In this multi‑hour live stream, Sol Brah hosts a mixed‑audience chat while watching UFC 322. He walks viewers through technical streaming details (audio checks, latency settings, chat delay, OBS sources), offers real‑time fight commentary and betting predictions on the JDM vs Islam bout, and reacts to knockouts and fight dynamics. Interspersed throughout are extensive personal digressions covering his health and nutrition philosophy (raw milk, raw meat, fasting, supplements, raw‑food benefits, carb recommendations), esoteric interests (Babylonian astrology‑linked jewelry, aura work, destiny vs free will, meditation techniques), lifestyle choices (tanning beds, tattoos, fluoride toothpaste, raw‑milk fasting, raw‑egg consumption), business ventures (Aurum supplement line, Soul Department), travel anecdotes (Costa Rica, Australia, Europe), education and career advice (college vs entrepreneurship, skill acquisition), media platform preferences (YouTube vs Twitch), and community building (chat interaction, viewer engagement, betting encouragement). The stream blends conversational, instructional, and persuasive tones, revealing Sol Brah’s holistic worldview that merges combat sports enthusiasm with a self‑optimisation, natural‑living, and metaphysical framework.

Hello, are you on stream? Look good. Cool, cool. Test, test, can you hear me? Okay. Test, test, audio check. Yep. Okay, cool. I'll, uh, It's on 100. Is there something else I can do? No. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, it's on 100 there, but it's not that close to me, so maybe just if I'm closer it'll— all right. Thanks. Cool. Get in the chat. Wait, can you test the chat? Just want to send— yeah, send a chat and then see if it pops up. Cool. Yep, nice. Yeah, yeah, awesome. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's on the, it's on the main one. It might make it through anything if you're Alright, we are online. Let's post, get some people in here, huh? Hello, Pata, first one here. Oh, and CJ. CJ's first. Greetings, brothers. Just gonna drop out these links to the socials. What's up? Hey, say what now? Dublin, cool! All the way from Dublin, Ireland, awesome. God bless you too. So you guys watching the fights or just tuning in? Alex, hi! Good night. Good evening, Matthias. Matthias. Matthias. Grand rising, Fukundo Klinzuk. Is that a real name? Epic name if so. Can you guys let me know, is the audio good? If I'm back here, can you still hear the microphone okay? I need an audio check if you guys can help me out with that. More slurp? Oh yeah, I'm eating watermelon, sir. Maybe a bit slurpy there. Audio's good, great, thank you. Watermelon ASMR. It's a bit obnoxious, I won't do that all the time. Hey brah, hey dodecahedron. I remember that shape from, from math class. If you guys are watching UFC, we're at 3 minutes and 33 seconds as I read that. There you go, synchronicity, uh, on the Kopylov and Rodriguez fight. Haven't really been looking at it, but looks pretty solid. They're both beasts. Are you guys watching the fights as well, or are you just tuning in to hang out? Now that I've got the streaming set up, I think I can do this a lot more frequently, which is good. Sup, Artie, how you doing? Daily Days, flex for ya, flex emoji. We got 18 people in here, awesome. Just watching, thanks Alex. Just here for the slurp, yep, fair enough. Slurp stream. Why can I not find the thing on my channel? And how's the quality? My Wi-Fi has been a little bit dodgy, but Is it streaming good enough HD for you guys? Add it to the screen. Quality great, but the delay is noticeable— notable. So what, what is the delay? The delay between me speaking and what? Maybe, I guess, the delay between what happens in chat and when I respond to it and when you guys see that. If so, does anyone know how to decrease that delay? Stream, stream noob here. So how long it takes for chat to appear on stream, you read it. All right, so I could probably change that, right? I should be able to change that. Where do I get my cool jewelry? I have a specific jeweler that I go to, uh, which I cannot reveal my secrets. But they're online. If you really search, you'll probably be able to find it. It's— so this jewelry is legitimately magic, and this is why I buy this jewelry. So the guy is really deep into Babylonian astrology, all astrology, but Babylonian specifically, and he times the time when he sets the jewels and links the chains and inserts the coins and things, he times that to astrological movements. So what you'll get is like actually an empowered ring, necklace, bracelet, whatever he has, with specific energies. And then I buy them depending on my astrology referencing to him, or referencing to the astrology itself, to magnify my power and my personal strengths. And there are some jewels that if you're a certain personality type, you shouldn't wear, or they're less, less helpful for you as a person. So you want to get jewels that empower you or go to your strengths and they mesh with you well, you know. You've got 30 people in here. Welcome, welcome. It's so hot up here. So if you guys see me sweating, that's why. But that's good, sweating is good. Team JDM, of course. So GDM, one, he's Australian, but he actually trains at the gym that I've gone to a couple lessons. I wouldn't say I train there, I haven't been consistently enough to say that, but I, yeah, I've been to the gym a few times where he trains, so of course I'd support him anyway. But that's awesome. The delay— you have to choose between normal, low, and ultra low latency before you start the stream. Well, can I change that now? Settings. I hope I can change it now. Does anyone know? Stream latency. Ah, I can't change it now. Hmm, if I end the stream and restart it, does that just boot everything and then change the link? That would be ideal. Yeah, I can see the stream latency setting here, at least on YouTube. Maybe I can change it in stream. Can't change these settings when you're live. I guess that would like jip it up. Yeah, it's not too much of a delay, but I will know that when I do the next one. Hey, Iona Performance, hello, hello. What up, Sol NS? Yep, JDM, of course, of course. Hey Sol Brah, any opinions on tanning beds? Seems like the better— do not use that in tan machines where people go in and then it's like a tube that you stand up in and then you spin around and it sprays you all over and you wear goggles and like a little bit of underwear and then it tans and it's like, yeah, I got a fake tan. Okay, but what have you actually done? You've just gone and sprayed yourself with weird chemicals in an attempt to look darker. Like, just go outside. What are you talking about? Go, go outside naked. You don't need a fake tan. So yeah, tanning beds, definitely the better alternative to tanning creams. I wouldn't use tanning creams ever. So tanning beds, I'm split on this one. I'm not entirely sure what's like optimal. I think I would use, if I was in somewhere that was wintry all the time, dark all the time, I would use a tanning bed because it's, you know, UV light to get that kind of natural body response. Or more natural body response, and it's just good for your mood, let alone the— just the coloring change of the town. There's a lot. Wait, I need to change that chat delay. Always show messages, hide delay. There you go, that's better. You guys like the background? I'm in a Roman temple. My guy out there doing a little Did I watch Islam's fight with Volkanovski? Of course, yeah, a couple years back. Wow, whenever I think about old fights and then it like— you— oh, that was a few years ago. Doesn't feel like a few years ago, you know. Time is really an interesting one. It's going quick. How's my brokerage port doing this quarter? I don't know what that means. Does he mean like financial portfolio? It's doing okay if that's the case, if that's the question. Normal, low, and ultra low latency. Yeah, okay, so next time there'll be no delay because I'll choose ultra low. Where am I traveling to next? Uh, I haven't decided, but on the top of my list, I may go to America just for business stuff and, you know, things to sort out there. Other things upcoming, I want to do a ski trip, so that may be Switzerland, it may be Japan, depending depending on the seasons and when I, when I get around to that. Or depending if I just, you know, lock in, stay at home, do a bunch of stuff, and then go out. I've got a Sol Safari trip planned, which will be, as it sounds, South Africa and lions, giraffes, elephants, possibly a hunting expedition on that. And, you know, full primal out in the bush wilderness with those animals and on the safari. And probably gonna run about 8 to 10 people to come with me on that. It's gonna be amazing. And that'll probably be February for that one. That's— yeah, that's, that's all that's planned really. But I think, you know, I've been around so much the last few years also equally happy just to chill at home and, and get work in every day. So what's your take on Nutriest, if you know them? I don't know what that means. Maybe there's a typo. Nutrients, if I know them. Do I know nutrients? Yeah, not sure. Arty, if you rephrase your question so I can understand that. Sol Brah, check out Quadrivium— study of geometry, arithmetic, astronomy, and music. Wait, who's winning this fight? I haven't even been watching. Too many questions to answer. Probably Gregory, looks like he's more confident there. Yep. Are ready for that one, pretty sure. So if you want to stock up on cotton clothes, the olive oil soap, everything 30% off next week, just go outside. Yeah, exactly, CJ. Real low UV in Iowa. Yeah, there's, there's parts of America which are very lacking in sun. Midwest in the winter especially, obviously the more north you are, but that's quite, uh, quite tricky to, to manage over the long term. How many viewers we got? 41. Okay, going up. Stream's lagging a bit. Do you mean delay or lagging? Don't want lag. Just organizing a few things with work while, while watching A little lag separate from delay probably shouldn't decrease latency if this is a persistent issue. So can someone explain, if you have a higher latency, like a higher delay, it can kind of buffer itself before it sends out to you guys if my internet isn't as good? I'm just not sure how this all works. Ah yeah, okay, so bitrate is lower than recommended. What does that mean? Stream status good, good connection. Okay, I think I can see here it was excellent connection, so maybe it's lagging a little bit. Stream died. Oh, okay, so probably have a little, little lag, but that's all right. Choppy. See, this is— yeah, this is what I was thinking about what may happen. Sol Safari sounds sensational. Yeah, it's going to be sensational. It's going to be one of those things that I think is like super just life-changing. I mean, for me, I've never hunted something That's a quintessential human experience. I, I go to the store, get my meat. It's kind of fucked doing that, but it is what it is. Lagging again. Poor. Yeah, okay. Apologies, I don't really have control over that side of things, unfortunately. Thoughts on the Pep Sheen files? Ah yes, the Pep Sheen files, guys. It is a distraction, basically. They're not coming out. They will not be released, I don't believe, because they're just— they're