Energy Vampires and How to Avoid Them

Sol Brah explains energy vampirism, the idea that people drain your life force through manipulation, causing fatigue and mood shifts. He identifies signs of draining relationships, traces them to trauma and family dynamics, and offers steps to protect yourself: set boundaries, build independence, meditate, and cut ties with vampires if needed.

At some point in your life, you've probably come across an energy vampire. Put simply, this is someone that is taking your energy. Energy vampires are not just related or just not limited to people. There are situations, surroundings that can steal your energy, environments, foods, all of that. But I wanted to talk about specifically about people. The energy vampires that are in our lives, in our personal relationships. Most people are unaware that this is even happening to them. Your life can be affected, your health can be really affected by this energy subtraction. So I'm gonna tell you what it is, how to recognize it, and how to get out of it as well, because it's very, very important to understand if you want to actually do good things with your life, if you want to live a healthy, happy life, is understanding the flow of energy and what can take that away from you. So what is energetic vampirism? Energetic vampirism is the process whereby one person, through manipulation, either unconscious or conscious, essentially steals life energy from another person. This energy is real and physical, and it's not just a feeling. You've probably heard me talk about life force energy before, but it is a real force that flows within every human body, and this can be taken away from you. Our life and health depends on having enough of that life force energy to sustain ourselves, to rebuild. This is why we eat to some degree, to replenish that life force energy. There's many methods that you can curate it and improve it, and as I said, also lose it. This energy has been given many names across different cultures. There's prana, there's chi, there's vril. It's, you know, it's, it's kind of undeniable that there is this life force energy that flows within the human body that has many, many reaching health effects, life effects. And you need to understand how to cultivate that and protect it because it is your life force energy. And if that's being taken away from you then your life is being taken away from you. Each person is born with a certain amount of it, and our lifestyle, our diets, our habits, our relationships, practices, thoughts, and more can alter it positively and negatively, as we're going to talk about. As we age, it usually slowly diminishes. Eventually causing death of the physical form. When you run out of energy, you turn offline. Most people in the Western world follow the path of you're born, it's very high, you go up, and then maybe in your 20s or your 30s it starts to dip off and your life habits catch up with you, and there's no cultivation of practices to improve that life force energy. So eventually you just dip off and off and off. You're not eating the right foods, you're not doing the right things, not getting enough sun, and you see the slow kind of decaying of older people. Oh, sorry, that was a leech that I just got off my leg. Uh, he wanted my life force energy. That's great. Gotta be careful now. Anyway, with no knowledge of this life force, you're giving it away freely, you're losing it through all these lifestyle habits, and then you just kind of drain into a husk. That doesn't have to happen. That does not have to happen. Each person is meant to live off their own energy, of course, happily, independently. We have an innate life force, a connection to God that, that sustains this. However, a lot of people are not in touch with this energy, either because they've never been shown it, because that's just how they were raised, or they underwent some form of trauma which cut them off from this energy, which I'll talk about. Because they're not in touch with this innate energy, they have to steal it from others. They, they can't contact their own life force energy, so they have to get it from other things. And they may be aware this— they're doing this, or they may be unaware and it's unconscious, but we have to deal with it in the same manner. Yeah, they can be learnt, or they can be taught from others. They can learn it, they can be forced into that habit just because that's how they had to do it to survive. They're in a broken home, or that was the only way that they knew to survive. That's— yeah, there's, there's several different ways that you can get into the state of being an energy vampire. Most people will give away energy to others. I do it, we all do it. This is fine if it's conscious. If it's intentional and you have enough of the inner wellspring within your life force to voluntarily give to others. Usually what we do when we love others, you know, it's— we're symbiotic interacting with others. We have family, friends. We want to give that life force away if you have enough to spare. And this is the whole principle of fill your own bucket up first and take care of yourself, because if you don't do that you won't be able to give excess energy away to others, and then no one wins. So this is— that principle is kind of what I'll talk about in this, in this video. But yeah, if you're in control of the situation, if everything is positive, if you have an excess of energy and you want to give it, then that's great. Give that energy away. That's, that's life in a lot of ways. When it's unconscious, when you don't know it's happening, and when it's to the detriment of your own self, your own life, and your own health because your energy has been siphoned by other people, then it's an issue. Then it is a problem. So yeah, if you have an understanding of this, if you have a feeling, you know when it's being drained. But most people just don't know why they feel the way they feel. They don't know why if they hang out with someone they feel really weird afterwards. That's one of the signs of energetic vampirism. It is vampirism when you're not in control and others essentially manipulate your energetic fields in order to get what they want, in order to upset the traditional energy flow