones, like bright red, gold chains on it, but not too flashy, you know. We can look around. We got to get, get a little outfit for the, for the fights tomorrow. So let's see what we can find. Look at this. I mean, this is Sol Brah. This is why I like Versace out of all the designer brands. I don't like anything else, but wow. Greek gods. This one, a little bit too much orange on it, but the silk— and look at this pattern, so cool. I may have to try it on anyway. Look at that, pretty nice. Don't think I'd buy that one, kind of plainer. I like the, the blue as a short. I'm going to try those on.
That's really nice.
This is the one that I saw the first thing that I ran into when I came in the store, and it's exactly what I'd kind of been envisioning. We got some epic leopards on the sides, tigers, and the beautiful trim there. It's awesome. This is the one, lads. This is the one. I haven't found anything that I like as much as this from Versace before. And I mean, I'm gonna try this. Not as hot on the orange trim, but We'll see. This though, Big Cat Silk, awesome stuff. I had to at least look at the matching shorts, so we have them here. Look at those tigers, so cool. And the back of this shirt, hopefully you can see it over my shoulder there like that. No, it's far too much. Like I said, I like a bit of pizzazz, but this is no real cohesion in the design. This one, I don't like the way that it kind of has these stripes on it. Makes— almost makes it look like a waiter's outfit or something. So it's a no from me on that one. So you just took the shirt away. I'm gonna get it, but the matching pants to this, we've got the Tigers right there, he's so powerful. So that's— we're done, we got our outfit for tomorrow. Some nice Versace plastic soy slippers. I think they have some leather. Nope, plastic, plastic. Pretty zogged out environment, but some cool stuff. Loro Piana, that's a great brand as well. They do really nice wool, natural material stuff. I'm feeling a fresh juice. I still haven't had one. So let's find one. I think there's a juice store under Maya. We gotta go through all the toxic makeup and perfumes, the toxic clouds of endocrine disruptors. Man, this is a cooked environment. Blue light all day working. If you have friends that work in the, you know, department stores, get them out of there. They're in blue light and huffing on perfume all day. That is not good. It's a very annoying noise to have in public. Pretty successful trip in terms of shopping. I don't shop very often, so what I like to do is buy quality pieces that are going to last me years that I really love. If I go shopping, I don't see anything I like, I'm not going to buy anything. I'm in Sydney for the weekend. They obviously— it's a bigger city, they have bigger stores. So taking advantage of that a little bit. The Versace set I got, absolutely stoked. Been waiting a long time to find the right Versace silk shirt and we got it. The tigers, the leopards, very, very powerful stuff. And it's on sale as well. So cheers for that. But I was reading a tweet and yeah, you know, I spent some money, but I earn money. And with the flow of money, you don't want to hold on to all of your money all the time and be super scared with buying things. Now, I'm not saying go buy a Versace all the time. That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying if you're making good money and instead of just keeping it in your bank account, in your savings, I just got a Seoul department order as I said that. If you really tightly hold on to money, it— the flow of money will stop coming to you as much. It's just the nature of the energetics of money. And sometimes, like, if you're buying an investment, you buy some gold. That's also a good way to kind of keep the flow of money going, not just tightly holding on to every single penny that you have, because in my experience, it's much better to focus on Yeah, buy the things that you like that are nice within reason. We're not spending all our money and being stupid about it, but nice pieces that we like, that we earn, we can reward ourselves for. And then that you're— then you focus on increasing your earning capacity. It's quite hard, if impossible, to say to only save your way into wealth or save your way into a higher standard of living. It's actually far, far, far easier to increase your capacity for earning. If you want to buy something that's a couple of thousand dollars, get a side hustle that earns you a couple of thousand dollars rather than like if you bought the cheapest coffee, bought the cheapest meat, never went and did activities and just saved that $2,000 extra over like 6 months. Like, no, go do something. It's You have to rise, you have to increase your energy, you have to, you know, aim higher. And money is just the same, like increasing your earning capacity. There's money everywhere, there's so many things you can do to earn money, and you just got to find your way with your skills, with the people that you know. You know, I was reading about firewood and how that's a great business for people. Trees are free, the