just all the people that are in there. It's all the same big club. All the people that are on the world stage, all politicians, they're on the same team. Like, both sides you know, Democrat, Republicans, conservative, liberals, whatever you want to say, whatever, wherever it is in your Western country, all the leaders there compromised, distraction, actors, you know, for the most part. So the longer that they can just be like the Shmebshnin files, the Shmebshnin files, over and over again, the more they can get you worked up about it, get you talking about it. And then never do anything with it. They just slowly— oh, it got blocked again by someone— headlines. Just stop listening to all that stuff because you're not freaks. We don't need a list. A little bit, it— you know, they have fighting in there, which is epic. It's probably the most, uh, Coliseum-like sport that we have today, apart from UFC, obviously. Pretty, pretty intense stuff. Have you seen the electricity people on Twitter advising against jewelry? There's something like— say something like it creates an antenna that amplifies EMFs. So probably because it's metal, there's some conducting of electric fields going on. It is what it is. I've heard that the ones that are flat against your skin, for example, ring and the necklace, when it's on there, because there's no space in between your body and the gold or whatever metal you're wearing, it's less attractive to the NN EMFs. However, it's still a factor, and part of me, I think the resonance and the feeling of gold and the mindset it out. That being said, probably best to not wear it all the time, all the time, all the time. I know Paul Chek has said something about that, like he, you know, wear it out to dinner, or if you want to wear it for a special occasion, but to just have, you know, that's choice. I don't necessarily feel bad. I turn my Wi-Fi off. I'm quite rural, so there's not too much phone service. But yeah, otherwise probably is some truth to it. We got a fight coming up now, Bo Nickel. I might put the headphones on so I can listen. Big Dan. So Bo Nichols, a wrestler, overpowered wrestling. Who else is watching the fights here? Soon as I look at the clock, 444, another synchronicity. Yes, that's where this stream's at, 4:34 now. $2. Do I think Jiri suns his sack? Yes, of course, of course. Jiri's probably sunning his balls. Oh my goodness, suplex! Whoa, what a beast! I just look— I just looked over and he was flying. He was Bo Airways there. Thanks, CJ, you have a great day too. That was USA chant. Let's go on there. Got out, thank— thankfully. If you're in the UK, man, I love that country. I mean, I love the people, I love the original country. But if you're there now and they're cracking down on all this free speech BS and importing a thousand million people, dude, it doesn't look good. It doesn't look good unless they have some massive political changes, but I don't see that happening. I mean, you need mass deportations of everyone for it, for it to be at all possible. Whoa. I just did a little shoulder ride there. Choke, big choke, turning out of it. He's on the floor. That's top. How many charge you a percentage of your earnings to leave? I'd be like, yeah, good luck chasing me out with that one, bud. See ya. It's a moral responsibility to not pay taxes on to governments like that, I believe. Bit of blood on Vieira. Bowe looks dominant. Oh yeah, and again, excellent stream status. That's great. Am I able to give any words on differences between you and Marcus Folland's beliefs? I love you guys, I love you both, but you guys must have ideological differences. I'm sure, you know, everyone— this is the Golden One, by the way, for those that don't know. We have, we have differences on some things. I don't necessarily know what they would be. Maybe, you know, we've, let's say, had a gentlemanly disagreement on some supplement things online, but it's fine, it's chill. Ideological differences, I think we're on the same page, you know, politically. And as far as like truth, honor, family, strength, lifting, mythology, the old gods, all of that, we, we're 100% on the same page. And I love the Golden One. Chocolate milk? No. So, so this is got a little freeze-dried coffee with raw milk and raw cream and honey. Special treat, having a bit of coffee for the stream. You need to buy some more cacao. Yeah, cacao is good. I love cacao. If I'm not having coffee, sometimes I'll have a hot chocolate with ceremonial— Yep, round one to Nickel, easily. He's probably dipping in ice. He's probably ball slapping. He's He's an enigma, that man. Favorite fighter for sure is Jiri. And if he doesn't, then someone tell him he should. He does, which I believe. I believe everything he says. The mind is so powerful. Mind creates our reality, so why not use it to lose a bit of weight? Am I making a new Soulscapes record? Ground meditation, chill stuff, like same genre as that one is. I want to do a house music one, uh, and I'll probably prioritize that, or like a kind of the aesthetic old retro fantasy electronic music that's coming out. I want to do something similar to that, so it'll just be a bit of experimentation, I think. Glad to see me active on YouTube. Yeah, I think it's where I'm going to be dedicating my efforts here. Do you guys like YouTube for streaming? Like, is Twitch better? I'm pretty sure with Streamlabs I can do both at the same time, but I'm curious what is like a better user experience. Oh, that was a huge hit! Huge combo body kick, stamp Those are so nasty, stamping the knee. Oh, and again, if you guys want to be good in a street fight, just learn how to stamp someone's knee very quickly. Oh, huge hit! He's got a thick skull, thick skull, Vieira. And anyone watching fights, I'm at 3. So was Atlantis real? Of course it was real. Of course it was real. I think there's a lot of misinformation around Atlantis, how it sunk, but it was definitely real. There are historical accounts. There are people that exodus from Atlantis and went to— Nickel is a lot speedier. Fainting. Every time I've looked over at the fight, I've seen Nicol punch him in the head. Body shot, mixing it up. Yep, he's busted up in the head. Yeah, if you want to win a street fight— oh, I got through! Stamp the knee. Okay, if you want to win a street fight, you run away. Okay, that's, that's the main thing. I don't recommend, and you want to incapacitate someone, stamp their knee hard. Like, drive your weight through the heel. Like, practice that before you have to do it in a fight, and then they're not, they're not doing anything. Even a leg kick is the same. You're an untrained person, usually someone that's, you know, random hobo or just drunk person attacking you. They're not going to have be like a trained athlete or MMA, whatever. So you just smack a big leg kick to their leg, they're not walking, and hopefully they, they're not going to run after you either. But like I said, just run away. Heart maxing in the back. Yeah, it's out of tune. Oh, my headphones. It's out of tune, otherwise I'd play it. It's, uh, it's, it's like a mini harp, like a lyre, like Apollo used to use. Do you have a fight timer on? No. Should I add the fight timer? How do I get a fight timer? Uh, hmm, I guess. Oh, that was huge! Yep, and again, man, he's— my internet is just rural, so it's a little bit unreliable. Sometimes it's excellent, sometimes it's poor. I'll try to fix that for, for future. If anyone has an idea about getting the fight timer on, then please let me know. There's only round 2. I feel like he's been beating him up for a long time. 2 rounds to Bo, easy. Oh, it's hot with those headphones on. Still in Australia? Yeah, still living in Australia. Beautiful, beautiful Australia. Bit of a cucked government, but It's where I'm from, so I love this place, especially where I am. Nothing better. Where should you move to? What do you like? What are your job opportunities? How old are you? Talking to JP here, so a bit more context. How old are you? What do you do for work? You know, what are you interested in, and then I could give you a bit more, a bit more info. Your take on Paracelsus? I believe I've quoted him before. Maybe an old thinker. I don't know enough about him to say what my take is. Stream keeps buffering? Yeah, I think sometimes it's just a little, little buffery because my internet, but All good. Affirm the stream will work properly. Mercury retrograde, not ideal for streaming. Yeah, so if you guys don't know what Mercury retrograde is, Mercury obviously one of the planetary, uh, one of the planets, and the movement of it, you can move forward through the houses or backwards a little bit, and every now and again I think it's like maybe 4 times a year, something like that, Mercury will go retrograde and move backwards across the sky. And that period, usually about 2 and a half weeks, something like that, for that period that Mercury is retrograde, technology, communication, retrograde is another thing that happens, and it's real. Would love to have you and Lobo talk again on your podcast. You guys both have tons of knowledge. Yeah, so, um, I I'm scoping out a podcast list of people. I've probably got 20 names or something of people that I want to talk to. Lobo's on there for sure. We'll, we'll run that back. What are my thoughts on Lucas Tracy's Real Food Cookbook? I don't know who that is. I don't know who that is, unfortunately. But I'm a fan of real food, obviously. So if he's got real food in there, then that's great. If I add a fight timer, I'd be ahead of 90% of MMA YouTube channels. Okay, let's do it. Oh, Huge hit! Oh my goodness. Oh, he's out. Walk-off. Bo Nickel. Okay, wow, that was massive. Head kick. Okay, I missed that. He's still on the floor. Oh man. What a beast! Let's watch the replay. Ah, be like some fireworks going on on this card. Joe still doesn't know what to say. Joe Rogan, the hand bit. Bang! Baseball bat, see you later. Out. Yeah, it's over. Yep. So this is if you want to set up a kick. You throw the punch over and over again, they're ready for the punch. On the next time, head kick. If you just throw a naked head kick with no setup, you want to keep your opponent thinking that you're about to throw something and then just switch it up. Bang! Huge, huge knockout. Hahaha. Oh, he's He's still wobbly, poor guy. That was huge on your boat, guys. How do I add a fight timer? I guess I, I would just have a little timer app and then add that. Let's do that. Mm, that's not quite right. Countdown timer, countdown timer plus. See if I can do this. MMA timer Wholesome interview from Bo. Good job. Yeah, good on him. Trying to figure out this timer situation. Wait, I just— where's this gone? Oh, I need to lock this. Hope you're having a good day. Having a great day. I'm here with you guys. This is awesome. So I mean, every day is a good day. Every day is a blessing. Every day we are reaching higher goals and living and improving. This is a particularly good day. Great fight card, live stream. Love it. My brother loves him. It was good, dude. I'm from Brazil and I really appreciate your work. Thank you, thank you, Victoria, Brazil. What was that? This coffee is from Brazil, so thanks to that. Aurum Salts, yeah, yeah, let's check it out. The new supplement releasing, guys. Electrolyte