within your energy centers, throw it off balance, and then they siphon some of that energy off. The subtle life force energy enters the body in a number of ways. However, the 7th energy center, or the chakra at the top of the body is the main way where it flows from the infinite ether into our bodies and flows downwards. This is the typical flow of energy when it is acting normally. If you have a weak, blocked energy center up here, then you're not getting that flow of energy, that normal life force. And if you have that, you can't access that subtle energy force within yourself, you're gonna steal it from others. So how do you notice if someone is attempting to vampirize you? How do you, how do you spot an energy vampire in your life? The most obvious signs include any kind of odd flattering, seductive, disagreeable, eccentric behavior out of the ordinary that immediately, obviously, or subtly upsets you. It throws you off a little bit, or a lot bit. Most, if not all, drama— if you know a dramatic person, it's always in drama, they've always got stuff going on— that is related to this process, whether they themselves are creating the drama in order to feed off other people's energy Or they're a victim of an energy vampire and their life is filled with drama because they're accepting the drama of the energy vampire into their own bodies, getting thrown off and having their energy drained. It can be either of one of those things if there's a lot of drama in someone's life. Someone bringing into you, you into their drama is them attempting to drain your energy at the root. Can take many different forms, many different dramatic things can happen, but that is Yeah, that's what it is at its core. Another really important sign that someone or something is attempting to vampirize you or is vampirizing you is a feeling of being tired. You're worn out, you're drained after being around certain people, talking to them even online or on the phone, certain locations such as bars, nightclubs, gambling, kind of low vibe places. They also can drain your energy. They're often designed that way to make you low energy, more, more able to be taken advantage of and leave your money there and buy drinks and whatever else. But in regards to people, when you interact with someone and you just feel like, ugh, after, your energy has been drained. And like I said, it can be unconscious, can be conscious, it can be many different either like flattering intense things or draining dramatic negative abusing kind of scenarios as well. When you have a strong energy field and you're connected to yourself and you know what your own energy field is like, you know when it's been upset, when it's been drained. And that's why it's so important to spend time by yourself and cultivate this understanding. No leeches. Is because then you will notice that it is happening. If you've never understood this, this force and how you relate to it, then you won't be as tuned into it happening. Sometimes you may just feel disoriented, out of sorts. You've been shifted out, uh, in some way by another person's energy. These are indicators you've been thrown off by them, your energy's been drained, some level of vampirism is occurring. So look out for that. So where does vampirism begin? Well, just like most dysfunctional behaviors, it begins in the home or early formation experience of life. Some people, as I said, they copy it from their environment. It's the only thing that they know, it's the only thing that gets them through the traumatic situation they're in. Maybe they learn from their parents to be a victim. You know, people that'll like teach their kids, oh yeah, ham it up, you know, pretend this, steal that. They learn the ways of becoming an energy vampire from others around them. Unfortunately, they become swept on in, swept up in it. Uh, there's also early life trauma, assault, mental, physical manipulation, humiliation. These traumas can actually cut us off from our divine source of energy. This is why some people will, you know, in terms of the mental manipulation, governmental programs that go on, they will inflict this physical trauma in order to mind break them. This is well understood in, in those kinds of programs. That you kind of, you mess up people if you do that in the formative years. As you know, it's understandable that this happens. So when you go through something like that as a kid or in life, you just get shut off from this divine flow of energy. And when you have that happen to you, you're, you're going to need to take that energy in from other people. So that's what can happen. There are parallels to the actual mythology of the vampire. And, you know, when you get bitten by a vampire, you become one yourself. And if you're attacked, you develop some trauma, you're in a consistently draining situation, you learn it from your family, you also become one because you've been affected by that. The reverse understanding of this, which is good, is that once you resolve these traumatic patterns, then you can either cut off any energetic vampires connected to you or stop doing it yourself if you've realized you're doing that to other people. Uh, once you realize the unending source of energy within you, and you don't necessarily need to heal all your traumas in order to cut off these sources, but it does help that, okay, recognize if that's applicable in your case and do something about it because it'll, it'll be easier to get out. Vampirism is all around us, you know, there's, there's multiple different angles of relationships that it can happen. We've probably all done it at least once in our lives, knowingly, unknowingly, innocently, not really understanding what was going on. Some examples: parents will do it to their children, as I mentioned, upsetting them with harsh words or excessive praise. You know, that can also throw you off. As I said, it can be abuse or whatever, but it can also be because your approval is tied up in receiving this excessive praise and you want to do good, and then your energy is thrown off and it's kind of you chase the approval, that can happen that way as well. When a parent identifies too much with their child and uses the child to live vicariously and get the child to do the