equipment to cut up a tree log into logs, a tree trunk into logs for firewood, is quite cheap. Or you can rent it and a truck and whatever, and you just need a couple, you know, able-bodied young gentlemen to go out. So, and it's very profitable, it's like an 80% margin according to this Twitter thing that I saw. But basically what I'm trying to say is that there's money everywhere and to reach higher, try to increase your capacity, let go of money, and then it'll flow back to you. It's like a free flow because there's a subconscious thing. If you think, oh, that's, that's so much money, I can't possibly spend that. Oh, oh, it'll take me so long to earn that. It's so much money. It's so much money. You got to expand your capacity for like, no, that's not a lot of money. Because it's not like $1,000 is not a lot of money. It may seem like a lot of money to you, but someone that's earning millions, is $1,000 a lot of money? No. But if you have the subconscious belief in yourself that it is a lot of money and it's going to be like, oh, it's $1,000, you can never spend that and whatever, it means that you end up— shush— you end up really placing it on a pedestal and it becomes a lot harder to earn. And that may seem counterintuitive to you. I'm just sharing what I've learned, what I've learned from my friends who are much richer than me, and, you know, my experience. So that's part of also what, what this kind of shopping new clothes, Versace and all the rest of it. So I hope that helps you. This juice is great. The rest of the day, I'm gonna walk around pretty, pretty pumped from the gym and swimming at Bondi. So gonna head home, do some editing, and yeah, early night because tomorrow morning is the fights, UFC 325, and they start early because they're— we need to be for American time, so it's like 8 AM in the morning. Got great seats. I'm gonna get there early, hopefully get up do some exercise, eat something, and then go. So that's the plan right now. Check out this incredible fountain that I found. Absolute aesthetic here. So that is Diana, or Artemis, the gift of archery balls. Whose countrymen commemorate the association of Australia and France in the Great First War. First World War. Wow. That is Artemis the Huntress, one of my favorite gods. And look at that as well. And I believe that that fine gentleman up there is Apollo because of the lyre in his hand. Wow, wow, look at this! Apollo shining his nuts in the sun. Wow, that's good timing if you ask me. And we've got a minotaur being wrestled here. So what's interesting about those spires that you see across many churches that were made hundreds of years ago is that they are harnessing etheric energy. And this is a technology that we've kind of forgotten about in today's world, but the design of those spires, and that, you know, a lot of buildings have them that even aren't churches, that are older buildings. A lot of them in Europe, they have these spires which harness energy, and also the cymatics of the windows. Listen, spiritual buildings like this are designed to channel energy, to harness energy, to heal people. And like I said, we've kind of lost that technology or understanding today. But why else would they be built like that? They're— the spires and things are designed to channel energies, raise energies. Same thing with the organ, the healing vibrations and frequencies being delivered in these incredible acoustics. It's a healing technology, and it's super interesting to look into, and is part of the reason why people would go to these spiritual places, no matter what the religion is, it would be healing. And it's really interesting when you look at old buildings like this. Grand Rising, lymphatics, morning sun. Yeah, a bit of movement before we head to the flight. A bit gloomy today, that's okay, we'll be inside. I would rather it not be sunny outside when I'm going to be indoors watching flights. So let's go, let's get ready, we got to leave soon. So when I used to play RuneScape when I was, what, 11 or something like that, when it first kind of got big at school, you know, it was, it was quite treasured when I was able to like level up my character and get the armor and stuff. And then, uh, one day I hadn't experienced the, the tricks that people people do. Yeah, this guy came up in this hut and he said, hey, put— I'd saved up for this armor for so long, this black armor. And I was like, yes, it's really cool. And then he was like, put it on the table and I'll give you— give it a trim. I'll give you a gold trim for free. And I was like, okay, that sounds really nice. Black and gold trim sounds epic. And, uh, yeah, he just— he just stole my armor and then— and then logged out immediately. So this Versace actually has like some full circle. Yeah, yeah, this is my black arm trim. I love that. Yeah, bit of blue light, bit of blue light. Just a— with the action to do, a referee in charge, Herb Dean.
Here we go.
Oh, just straight knee.
with head pack pockets. And now, fighting out of Perth, Western Australia, the World's Strongest Man, Hwang Bambam Goongi Bongsaeng! Fazir!