hydration. Beautiful pure salts. You guys are interested in that, they'll be on soldapalm.com very soon. Aurum Health is the new supplement brand. We got this launching, liquid magnesium and a lion's mane extract for the brain. Let's put you there. You see that? Uh, other side. That's better, man. It's hot. JDM, there he is walking in. Big dog. Islam looking scared. No, I'm just kidding. Let's down— let's figure out this timer clock. That's what I want. Stopwatch. There we go. Stopwatch. Can't make this any smaller. What? No, not stopwatch. Can't make this any smaller. You having a laugh? So then I need to add this here. Window capture timer window. Nope, okay, it's not window. Be back in a second, guys. Just trying to do this. Capture screen? No. Share monitor? Should be share specific window. Specific window that's open on my computer? Yes. Window capture. But it's just not there. If I share this part of the screen, that may work. Application capture. It's there. Interesting. Why can't I do that? Display capture. This is— got some Aurum salts in it as well. Yep, new source, window capture. Yep. Add source, name the source Source Timer. It's not there. Hmm. Any ideas why my timer app, the clock app, is not showing on my Streamlabs sources? Why is my timer app not showing? Permissions, that may be something to do with it. I am sweating here, fellas. Try to get a collab with Volkanovski. Sure, absolutely. It'll happen one day, I'm sure. I actually good friends with Vance, who I think someone mentioned him earlier. He'll definitely be in the UFC if that's what he wants to do, for sure. I've always told him that. Wearing Sol shorts, washing Sol Brah at the gym on a Sunday. We are going to make it, Queen. You can work out while you're doing all this. I actually have my dumbbell A little set. This is not going to help me feeling warm. I still haven't posted the stream on online on X or Instagram, so Let me go ahead and do that quickly. Might get a few more viewers. Doki. Greetings from the Sunshine Coast. Thank you, Stephen. Also pumped for the main fight. Much love, Aaron. Love back at ya. Yes, everything ships from the US from soldapalm.com. So if you're in the US, great shipping rates, very quick delivery for you. Most of my audience is from the US, so just makes sense. And if you want to make money, you want to have your business reach the greatest heights, do it in the US. Today's online world, it doesn't make sense to be geo-locked to a region that isn't the US if you actually want to, you know, blow up or whatever. USA is the biggest market, the richest kind of people on average. So if you mean water fast as in only water, uh, if it's very high quality water with minerals, I think a raw milk fast would probably be more beneficial. But I guess like it depends. You want a spiritual benefit, you want to test your hunger. As a guy, that's more important. Water fast specifically can have some benefits for that. Juice fasting, also great if you're doing like a variety of juices, vegetable juice mixes, so you're getting a lot of fresh enzymes and absorbing. And if it's just in the juice and you're not having any solid food, you're also not eating all the processed garbage, then your body can just kind of zip all of those nutrients and enzymes. There's no fiber to kind of mess with your digestion. And you can see some pretty— then I think that that's— can be beneficial. But like I said, probably milk is best. If you're, if you're in a healthy state, you can do the juice more, the water fast. If you're like ill and you want to get healthier, then milk fast, raw milk fast is better because then you get nutrients and fats to kind of heal properly as well. But fasting in general, like I said, spiritual benefits more important. However, if you're trying to heal for disease and you're fasting all the time, your body needs nutrients to repair and get better. So I don't necessarily see it as the best pathway if you want to heal properly. How do I personally find out or create my purpose and life path? Why do so many struggle or feel lost when it comes to trusting and knowing their own path? Okay, two questions there. How do I personally find out or create my purpose? I would say that I just listen to myself. Listen to my intuition. What do I find interesting? What was I drawn to naturally? What could I just like read about for hours? What, what, what wasn't— what didn't feel like work to like really get into and, uh, learn about and practice and write and things like that? So that was for me health, the gym, bodybuilding, philosophy, and just kind of kept reading, kept growing, kept learning and understanding. And then eventually I, I kept on— the thing is, what you need to do is, is navigate to where you can find and feel and hear your intuitive direction. And then that can be like just being in a quiet place and writing out, what do I want my future to look like? Like, what actually interests me? What do I want to do? Because if you're a If you want to be a pilot and you want to fly fighter jets, you're going to think, okay, that's my, that's my day. But if you want to, you know, like me, write and talk about health and make videos and stuff, then that's also an option. So it's, it's going to vary person to person. Thus, you need to just sit down and say, actually, what do I want? Not what my parents want me to do, not not what I think is like, oh, it's a safe, good job, and feeling a frequency. Then the life and events and synchronicities will start to move towards that direction if you continue to exhibit that energy and put out that frequency. Then you have to just follow your intuitive kind of random ideas and thoughts that come to you, and eventually over time you you're going to move in the direction if you're consistent with that process. So it's not one day I woke up and I was like, oh, here I'm, I'm here in where I am now doing a stream with you guys. It was like one day I was reading my philosophy book and I just wrote a few notes on it, and then I just put it out online. And that's what I was directed to do back then. I didn't know where it would lead, but each day I was taking steps to get there. And, you know, recording a gym exercise that I was doing, or some tips on chest training, and then so on and so forth, that stuff online. But it is the gateway for so many, so many different things. If you want to do beekeeping, you can post about beekeeping online and eventually, you know, either connect with people that also do beekeeping, or become a beekeeper, or just have an online business related to that. You know, it's a great equalizer, internet. You don't even have to be around people in your, in your world. So it's like the best time to, to do that, which is awesome. Way, way more positives if you allow it. Why do so many struggle or feel lost when it comes to trusting and knowing their own path? So one, they're not listening to themselves, they're listening to other people. Two, they're in a state of poor health, their channel to God is blocked. 3, they're, you know, it's mostly if you can get healthy and natural, cut out all the chemicals, cut out the processed food, exercise outdoors, connect to the earth, sunlight, it kind of works out itself because your intuition just comes back online. So if most people struggle or feel lost because they're so unhealthy, they're just distracted by things, they're weak, they're back pain, they don't have the energy to do anything. Once you're healthy, I think the process of that, you develop a certain level of discipline, self-reliance. You have to research things. So it's like a meta skill in so many different ways to just be healthy. So if you're not healthy, just focus on that first. Then you become more in tune with things and you can kind of forge out your own path because your health is number one. It doesn't matter what you do for work, doesn't matter anything else if you don't have your health in order to do that. Darius looks vibing. What a beast. How old is he now? 40-something? 36. Okay, just a little gray then. Beast. So yeah, people are poisoned and drained and they cannot think for themselves. How can you expect them to trust their own path as such? So a lot of people, they're wasting their mental energy, they're keeping up with the Schmepstein Schmist, and they are, yeah, watching Love Island, just garbage. And so when you get all these inputs, you can't listen to yourself. And that's a problem for most people. So you just cut out all the garbage. That includes physically, mentally. Then your intuition kind of comes back online. Do I recommend college for young men, or community colleges and trade schools? Considering entrepreneurship, whether with products or coaching and consulting paths, all need time and cash flow. There's several, several questions. Do I recommend college? If you want a career that really calls to you and you require a college degree to do so, of course. It all varies by person. It's not necessarily the best move to go if you're unsure. Like, if you want to be the best architecture, best architect, the best engineer, then yeah, you probably need to go to university and go to a good school and get the professional training and things. If you want to be a businessman in general, if you want to be a writer, if you want to be an artist, if you want to be whatever, you probably don't need to go study that at college. You just get online and start posting stuff because one, you're not going into debt, which is like what cooks a lot of people. Did you know that? Yeah, coaching, waste of time and money. It gets you in debt to learn things you could have learned by yourself. Very, very true. So like I said, isolated specific career paths. You want to be a powerful lawyer, you want to change government, whatever, then yeah, you got to do it. But otherwise, no, not worth it. You can learn everything on YouTube that you want to do in terms of entrepreneurship and products. Yeah, products, uh, physical products do require a lot of, um, time, cash flow, and the hardest businesses that I run. But entrepreneurship with coaching, consulting online, you don't necessarily need cash flow for that. The tools are so cheap now. What do you need? Like a Shopify store, free social media channels, and the drive to make the content. That's all you need. Everything else is kind of free, pretty much, or, you know, maybe hundreds of dollars setup of things. Like I said, it's never been as good today to do that, to set up things. Fight's about to start. BSD, what do you reckon, boys? Probably Saint Denis, I think, has got the advantage here. Heavy leg kick, very close to each other. Oh, huge, huge leg kick! That buckled his calf. Oh no, he's out! Oh gosh, see you later. Dang, was that early stoppage? He looked face-planted. These knockouts have been a little wild, huh? What was that, 15 seconds? Huge! Yeah, he got knocked out. Not an early stoppage if you come back in, but he was face planted, both arms. See you later. The timer I couldn't figure out. Ran straight into a punch there. 16 seconds. Wow. Mm, let's watch the replay. Leg kick, little uppercut, knee. Left on the ear, faceplant, another one. Yeah, he's out. And another one. Yep, he's out. Who's spamming me? Get out of here. Begone, spammer! 