things that they couldn't do or didn't get the opportunity to do in their life and putting too much of their energy on the child, that's a form of energy vampirism. And then the kid is like messed up because it doesn't do what the parent wants or it doesn't feel right. It's not their chosen path, it's the parent's chosen path. And that can also mess up the energy dynamic. Teachers can do it to their students, students can do it to their teachers. A massive one is lovers and intimate romantic relationships, spouses, they do it to each other. You may have seen a mate of yours get into a relationship, he stops spending as much time with the blads, he loses his energy basically, he loses his personality, he stops doing the hobbies that he did before and he's getting more and more swept up into this relationship. Well, that's a very, very common thing to see. Always doing things with a girl, loses track of himself, getting into relationship drama. I'm sure you've seen that, like, girl's upset I did this, blah blah blah. And the opposite is also true, you know. The masculine-feminine dynamic is something that can lead to this vampirism. The reverse being a male draining the life force energy of a woman because of various, you know, abuse or control or emotional instability, any of these things. And we tend to, on both sides, male and female, allow it to some degree because we're in the relationship. We can't necessarily see it for what is actually happening because we have these romantic loving feelings and it can all just get a bit more messy. Where if someone off the street was doing that to you, you'd be like, "Get stuffed, that's, that's not on." But if someone that you got into an intimate relationship with and you care about and everything else, it can make you a little blind to the situation or make it just more intense and more energetic. You want to save the relationship so you accept things going on that are draining you. That is a, a form of the vampirism. Leaders, politicians can do it to their constituents, doctors can do it to their patients, friends can do it to each other. However, if, if you have a friend and you recognize some of these things in your relationship with them, they're not a real friend. So you gotta cut that out. It's quite easy with friends. And people that you're kind of externally involved with. Mass media can do it, you know. We've all experienced having our energy drained by mainstream media and their fear agenda. And mass media in general— movies, Hollywood, social media— drains probably the most energy consistently out of You know, other people, if they don't have any personal relationships in their life, they're scrolling their phone, they're having their energy drained. So it can come in many forms in our society, and you could say that our society is really set up for that to happen, but that's kind of another, another topic. I want to focus on the personal relationships and how that functions, how to get out of those. So how do people steal energy? The main way is to upset the other person. There's kind of two sides to this. There's intimidation, threats, or actual violence, words of a negative nature, verbal manipulation. And then there's the other side, which is more seduction, pleasuring, flattery, or spoiling, or an excess of this positive— I'm not gonna say positive an excess of this potential that doesn't look aggressive or manipulative or like damaging, but it is also still throwing your energy off because it's intense on this other side of the spectrum. They're both two sides of the same coin, the coin being energy vampirism and the removal of energy from you to them. What literally occurs in this process is how the vampire will interrupt the normal flow of subtle etheric energy, as I said, from the, the 7th chakra down through the body. That's what's normally happening from the top of the head to the feet, flowing through. The energy vampire will come in, do his or her thing, upset that flow, and then the subtle energy is gonna kind of leak out. It's gonna flow sideways or maybe reverse the chakras will spin backwards and abnormally be blocked or whatever as a result of this traumatic experience or influence from this other person. The common phrases— you ever heard about someone being uptight, mixed up, effed up, knocked up, stuck up, messed up, and similar phrases? There's an indication that kind of encoded in those, in those phrases that the energy is going up. When the energy is going up, we're not in a good state. It's not a normal state. What is it like when someone's down to earth? Their energy is down to the earth. They're in a normal, healthy energy flow. So you can see how these things are actually encoded in the way that we speak about it, people's energy. Uh, that's the way it's normally meant to be, and energy vampires can mess it up. So for visualizing and the resetting of this energy flow, even if you don't have any energy vampires in your life, it's important to understand that process. And there are a lot of charts, diagrams, visualizations of auric fields and energetic fields which you can look up, which is really like— it shows people's energy going that way. If you want to like really have it. But yeah, visualize that, meditate about that, and it helps to reset that normal flow. What can vampirism cause in you? Uh, there are major problems really for individuals and society at large. Physical health problems, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship difficulties of all kinds. So much stress. Nice strawberry. It's a major cause of, of issues. Addictions are heavily related to vampirism because, I mean, even vampirism itself can be an addiction if for someone that's the only way that they can get vital energy. They can be addicted to the high of stealing energy. They don't know another way, causing them to engage in these dramatic behaviors or unproductive behaviors consistently, which is not good for anyone, even themselves. They're addicted to it. Some people will have addictive substances— alcohol, caffeine, cigarettes, marijuana, cocaine, the list goes on. Because it provides temporary energy for them. And if you don't have that internal etheric energy, then you'll look for these external substances