16 seconds, wow. Any tips on constipation when just starting Primal Diet? Uh, I am not sure that I have experienced particularly constipation when just starting it, but I think some people may. If you're used to eating a lot of fiber to move that cooked food through you and then you get onto Primal, maybe your, your body takes a while to, to figure that out, but Yeah, I would say you can still have fruit, like have fruit with a bit of raw cream. There's fiber in that. Otherwise, just stick with it. You can do a bit of movement with the stomach to try to shift things around. Big knockout. What's he saying? Veterans Week. Yeah, this guy's ex-military beast, real beast. Good dude. More in, and you could pursue everything in your life and be more creative, even outside the relationship. You know, the best choice would be to retain every time. What up, Swole Brah? Socrates, Socrates Johnson, what's up? Welcome to the stream. What do I recommend for men with man boobs and hormonal imbalances? Uh, you've seen many recommend either surgery or HRT, TRT, but there's a natural path. Yeah, I mean, it's living naturally, getting back to health, increasing your testosterone in a natural way is by far the best what you're going to do. For solving that. Obviously some of the man boobs is going to be the result of estrogenic compounds. If you're having a lot of plastics, you're using endocrine disrupting soaps and vaping and things like that, then obviously cut that out. You know, it's, it's kind of hard to pinpoint exactly what's going to do it, but, uh, yeah, you can just try to cut body fat overall and improve your hormonal profile, which sleep, diet, training, sunlight, everything. It's a, it's a bit of a long, long discussion really to synthetic things. No, I have eaten kangaroo. Yeah, kangaroo is very lean. It's quite good. I haven't actually eaten it raw recently. I had it a long time ago cooked, so I think it's better— it would be better raw, but it's very lean. Kangaroos are cute though, so I like them. I don't necessarily want to eat them, but they are a pest here in Australia, so natural, natural organic meat. What do I think about Ghee. Ghee is clarified butter. I used to have ghee, now I just use normal butter. I don't see any point in the clarification. Raw butter is tastier than ghee, but I think ghee has a place if you are— want to decrease the, the dairy intake in your diet for whatever reason. And yeah. Doesn't taste as good as butter, so I don't necessarily see a need for it. Opinion on eating raw ground beef from the Whole Foods? I'm guessing Whole Foods the store in America. I do— I've done that many, many, many, many times. What's interesting about raw meat is people— one of the things that I hear is like, oh yeah, but you can't do that with just supermarket beef, can you? It's lower quality. And one, I have done it with— I mean, Whole Foods is pretty good if you get the, you know, they have organic, they have grass-fed. But even the lower quality meats, if you're going to get a low quality beef because you currently don't have too much money— and I've been there— you just get the real cheap supermarket brand. It's actually better for you to eat that stuff raw than it is to cook. Why? Because when you cook meats that have things like maybe pesticides or vaccines from in the cow because it's low-quality cattle or heavy metals that are kind of bound to the fat, when you cook them, you break those bonds and now they're kind of free in amongst the meat and the fat and then you eat that. But if you eat that stuff raw, it kind of just passes through you. They did a study to show with, uh, eating tuna, and if you ate raw tuna, the mercury just passes through you, doesn't get absorbed. But if the tuna is cooked and the mercury is kind of split from the meat, it actually absorbs into the body. So it's actually, yeah, just a bit of a misunderstanding for people to think that if it's a lower quality meat, you can't eat it raw. It doesn't make it any safer by cooking it because bacteria is not the thing the causes disease. Do you think we really have free will? I believe in destiny. I believe that our lives are— we kind of— I think you should act as if you have free will, but maybe our life just plays out according to some predetermined destiny anyway. I think we have free will to follow our destiny, but we have a programmed destiny. Some things are unavoidable. We should act as if we do, because why do you kind of— now I'm acting and I want to do, and there's no— I don't feel caged into anything, but I have the freedom to act. But I will relinquish myself to the destiny, to the path that the gods have laid out for me. Next fight, Carlos Peretz and Leon Edwards. Should be a bit of a striking banger. I would pick, uh, Praetz to win this one. Daniel Comey has keys to victory. Don't let pride guide you. Interesting. Tattoos, guys, avoid tattoos. This guy is tatted up. Tattoos, basically. Okay, what is a tattoo? It's, uh, ink that has now been drilled into all your different skin cells and it's permanent. Well, where is that going? Tattoos fade over time. Why are they fading? That ink is being scattered throughout your body, into your lymph nodes, into your entire system, into your bloodstream. Is that good? What is the ink made out of? Maybe back in the day there were natural inks, and I'm sure natural inks exist that would be less, uh, let's say harmful. But today, mass-produced inks, you're probably getting cheaper inks and heavy metals inside them, or gosh knows what preservatives to make the ink last longer. You now have that permanently ingrained in your skin, and then when you remove them, they're blasting it in, it separates, and you get flushed to your lymphatic system as well. I know people that get sick after getting tattoos. Yeah, because you've injected your yourself with lots and lots of whatever is in the ink. Did I buy the card? Yes. When I— I've streamed some ones before, but now I'm in a position to buy it. I'm enjoying, you know, I support things that I enjoy with my money. I believe that that's like with karma and things, it's kind of stealing if you're streaming. Like I said, I've done it sometimes. I've tried to buy things and the website is such a dog that I had to stream. Like, I literally, I'm trying to give you my money, but your website is just awful, so I had to stream up. That's happened a few times, but now I'm, you know, I'm doing my thing and I can pay, so I do. Sol Brah's online! Yes, online. More to college than just learning things. You're also part of a socialization process by being around your peers your age. Dishing that to just work will stunt your growth. Yes, so That is a great point. I went to college, right? I was there. I did a 3-year bachelor's degree, undergraduate degree. Then I had some time off and then I did a 2-year master's degree. For those that didn't know, a bit of Sol Brah law. However, I had the best time. I had the best time. I stayed on campus for the first 3 years. This was kind of at a university, a good university in Australia before the woke culture really hit. So they still had the crazy drinking games like the camps, the, you know, athletic carnival kind of fights and things like this. It was all banter, young lads. It was great. It was awesome. I had a great time. Parties. The classes and the studies were kind of secondary, so I see this, this person's point. However, you can still do that if you have no idea what to do and you can organize, like you're not getting into huge debt and you're going to get skills and you go and actually network and you speak to people and you like get yourself out there, the clubs, the social clubs, you play sports. Yeah, that's, that's awesome. Like you're going to just be involved with things. But if you're just going to take online courses you don't go to lectures, like you're just chilling at home, then that's kind of a waste of time and money. But yeah, college was awesome, and if you don't go through that process, it's a lot harder to meet people your age. So yeah, that's a great point actually. I hadn't, hadn't really talked about that. Uh, as you level up and improve yourself, you'll get to new social circles which may be better than just the college still. You know, it varies person to person. If you feel called to do it, maybe you feel really strong. But if you're just doing it because everyone else is pushing you to do it, you probably have a worse time. All right, fight's about to start. Let's go! We are at 450 now. He's very long, Praytas. Look at those legs, long frame, angles, big leg kick inside. They kick back. Yeah. Okay, good exchange. Prachet is moving a bit more than Leon right now. Leon looks thicker. Good kick there and return, exchanging kicks. Whoa, long takedown! Long range takedown. He's got his hands wrapped, talking a bit, a bit of banter in the clinch, just holding him there. He's trying to wrap the leg around. Going for the other leg. Oh, knee to the head! That's some elite hip mobility there. Guys, should have put a bet on JDM. I don't have any betting, betting things on my— where would I drop a bet? Separated, not much happening in the clinch. Big leg kick, that one got through. Both feigning hands down. He's trying to get him in. Oh! If he hit the shin there. Another head kick and takedown, double leg, and he's down. Smooth. Back up on his back. Don't hold the cage. Elite leg control through there. Back, backpack there. That's strong to lift him up like that. Okay, close to the neck here. Backpack. Would using baking soda every now and then on teeth while eating healthy foods 90% be much better than ever touching fluoride toothpaste? I was just eating some hits to the face there. Wanna, bros, multiple fence grab. Yep, chin. Okay, he's got 10 seconds to fight. I don't think he can get it. No, he's not under the neck. He'll be fine. They'll stand him up in a sec on the round. I think Leon pips that one, that round. Round 1, Edwards. Yeah, just don't ever touch fluoride toothpaste. There's no need. You can use baconite oil. Another spammer, get out of here. Ninja, pirate, or cowboy? Hmm. Oh, that's a hot— cowboy doesn't appeal to me as much. Ninja or pirate? I think I have to say pirate. Pirate is most of my blood, my Viking ancestors. Piracy on the seas. Cowboy, it's more an American thing. Ninja, I'm not, I'm not particularly stealthy, bit of a big frame. So I think big marauding pirate suits me the best. Any tips on beating Candida? Okay, so round 2 starting now, 4 minutes 56 seconds. Is the timer. What was I saying? Candida. Yeah, so Candida is— if you understand my perspective on bacteria, you'll understand that bacteria is not the thing that causes disease. The bacteria is helping to break down whatever is causing the disease or the waste materials heavy metals, chemicals. That is— those are the things which cause issues in the body, as well as energetic things, energetic conflicts, for example. So radiation, whatever else, there's a bunch of things that can cause disease. Negative thoughts. Candida is there because there are other issues that the candida is breaking down. That may be excess of something that you're eating or whatever else, it's not the, the presence of Candida itself which is the issue. So you have to look at what is causing the Candida or the substances or waste or whatever else that is, that is there. It's a bit more— I can't really answer it in one question. I'd have to talk to you, Gregory, a bit further. Oh, that was a one-shot! Come on, finish it! Oh, pray to the knockout! That was huge. Oh man, we've had some enormous knockouts this card. Oh, I called it. Yeah, I mean, Carlos never knocked out before, and see you later. That was huge. Oh my gosh. That was big. Follow-up was unnecessary, but the ref did not come in. Let's watch the replay here. Distracted him with the trash talk. Ah, he's okay. Is, is he up on the stall yet? On the stool? Yeah, just standing in front of him. So straight left down the middle. See you later. Knocked him, took him off his feet, head backwards, follow-up not necessary, but ah, Peterson did not get there. That was not a necessary follow-up shot. Replay again, just straight through the guard. That was almost Looney Tunes with how he flew off the ground. Ref was not quick enough there. Bang! He's out. Ah, oof, right on. Big hit. Nasty indeed. I'll spar, of course, my Aussie brother. Next Soul Wave. Look, I've been banking new songs for the next Soul Wave. Haven't, you know, got it to all be planned out or whatever yet, but it's on the way soon. Definitely soon. What's— what, what genre of music would you like to see? And then which one you'd want to see first? Yeah, I'm back in Australia. What is the best city in my opinion? Which country? So you can enjoy London, it depends what you're doing. Although objectively there are some good cities and bad cities. Sun is a key for me, walkability. Water straight through. Oof. What's my take on some of the emphasis online on functional training with kettlebells, sandbags, and mace bells over traditional weightlifting? I think it's also no reason to be just focused on body to move and, you know, all in flow rather than just the bodybuilding like, or you know, you can develop a lot of dysfunction if you're not using your body as a whole fluid, as one, as one unit, as one machine, and you're always isolating or you're always on machines. Functional training tools, you see gains because you get an extra layer of strength, you know. StrainX, which can do a little bit of 4-wheel driving, has 4-wheel drive mode, but I haven't taken it like off-road or anything. Some bush tracks, but nothing Nothing real off-road. Can we get a soul-guided meditation or breathwork session? Yeah, sure, I can do that. With soul music in the background. I've been thinking about doing that. I was actually recording a video the other day about the, you know, meditation in terms of focusing on manifestation, like, uh, manifestation tools that Neville Goddard recommends. And I was doing a bit of guided meditation of that, but the camera wasn't focused right, so I couldn't use it. So it's on the cards, and I'll probably redo that video at some point. If you go to my aura video, How to Aura Max, there's a little piece at the start where I ring the bell and do a little guided aura meditation on part 1 of the aura maxing. You can do that, go watch that, it's like a little one. Have I been to Panama or Costa Rica? I've been to Costa Rica twice. Love it there. Beautiful. If you like the kind of a bit more Costa Rica, really still, I mean, Costa Rica is quiet. You're not going to get the same deals as you would in Mexico or whatever because in the tourist areas it's quite developed, but it's still cheaper than, you know, Western countries. And obviously you get the tropical ambiance, fresh coconuts, surfing out there every day. It's great. I would go back for sure. Time for the new Soulwave. Yeah, yeah, we need another DJ mix. Look, yes, I know it's coming, guys. Like I said, tell me which, which ones you want to see first, what genre of music. Yeah, Neville Goddard is, is insanely good if you want someone to you know, with reading, or there's audiobooks to manifestation, like legit techniques. Neville Goddard is up there. Yeah, the stream may keep cutting. It's like on and off with my Wi-Fi, unfortunately. I'll watch it back, see how it is. I'll try to get a Starlink maybe so it's a bit more consistent. Let's do a set. Next fight, Brady versus— what was that, Marquez? Oh. Another welterweight fight. Was Greece the best spot you visited? No, no, definitely not. Greece was cool. Athens, the city, I don't like. It's dirty and weird other than the nice temples, but as far as the development, everything else is not— it's not up there with good cities. But best spot I've ever visited, hmm. Northern Spain is up there. Sweden in summer in the country. Switzerland mountains. I mean, they're all experiences, right? They're all awesome. Best. Yeah, they're my top. What's my stance on oxalates from things like kiwi and other fruits? I don't believe in them. They don't affect me. Plenty calcium in my diet. Yeah, I drink a bunch of milk, so I don't, I don't necessarily— What is it? What is an oxalate here? How's an oxalate discovered? Yeah, we cut up a kiwi, then we mixed it with an acid, then we burnt it, then we extracted it, then another acid, and this gets and extracts an oxalate, and then oxalate is bad for you. What is, what is that really? Is It's a kiwi. I believe all fruit is healthy within reason, like you're not eating thousands of kilograms of it a day. So I don't really— oxalates, when it's fruit, whatever. I don't think eating a lot of vegetable content that's very, very high in fiber and not much digestible stuff is good. But I don't think you necessarily have to say, oh, it's the oxalates in it that are bad. It's just fruits are designed to be eaten. I believe in them. Do I surf? Not regularly. I have surfed, you know, if I've been in a place like walking distance, like in Costa Rica, I've surfed. Um, yeah, not consistently. And however Maybe, but it's likely something else in the food, or if you're having the bottled water, tap water, shower, swimming in the beach. There's otherwise other pollution going on that I don't necessarily think— I think the coconuts, if they're sealed, are one of the more— the cleaner things. Any ideas of why, uh, it could be Many different things. What are you eating there? You eating out? I don't condone gambling, but I'm trying to place a bet. Makes the fight a little more exciting, you know, and you got to support JDM. Not that he gets the support from the gaming company, but Am I pretty minimalist during our travels? Go-to cotton towel. Sometimes I'll travel with my own linen sheets because if you're in Airbnb and yeah, they can use those. And maybe a hoodie and that's it really. So pretty minimalist, but you know, I go— that takes up a decent amount of room. In my, in my suitcase. Let's— I don't really know much about these guys, but let's say Sean. He's a favorite American. set up this— wow, I haven't— I mean, so he's got the unders on, under tights, then knee braces, tights. And if you're trying to hold someone in guard, it seems like an unfair advantage. I mean, I'm interested why they allow that. And to some degree, padding protection. We are at 4 minutes 15 for anyone watching the fights. Well, we've got a few comments for me to answer. Have I been in South America? Yeah, I've done a trip in South America after like, uh, 6 weeks backpacking with the boys in South America. We did Brazil. We did Argentina, went to Peru, Bolivia. That was wild. That was wild. Uh, I will not say what happened on YouTube. You know, South America is okay. Let's see if I can place this bet. Brady's hit. Okay, he's wobbly. He's, he's still there. Reyes looks huge. Morales. Okay, throw him off his back. Sean kind of backing up now. Morales is stor— yeah, he looks I mean, he's crouching. Rawls is crouching, but he looks still bigger than Brighty, significantly. Oh, that was a big swing. Oh, that one got through. Yeah, he's okay. That's Wild swing. Yep, yep, it's left round 1. Okay, both traded hands quite low. Because Riles just said— oh my God, 3-4! And Brady's down, he's out, see you later. Yep. Ah, whoo, very good. Look, we've had great stoppages, great knockouts all night. Awesome. 19 and 0, that's impressive. Whoo! Big chain on Kamaru. All right, that fight is done. So, brah, has my other YouTube account blocked on here? I don't know how to unblock people. I would unblock you just as an act of mercy, but you were probably blocked for Good reason. I don't block for no reason. Tips for fixing sleep issues: go to my YouTube channel and watch how to sleep better. Tips for better sleep, I'm not sure what the title is, but I have a full video, all my sleep tips. Implement that. Oh, I need my other phone. Watch the stream, head to Kayo Sports and buy it. Does he speak English? Let's see. Oh, he's got the translator ready. Unsuccessful. Of course. Speaking of Dana White, he wants the belt. Bit of a, bit of a fail, that promo, but whatever. I love you. Only beneficial for hormone, sleep, yeah, etc. Believe that it's good for you and it will be. What's wrong with breathing? Nothing at all. Of course breathing is going to be great. Buteyko breathing is good, I know. And then carbon dioxide maxing. So populations that live higher altitude, higher in the mountains, higher carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, they live longer on average. So I've heard that carbon dioxide is calming, and that's why they get people to breathe in a bag. I don't know if that's legit, but Or if it was disproven or something, to calm people down, they get them to breathe in a paper bag. Shrimp streams. I love shrimp. I've eaten raw shrimp. I had— what was it? A raw shrimp, uh, raw shrimp ceviche? No, gnocchi. A raw shrimp gnocchi, and it was really good. I'm gonna move that chair. Alright, check this out. So this is a chest expander, one of the old-school workout tools. It's actually quite hard, but let me see if I can get in there like this. So that's like— you guys know I'm strong. It's not like a resistance band. This is legit. Not too expensive. You can get them on Amazon. Wood and then metal springs. Pretty cool. Nice one. Do a couple of these in the morning. Great for posture. Hair looking majestic. Thank you. Hair also looking sweaty. I need to place this bet, lads, so I can collect my winnings. Uh, hmm, how else to do this? Shevchenko, queen, up next. She's a beast. How crazy was the brawl in the crowd? I didn't see it. Wait, no, sorry, undo. Steven, I didn't mean to get you back. No, what if I've, I've hidden him accidentally? I was meant to get it back. Steven, my apologies. I think it's— I think you're still here. Dagestan is this one. Look, let's be— these, they're— I mean, obviously they're the best in the world, but they are legit animals, and much, much respect to both these ladies. It beat me up. Maybe, who knows. 2 fights left. How long have we been going? 