consistently, and that leads to an addiction to that because you're chasing it. So yeah, you're trying to replicate that inner peace energy. And this is why we see people from broken homes, they'll turn to substances because they don't know any other way. Maybe the substance offers them peace or some level of energy that they haven't experienced before. And you'll find when this energy is strong, you don't have a desire or need to engage in these addicting substances because you're good by yourself. You feel amazing and you don't want to upset that rhythm, and that's important. So, you know what vampirism is. We know how to recognize it, we know what it can cause, how do we prevent it in our lives? The good thing is it's actually quite straightforward and very possible to avoid most energetic vampires once you recognize those signs. So always be aware of this possibility. Even with people that appear nice, some energy vampires may not present as bad or even be aware that they're doing it. It's like they're not gonna wear their dark leather coats and come in and be like, "Eff you, dude." They could just be someone that is, yeah, having their energy from their environment, draining it from their environment in more subtle ways. So you always just have to be aware in any relationship, situation, environment that it could happen. It might not happen. I don't want you to seem paranoid about, oh my God, my dream drained everywhere. No, that's not, that's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is someone can even put up a good first impression, someone that you just met recently, and they're, yeah, turned out to be energy vampires even if they look nice. So that's just, always be aware. So remember that it's common It can occur at school, in business, romantic relationships, normal relationships, online, politics, and more. A really important one: do not accept— whoa, there we go. Do not accept anything except total respect and kindness. Do the people in your life encourage you to think for yourself, to become independent? That is a mark of if someone actually wants good for you. If they're encouraging you to succeed in business, in self-development, in improving your health, in exercise, or are they someone that's like, "No, don't worry about that, that's never gonna work, you need me, you can't do anything without me, why would you do that, that's not gonna work," like these influences that we've all heard, this discouraging influence, because they want to increase their relative power over you. And the more that you gain independence, health, wealth for yourself, the less people can control you. That's a fundamental of life. And energy vampires may see that occurring and want that not to happen, obviously, because then they have less power over you. So the people in your life promoting those positive things, or are they getting in the way of it? Do they hold power over your head? Uh, did they attempt to create dependencies? Do they discourage you? Do they threaten you? They flatter you? Oh, you don't need to do that. Come on, you're such a fit guy already. Uh, no baby, like, don't go do this thing with your friends. You've got me and I love you. Like those kinds of things, they can seem like seductive and nice, but It's actually a form of manipulation and energetic vampirism. Anyone that's actually positive for you will have no issue with treating you with respect and kindness. It's a very normal, acceptable thing, and anyone that does it, it's just a kind of— it's a normal thing to do for well-adjusted people. So Anyone that doesn't see your success as a good thing, immediately be aware that they could be an energy vampire. At the very least, they don't have your best interests at heart. Could be that they want to increase their power leverage over you, so they don't want you succeeding, which is not good. But like I said, it's actually very straightforward, normal, well-adjusted for everyone that you meet, to want— or to treat everyone that you meet with respect and kindness, even people that you've known for a long time. There's no rules that friends or family or romantic partners get to treat you a different way just because of your relationship. At the very least, respect, kindness, no matter what context. You don't want— you're not going to treat them badly because they're— because you're in a bad mood or whatever it is. Obviously people aren't perfect, but when it's consistent, when it's been observed, and when there's no attempt to change, even if you've spoken to them about it or withdrawn your energy and set these boundaries, and they continue, continue, continue, that's when you're like, okay, something's up here. Yummy grapes. Another really important part is to keep your health, keep your health and energy as a conscious consideration that you're developing over time. Then you're gonna notice if your energy dips or deviates from your baseline. Once you develop a strong baseline, once you under— you develop the understanding in relation to it, you're more sensitive to if you bump into someone, you hang out with some group of people, and oh, whoa, I feel weird, I after that. If you never developed that, if you've never consciously thought about it, then you're gonna be less sensitive to that. It's important to have that understanding. So have that understanding and then think about new friends, new lovers, new jobs, new settings, new living arrangements. How does it make me feel relative to my baseline? Because then you'll know. Hey, it could bring you up, which is awesome. That's what you want. That's what you want to seek out. So be understanding of that. So take it slow as well going to any new relationships. Someone's first impression that they put up can be entirely different to what they're actually like. And that's very important to realize is Once your energy is developed, you get a vibe check on pretty much everyone. But even then, it can be hidden if someone's also aware of their energy. They know how to project a certain energy at a certain time, but over time they can't sustain it and their real self will come out. The important thing is do not just jump into a new relationship, connect yourselves intimately, go into business together without kind of