2 and a bit hours. Nice, good stream. For those of you that are still here, when is the best time of day for me to stream for you? Like, do, do people watch streamers during the week? Should I limit to only weekends? Should it be, yeah, evening time Australia, evening time US? This time is perfect. Okay, so this is, yeah, evening time in the US, morning time for me. Well, middle of the day for me, which is actually good because then I do my morning. Great for the weekends. Yeah, definitely this time on weekends I could rip pretty consistently, but then during the week maybe focus on the content side Balance. Cool, cool, cool. Saver. Put this bet down on JDM, I think. Here we are, 3.4 odds for JDM to win. I like those odds, I like those odds. So I don't want a multi. Jack to win. Placed. Okay, now it's real. Now it is real. Where are we at with this women's fight? They're about to begin. Yeah, walk-ins, walk-ins going on. North America, this time's great. Yep, perfect. Excuse me. Get these headphones on. I love ceviche. Me too, guys. If you're a bit, you know, umming and ahhing with the raw food stuff just try ceviche, try a taco. People just short circuit a bit in their brains. Like, yeah, that's— it's a common thing for people to have at restaurants. It's not weird. It's mostly more in Europe. Ceviche is massive in, uh, South American countries. However, fish, raw meat, it's not as crazy as people think. How do you deal with aging parents that won't take care of their health? It's frustrating, but you can't force someone. Well, you can't allow it to frustrate you. For anyone that you want to help improve their health, if you want— if you see them making bad choices, everyone is their own soul, and everyone has their own experience and learning curve and their own choices. You be there, you support them, and I often will say my, you know, my opinion. Hey, that's, you know, how terrible that is for you. Here's a better alternative. Always present a better alternative. Don't make them just feel bad with nothing else to say. And then you'll also yourself have to be healthy and let's say physically health-wise successful and look the part. And that way a lot of people will just observe what you're doing, maybe ask you about it, and then you can do that. But unsolicited, you just got to be there for them. Be— always be loving. Always give them the option to, yeah, chat about things, but otherwise leave it at that. Can be from paths Maybe they need to learn something from the disease that they may eventually get. Always send good vibrations out. Imagine them in good health. Always don't be negative. All right, two bets on JDM to win and TKO, two separate bets. If JDM wins by TKO, we'll get a nice little, nice little bet back. Why are they all wearing these glasses? Oh, they're the Oakley, uh, Meta glasses, like the new sports arena. He's probably there watching the fights. I know he likes that. But yeah, that product is like them trying to make— you've got a nice electronic EMF thing on your face and head all the time blasting with radiation. Not my cup of tea, but Valentina might be the gut. Of her realm. Yeah, I'm hunched down looking at my phone. I have to use it sometimes. Look, I'm on my phone a lot. This is the nature of my job. I should be using it like this. Thank you, thank you for the mention, but we're done now. My buddy's coming over, so I just had to talk to him. Paste. Use a miswak to clean your teeth. Coconut oil pulling. Brushing with a horsehair toothbrush. Minerals. Raw milk rinses. Drinking a lot of raw milk. Shilajit. Yeah, raw milk's the best one. What are my thoughts on metal music? Dude, I love metal, mostly for the gym. I'm not like listening to metal at home or if I'm just relaxing, but in the gym, oh yeah, bit of Metallica. Am I on the cocaine? No, that would be fun, but I am not. Do I like strategy games? I don't really play them, not really. Is that things like Civilization where you're strategizing and being a country or a leader? Do I really think JDM's got Islam? Yes, I'm willing it into existence. I think he's stronger, bigger, by knockout every single time. And obviously I have to support because he's Australian, from where I'm from. So Valentina and Whaley fight is about to start. I've got Shevchenko here. It's gonna be— I'm gonna tune in for this one. It's gonna be a beast, beast fight. There are posts of me on Reddit asking if you're on steroids, funnily enough. Yeah, I've seen those. I've seen a couple of those. There was a couple of photos that I remember used on those. Where I look beastly, you know, I was shredded. I'm bigger now, but I have more body fat on. But I posted one photo recently, I'm like hunched up in the mirror saying, oh, I must be on steroids. But I'm just been on natural steroids, aka raw cream and raw milk. And like I said, just a bit fluffier with the body fat. But if people saw me in person or like a full video, all angles, I know some people would still think, wow, you natty, bro, because people haven't tapped into the potential of natural bodybuilding. They don't know how to train, they don't know how to eat. And I'm drinking a gallon of raw milk a day and honey, like, yeah, that's anabolic. Egg yolks, everything like that, raw meat. I think if someone was doing that and followed my protocols for muscle building, they would get you know, over years through Baizhang, just beasts. So, but yeah, in terms of steroid accusations, if you get a lot of sunlight, raw food maxing, training really hard, and then you take a pump— no need. And look at the size of me, still beast. But yeah, a lot of, a lot of gym influencers, I don't get out in the sun. They're training under blue light, they're eating processed food, there's no life force, plastic water bottles. I think if they did what I do, they could— body knee as Shang was coming in, that's— that hurt. Chef Ginkgo's over the top. Charging in, and then Shevchenko just bop the knee. Wow, you can see real back chain activation, the primal tunnels of muscle on either side of the spine. That's wrestling power. Sweet tiger on the shorts of Valentina. Still posturing up, still gravity over the top. She's up again. Good, back to the feet. We're at 2 minutes 20 for those watching the fight. Oh, spinning elbow just missed. I think that might have, might have tapped her. What is Aurum? Aurum is my new supplement brand that I'm launching December. And yeah, basically most premium pure natural supplements that I can find, and it'll be on souledepartment.com. You'll be able to order it with the Soul— a lion's mane extract, jewel extract, and a liquid magnesium. They're our first products, all natural, no additives, beautiful mineralization, and much more in the future. That's Aurum. The Instagram is Aurum Health. Username. So if you want to check that out. Top 3 books I'd recommend? I've got a book recommendation reel on Instagram. Just scroll down a little bit. It was probably maybe 2 weeks ago I filmed that, so I talked about it. I wonder if I have them here. I think they're downstairs. Reality Transurfing is one of them. There's— I've, you know, I could have top 20 books. If I actually sat down and looked at all— you know, I have them a bunch everywhere. Books are great, man. Buy more books. You'll never regret it. Buy books you're called to. Go to a secondhand esoteric bookstore and just walk around and then see what catches your fancy and try to, you know, get some cool philosophy books, history books, ancient Greece. So much wisdom and knowledge. I love books. Degrowth tips. Strength exists. Zinc maxing. Oysters. Semen retention. Uh, sunning your balls, sunning your D. And there's some stretch slightly, the tissues, but I don't know about it. Oh, it's gonna be a big one now that my bet's on as well. Appreciate you booming voice back at me, but you know, you can always speak to the gods— god— they're listening. But I did, it was only appropriate. I'm on Mount Olympus, of course. Had to. The higher you are up in the mountains, the closer you are to the gods, of course. Nice trip, Valentina. If you want to have strong, like, takedowns and wrestling and things, it's all the spinal movement. Like, if you can lock on and then rip someone down, that's your spine doing that moving. So it's not necessarily like pulling with your shoulders or your arms, it's like the point of contact is the arms and then you are ripping them down with the movement of the spine side to side. So train that stuff, rotation, if you want to get stronger. I am— have I ever cut out sugar entirely for a period of time? No, I don't see the need. Sugar's good for you, natural sugars. Depending on the more exercise you do, the more sugars you can kind of tolerate. Valentina's nearly getting her legs over the arm. It's quite high shoulder strikes. If she can trap that arm with the legs Then yep, she's got it now. Really dominant, holding her down. Yeah, stream's a little laggy, my internet needs to be improved a bit. Yep, if you've never— if you've never been in an MMA training session. You've never had someone who's like a full dude's body weight like over you trying to beat you up. It's, uh, especially someone that knows what they're doing. It's, it's a very interesting experience. Wow. Hooked around the head to keep close. The more space you get between yourself and the opponent, the obviously, the, the easier it is for them to get away and push away. So you see Valentina's chest to chest just sticking on her like glue. And do I lucid dream or astral project? In school, it became like lucid dreaming was— became one of those things where people were you watch a YouTube video that goes around and then everyone's trying to lucid dream at, at home. But I— this— so there's one technique where before bed you pretend to go to sleep, but you actually, rather than like just falling asleep like you usually do before bed or in bed, you stay awake. You consciously stay awake, but you pretend that you're sleeping. At some point your eyes will start to have this rapid eye movement like it does when you're asleep, but you're still awake. When you get that rapid eye movement, it's actually interesting because your eyes like, they shake. It's quite interesting. But if you get that and then come into your lucid dream, you can— yeah, that— I'm not sure the next step, but that is a signal. Then you can get through that, you can kind of get into the lucid dreaming state and then choose what to do. I've done it a couple times. You just try to fly everywhere. And then other dreams I've had where I wasn't intentionally trying to lucid dream, but nice ground and pound. Utter domination. Shevchenko has held her down for what, 3 and a half minutes? Look, it's spiritually strong or knowledgeable that you can bring forth more energy into your field, then I think it can bring you into a more spiritual state. Now the issue is, is a lot of vegans will neglect their physical vessel because they're not having meat, then they're also not eating optimally. Otherwise, they don't understand how to bring in actual energy from vril, from chi, life force, which can support you. Otherwise, sun that is the possibility to, you know, not have as much meat. But if you're— if you don't eat meat, then you're also not supporting yourself through esoteric energy cultivation, then you can weaken. Now Tesla, I'm sure he was, he was a thinker, he was drawing stuff from the field, incredible inventor. Some people are different, man. They don't need to be in the physical body as much, so they don't necessarily need the support from eating raw meat. Would I do it? Maybe for periods if I wanted to get more into meditation or tap in that way. Big swing from Zhang. Xiong. Xing Xiong. Oh, snap back! Both still in it. Counter straight right. So yeah, people are different. Some— oh, spinning body kick! That was cool. Maybe I'll, I'll have meat for a lot of my life and then we'll have less meat at the same time. But you can just smash milk and replace your meat. I'll probably do that. Milk and eggs, you know, that they're kind of higher spiritually because you don't have to take the body's dense— the animal's dense body in order to acquire the meat. And also, I like— preferably I'd rather cuddle a cow than eat it, but that's where we are. So yeah, I'm sure they— some people that went vegan would definitely benefit from, you know, eating raw meat to fuel you, heal from disease, and probably improve their brain and Advice for skinny guys to gain muscle mass: lift, eat more raw meat, raw eggs, raw milk, lift hard, sleep well, get sun. That's all you need. Don't, don't refer to yourself as a skin— how your body responds to reality. So you want to make sure that you're not I'm a skinny guy, I'm a hard gainer, I'm a— I find it hard to put on muscle mass. These are all negative limiting beliefs that you can put into your future. Whatever you think of— good, caught the kick, nearly, nearly takedown, and she's down again. She probably hold her down this next minute and a half. Yeah, your perception of yourself in the present links you in alignment to your future. So I would make sure that you are not, like I said, thinking all those negative limiting beliefs, because it's going to impact your body's ability to put on mass in the future. Seems ridiculous, but it's true. They're just kind of just lying on the ground there. Punch. Yep. Good ground and pound. Should have put some money on Valentina as well. Gone on my gut. Do I go Femi? Will I be getting the Warsales DLC? I don't know what that is. What game is that? Is War Sales the game, or is the DLC War Sales of a game? Yeah, like, I've played a lot of video games in my life. Now I don't— I find it— it's better uses of my time. If I had, you know, if I didn't have my business and everything and I wanted to chill, and I've taken— after I've taken all my responsibilities and I've improve myself, done my reading, sometimes to play some video games, I don't think is the end of the world. Need to find raw milk in Hawaii. Yeah, so there's a milk herd share in Hawaii. The laws are such that you have to— everyone needs to affirm and manifest JDM winning, please, by, by knockout. Out of a cow, and now you're legally allowed to buy milk from the cow. So I did that when I was there. Another hard body kick. And again. Do I eat dark chocolate? Yes. Orem will be releasing a cacao at some point. Nice cacao drink. Stream's lagging a bit, sorry. Would I recommend carbs like sourdough, white rice, and potatoes on lower activity days, or are they only useful as an energy boost for intense activity? If I've had a huge lifting session and a decent amount of, uh, walking, I'll have put on a bit of weight. Sometimes I will still also eat because, uh, you know, my metabolism is very high, so I'm, I'm still hungry even if I'm not training very hard on each, any particular day. So would I recommend it? Depends what your goals are, what the rest of your diet is like, how big you are as a person. But I think, uh, yeah, high quality sourdough, white rice, and potatoes are the only ones that I— oh, huge leg, uh, body kick again. Oh, Shevchenko, every time I've looked, I've been watching the whole time, but just if you've never been hit to the body as well, that sucks. Just doing a lot of that. Yep, check hook coming in. Jack is gonna win, I believe. Ooh. Close weeping head kick there. So essential in order to be athletically high level. There are lots of athletes that don't care. They're very gifted, they train hard, and otherwise they're not— they don't care about raw foods, whatever. Do I think that those athletes could be better? I've trained with— they said that even coming up to a fight, some of these UFC champs have been eating McDonald's, processed garbage. Now, in the world, meters, right? You, you're half a second too late on your reaction, you're 5% weaker on your explosivity. That is the difference between getting a knockout, dodging a strike, and/or being knocked out. Now, why would you not give yourself every benefit? One, you, you don't necessarily know better, coaches are different, whatever. But could these people have done better or felt better if they were more knowledgeable about these things? Yeah, for sure, I think so. It's not 100% necessary, obviously. However, I think as more knowledge permeates the world, and, you know, the internet has leveled the playing field in a lot of ways with hydration techniques, what's the best food, you know, before the internet, people were just kind of— if they had a nutritionist who was just BSing then they don't really know. But I think raw foods, you know, they enable the body to repair better. And better hydration— if you understand things like minerals and hydration rather than just chugging plastic tap water, which I've seen some athletes do— so their level be even higher if they, if they were healthier. I think so. So Valentina 4 rounds up going into the last round. We are at 4 minutes and 40 seconds here. Bit of a wash here. A martial arts essential for men to practice often. Done it a lot, but I've done it, and a little bit, and you learn some things about yourself. Like, if you've actually been in the ring sparring with someone multiple times and not get scared or overwhelmed, that does something to you as a man. And understanding that, like, yeah, okay, if someone Takedown again by Shevchenko. Just so strong. Uh, what was I saying? Yeah, martial arts, that changes you. You can handle yourself if someone— at least if someone was throwing a punch at you, you know what it feels like to be punched in the face. You know how to like block, move, do at least something. And then If you know 5% of things compared to someone that's 0%, it's way better. And, uh, yeah, it's just interesting. Definitely something I'm going to get my kids doing. And if you're a man and you haven't ever done that, you're— you know, combat is the greatest competition. Can get outside in an air-conditioned environment then your body gets used to always being cool. You don't sweat as much, and sweating is actually good for you. But you also— your body just kind of forgets how to regulate itself because it doesn't need to. So if the environment— clothing if it's hot, and yeah, air conditioning, some systems can recirculate air and leading— fans are fine. I think fans are fine. Just moving the air, fresh air, making sure that air is not stale in the home is— using a fan's great. Shoulder, shoulder strikes, Hulk. It just— I haven't been doing it for a long time now, but it is coming back. I've got things set up, I can do it here easy. And like I said, I have a list in the chat. A little resistance band here. Look guys, if you're spending hours watching fights, you know, in one room, then do a little movement. Push-ups in between rounds, resistance bands as I'm doing here, just a little something. Little upkicks from Zhang in the Yeah, that's game. I'll be right back, I've got to use the bathroom. Alright. Oh no, we've been spammed. Still— Thanks for being here, lads. First stream in a while. Years, years ago. I've got myself an orange here. The Chinese going on. Eternal lineage comes from somewhere far from the equator. Your mitochondria functioning is still optimal if you get no sun during the winter, but only if you get plenty of sun in the summer. The— whatever your body is used to. You are your ancestors, so you're used to living in the environment that your grandparents did, your great-grandparents and more. There wasn't global travel, or worldwide travel, should I say. Fake globe narrative. And If you— you're mighty cold, but yeah, you're— you can live a healthy functioning life even if you're in cold weather, especially if your genetic heritage is from that area. Are you using a wooden toilet? I actually do have a wood— most toilets in terms of bacteria. Let's go, JDM! Come on, boys, everyone has to send real energy to JDM so he can win. Best practices and diets. Yeah, look, firstly, some people don't know about it, they don't believe in it. Yeah, look, firstly, some people don't know about it, they don't believe in it. You know, not everyone is like Jerry Prochazka that, uh, support the UFC. Um, I don't know about raw foods. It's illegal to have raw milk in a lot of states, and so you wouldn't know what I know, for example. But I've been thinking about releasing like an athlete's protocol on what I would do for an athlete that wants to perform better and what I would eat. I think that would be a good idea, and the more popular that is— Ever Djokovic He has celery juice like me. He's, he's pretty red-pilled on the food. Erling Haaland, best soccer player in the world right now, legend. He follows me on Instagram. He implements a lot. He's grounding, he's getting sunlight, he's doing all those good things, and he's the best. So it's like, I think it's just a question of being exposed to the information. The older generations, newer generations, the gap between the fights. That was a good fight, one-sided, but they're legit. Yo, bro, any tips on rear delt exercises? Yeah. Rear flies, holding the rope like that. You got bent-over flies behind the head. Tricep extensions, it's mostly tricep, but really pushing the, the shoulder back. Your rear delt is helping with that. Also try that. 'Sol Brah, I just started Accutane. What are my thoughts?' Stop. Stop what you've started, my friend. Because that stuff— there are ways to help your acne. You don't need to take this terribly drying pharmaceutical that can cause depression, suicidal thoughts. I don't want to put anything into your head, but I'm just talking about cases that I've seen online with how toxic this stuff is. Stops oil production. Hey, you, you have oil production in your body for a reason. I know friends in high school that took Accutane. Their lips got so dry they would just crack and bleed and had to constantly put lip balm on. Uh, that's not good. That's not normal. It's not healthy. And your acne is not worth that. Like, your acne can be resolved by looking at other lifestyle factors. Your doctor probably said, yeah, it's just puberty, get rid of this, you know, skin issues with this pill. I'm against all kind of pharmaceutical things like that. Stream explanation of me torn here. My JDM hype montage, best boxers in the sport, let's go! Send your energy, boys. If someone can just let me— does it show the kind of lag again, or is it all kind of because time has passed, it allows it to buffer? Someone just let me know if you understand what I'm saying. Islam's win over Volkanovski. Volkanovski came off short turnaround and rushed into it. I also saw MMA Guru talking about how Islam's fights, he holds the cage a lot, like he's cheating a lot in all of his fights. I don't know, I don't want to shit talk anyone, of course, but That's what MMA Guru said. My point being, JDM has a much higher chance than I think a lot of people think. What are your thoughts on whey from company? Whey is just dried milk. I don't necessarily— I don't think it's a necessary supplement, to be honest. Lag spiking. Hmm, apologies, I'll fix this for next time. Tallow, I don't think is gonna cure your acne. Your acne comes from the inside out. It's, it's a longer explanation. We'd have to talk about like, what are you actually eating? How's your lymphatic system flow? Are you sweating daily? Excuse me. I don't use modern slang terms on here like rizz, bro, sigma, cap, goon, etc. I, I use those words to rip on them sometimes, but I believe in being very solid and eloquent and using the English language to its highest potential. And not speaking in meme terms because it degrades the mind. The more words you have access to in your vocabulary, the more spells you can cast, the more inspiration you can give, and the more entertainment flows from you. Like, you're literally— control of reality is linked to how much language that you understand and have in your toolbox. What do you think helped me become more emotionally mature early on? I was, I was kind of born with an innate level of stoicism. I even remember being a young child seeing people at a birthday party rush in for the piñata as the candy dropped on the floor. I didn't really care. I stood back all chill. Alright plebs, you go get the lollies. I'll just be the cool guy back there. But as far as also just not, you know, emotionally chucking a fit if something didn't go my way, it's kind of just like, oh well. It was inbuilt in me. But then I started reading Stoicism when I was a bit older, early teenagers, that really helps like put the mental framing into what I already kind of innately felt. To read Stoicism and understand it. And that's not to be stoic in everything and never have fun or never be energetic or emotional. It's just to understand, like, what is happening and not to mentally, you know, terik vols, like their soul will hear the codes. And, uh, yeah, it's a really good way to bring in those understandings to people. It's like watching a movie like Lord of the Rings. There's lots of real deep esoteric stuff in that, but people are like, oh, I'm just watching Lord of the Rings. Meanwhile, their soul is getting downloads about life, good and evil, Saruman, and all the rest of it. Good song. AC/DC, JDM Walking In. Mean Muggin', look at that. Come on, buddy. TNT. Yes. This is going to be a huge fight, lads. Hello from France. Hello, cheese France. Bonjour, bonjour, Frenchy. Has not lost in 10 years. I think they've both not lost in 10 years, so that's pretty crazy. Testing. I, uh, I'm not drinking anything. I had my hibiscus tea. I had my coffee earlier, but that's it. Coffee and raw milk. Huge fight. Come on, lads, I'll be right back. Oh, what's gonna happen? Who— what's gonna happen, guys? What do we think? Just had Doritos with a purple bag. Thoughts? My thoughts are your poor, your poor bodily system. There's better snacks in my opinion, and a Diet Coke. You're really, really living it up there. It's time. Cheese and bacon balls. Wow, that's a throwback. I— the cheese and bacon balls with the— Islam. Islam needs a bit more sun. He needs a bit more tan. That'll help him. I would choose a bicycle for going around town for sure. Hello, Salubrious Scratch. Hello to you too, Red Corner. Whoa, everyone, will it into existence. JDM, buy a Knockout. Undisputed. Oh, Devin, thank you. Good luck to my friend. I don't know him personally. I'll probably run into him at some point, but same town as me. Oh, it's here. I'm a little nervous. Okay, whoo! All right, we're going to be watching the fight now. No more questions. Wow, wow. Oh, that was a good leg kick, Islam. Jack's foot very, very close. It's going in. Oh man. 3 leg kicks already to Jack's front leg. Gotta be careful with that one. Blitzing now, he's chilling a bit, turtled up. JDM Noah from Launch Socials. Noah! All right, 1 minute down, not much thrown from Islam. Feeling it out. Oh no. Okay, Islam takedown. He's got his leg locked. Takedown. He's on top. Okay, so Islam's on top. Good position, middle of the cage, not getting up. By the wall. All right, all right boys, come on. Not a good position for Jack. Not much happening though. Uh, what's the choke with the shoulder? Ezekiel? Oh boy. Flipped him, turn him. Yes! What's happening here? Oh, he's got the back. No, no, no, get him off! Yes! I put a big bet on Jack, so okay. He's up, he's up! No, no, no, no, get his arm off! Is crack anabolic? No, no, it's not. Okay, he's flat again. 2 minutes to go. Hasn't been able to get up for the whole round. Yeah, anything can happen. We're at 1 minute to go, round 1. Guillotine, please don't. Okay, got the arm. Get up, reversal. Nope. All right, Islam took that round quite handily, so now we're gonna reverse Reverse the vibes. Is that first round? Yeah, yeah, good kicks. I will say good kicks from Islam. Come on, Jack. Definitely more cautious now. Oh, nearly gave him his leg. Big, big kicks. You do cannot take too many of those. Head kick. Yeah, yeah. Oh no, tagged him there. Uppercut. Now he's— come on, Jack. Nice reversal. Stacked him, but Not sure. He's, uh, in a compromised position there. Split him out. Yeah, that's not where you want to be. Islam's grappling's OP. Get an elbow. Leg split up against the cage, kind of, kind of stuck. 3 minutes to go. The bet is not looking good, we'll say that, but it's fine. When you make a bet It's as if the money's already gone. That's the only way you can bet healthily. And then if you win, it's like, wow, cool. And it's the experience. 2 minutes left, not much happening other than being pummeled. Islam's huge. Bit of space. Back of the head strike. Oh gosh. You worked out today, huh? A little bit. I just ran. Nice. A few chins on the beach. Just, yeah, just like a bit of a rest day. Yeah, yeah. 1 minute. Big session tomorrow. One minute to chill. True photoshoot day. Yeah, cool. If each round is like this, then— come on, Jack, that's good there. Come on, buddy. Oh yes. Underhook. Okay, that's good. 20 seconds, then you're up again. Every round starts on the feet. Block those. He's up! Let's go! Okay, now bomb knockout. Good knee from Islam. Just push. He's gonna hold him there, not give him a chance. He looks in, you know, the good spirits. Still, still trying, still there. Come on, get that dog! Look at that, he's got the mullet! He's got to activate the mullet power. Just recorrect the nose. Back into place. It's just like that. Yeah, you'd hope for a good left hook. Yeah. Oh, thanks, mate. Islam, too good, too good. Second round. This is going into the third round. Still got 3 rounds to go. 3 rounds, knockout. Go Della! Views, 1,200 views over the stream. Wow, again I looked at the time of the stream, 3 hours 30 minutes and 30 seconds. 333. Round 3, 4 minutes 51. He's not moving his feet enough. True. Okay, come on, come on, get cocky. Strike with JDM. Leave the wrestling. We don't need— you don't need the wrestling, Islam. Bit of— bit slow leg kicks. You want to withdraw your leg kick very quickly because Islam's going to grab it. Big calf kick, that's not good. Kind of lazy leg kick, you're just going to get scooped up. Yeah, a little bit better. 1 minute on the feet. Oh, those calf kicks are not good. Ah no, he's being hit more than he is hitting, is also unfortunately— yep. And again, good bodywork, good combo. Let's go. Yep, yep, Islam. And then under the arm. Yeah, this is not good. 2 and a half minutes to go. Yeah, Lord is correct. Yeah, boo him, he's not doing anything. Stand him up, he's just laying on him. Come on. Okay, one underhook. Yep, back of the head. Not sure that's allowed. Bit of space, bit of height, bit of space. And nothing came of it. We'll probably just see this for another 2 rounds, so elite, elite stuff. Get off his neck! No, no, no, no, no. Is he holding the arm? Yeah, okay, nice. A couple elbows getting through. Jack's chilling. Brutal. No, no, hold the wrist, hold the wrist. Crazy, crazy stuff. Flip him. Seem ridiculously tired. Amazing read. Thank you. My book, The Soul Way, on Amazon. Reversed again. Good. See, he's getting up at least after these exchanges. Something's got to change. Yeah, The Soul Way on Amazon. Get the book if you enjoy learning about life and you want to support me. The, the coach, Jack's coach, start hurting this cunt. Very Aussie. I don't know if I can say that on YouTube. Sorry. He looks a little demotivated, as you would be, right? 10 minutes to finish this C-word again. Come on! No technical advice whatsoever, just, uh, just heard him. Yeah, what do you do at that point? Right leg is cooked. All my power. It's not looking ideal. Tap it. What is that going to do? The offering him your leg— I'm not criticizing, obviously. I'm, uh, just adding a bit of— Islam's just waiting. He's just drawing out. He's gonna make him think, yeah, I'll dance with you here, and then scoop him up. I mean, he's been more successful on the feet as well. So, okay, kind of potential on that one. Another kick. Oh, that leg is cooked. Look how red that is. And then down. Yep, the bet's gone. It's not over till it's over, but we'll see. Strangling the legs. Okay, push them around a bit. Oh boy. Okay, turn it. Okay. Ah, Islam's on the back, body triangle locked in, biting the hand. 2 and a half minutes to go. Mm, oh no, you got one arm. He's trapped his arm, fighting with one arm. That's legit. Oh, he's out. Okay, somewhat out of the frying pan and into the fire. Is that the expression? Into the bonfire. Yes, still getting pummeled. Yep. Just an absolute clinic from one of the GOATs. Still trying. 30 seconds left. Kimura attempt. Oh boy, no, no, no. And Up to his feet. You got 5 seconds. All right, one round. Jack does— looks like he's about to cry, unfortunately. I can't even imagine what he's going through. Again, this is— this is— the coach is not giving him any advice. His coach literally just saying, get this C-word. Man, can you actually take anything in at this time? What can you imagine? I cannot imagine what— seeing red. Yeah, you'd just be like, all right, I got dominated 4 rounds. But Leon Edwards against Kamaru Usman, that viral, you know, massive head kick knockout was in the 5th round after being dominated. You never know. Come on, buddy! Sending all my power and support. Islam is chilling. Come on, let's go! You have no power in the back leg with that takedown like that, man, and that you can't move properly. Kimura, he's Oh gosh, this is early. One takedown in each round cuz he just held him the whole way. Okay, nice. 4 minutes left. Back of the head shots, come on! 3 and a half minutes left. Mm, over the face, that's brutal. Just smothering. Oh, brutal, brutal, brutal. Look at that, he's just surviving. Left. Oh, that's the way it goes. Shoulder in the face. Yeah, Jack's just defending each submission. He's wrapped up, just 1 minute and a half, he's just got to sit on him and it's over. Well, that's why you don't gamble, folks. Oh, that's a crank and a half. I can't— cannot see what's happening. Fantastic, he's gotten out of everything. But if you're just defending all the time, then yeah. Nothing, nothing to do on that one. We'll probably dip out after this round, gents, so thank you for watching. 40 seconds, come on! Uppercut from the, from the bottom. No, he's just got to sit up, up, and then knock him out. Come on, 10 seconds. No, it's over. Bet's gone. That's fine. GG. Dominance there. Hey, that's how it goes sometimes. That was a fun stream, guys.