understanding what kind of person they actually are, because this is a This is a big deal, you know, this is like, this is a serious thing that can make or break the momentum of your life. It can improve your health, sorry, it can decrease your health. It can really throw you off balance. Your energy is so, so important and we're not taught about it really in our world and then you can be taken advantage of because of it. Take it slowly going into relationships. It's important to understand how you feel after being with this person consistently over time. And hopefully it's great, hopefully it's good, but a lot of the time, yeah, first impressions can be a little bit misleading. Personal sovereignty. This one's mainly related to business because if you have your own income and your own business, that you control. You're not beholden to the orders of others, like an annoying boss that could be vampirizing you. You can control your own business associations. You're not forced to go interact with an energy vampire because your company's contract is dependent on that person, and so on and so forth. It's all very possible to have your own business, develop, develop your own skill set, sell something, sell a product, service, whatever it is. Get involved with your best friend that you love, that you've known for 10 years, instead of a guy that maybe you make a bit more money, but he's a dickhead. You know, that's, that's the point. Build your personal sovereignty so that you're not— you have freedom. You have freedom to move around and choose the relationships that you have. That's very, very important. So you're aware that you're connected to an energy vampire. What do you do? How do you stop it? How do you get out? The easiest and most straightforward solution is to physically leave the situation. Distance yourself from the person. Leave the house, the home, the— excuse me— the work, the nightclub. Wherever it is that this person interacts with you and drains you, just leave, and then they can't drain you. Sometimes it's the only solution. Sometimes you can set boundaries, sometimes you can have conversations, but nothing works other than leaving the situation. So yeah, keep that in mind. It may cost you some temporary stability Money, pleasure, may lose out on some pleasure, but that's life. Something, something that can be disruptive, but in the end it's worth it because it's a far better choice than staying in the situation physically, having your energy further drained. It's always a better decision to leave if you have to. And what's more is when your energy is restored, you will find it much easier to repair, improve your life, attract things again energetically, financially. Once your energy is no longer being drained and you're away from the situation and you don't have that drama, you don't have that mental BS, you can't ever think of yourself as a victim. When you think of yourself as a victim, the vampire becomes stronger. You are responsible for yourself. Everyone is. You've been convinced, maybe by them, that you rely on them for something, but you don't need to. There's always a way to get away, whether it's you think you rely on them for love because you don't believe you're worthy of love. Or you rely on them for money because you haven't pursued your own income or something like that. Whether it's security because they're the only one that's like been a friend to you, or not a real friend, but they're the only one that's showing attention to you or something like that. Those are situations and circumstances that have a solution. And the solution is firstly to get away from the energetic vampirism that is occurring. And, you know, as I said, you can voluntarily give your energy to people. You can share your energy, share your life force with people. That's essentially what relationships are when it is a positive, nurturing, loving situation that isn't overly draining you. The issue is when— and you'll, you'll feel deep down whether this is you or not— is that, is this situation reciprocal? Am I getting— not that you need to give something just to get something back, but all relationships are a give and take. You give love, you receive love. If you're only, only giving and they're only taking and you just end up feeling depressed, drained, blah, then that's a sign the relationship is not healthy. So don't be a victim. You're responsible for yourself, and that's a great thing. You can figure it out. You know, God will always protect you. God will always guide you to where you need to be to get out of it once you take the courage to make a move and in accordance with your intuition. It won't— it will not lead you astray. And the Yeah, in these more serious situations, you will be led out of them to something better. Like I said before, choose from now on, you're going to be treated with respect by all, no exceptions. Sometimes we find it easy to have this respect given to us by 99% of people. But then we make an exception because they're family or they're a girlfriend or they're a boyfriend. So there's something in us which gives them an exception, like, yeah, but you know, they love me, or you know, it's my mom, it's my dad, it's my brother, it's my son, it's my daughter. And so we accept the disrespect, but you can't do that. You can't make that exception. Because you can't respect yourself if you allow that. They're a very old friend. I've known him for 20 years. He's my buddy. He shows you disrespect. She shows you disrespect. Doesn't matter. When you have an understanding of energy vampirism and you've always felt like, why do I feel bad after hanging out with this person? Or this person doesn't respect me, doesn't want the best for me, doesn't want me to see my goals. It doesn't matter if they're related to you. It doesn't matter if you've kissed them a lot, you know. You've got to be, you've got to be on point with that. And that's not unacceptable. It's not this weird thing. It's like, treat me with respect and kindness as I, as you hopefully do to other people, you know, as you should do to other people. And if they can't, if they can't respect that, then they need to go. It's pretty straightforward, not some huge ask. I'm not saying you have to backflip off the roof 3 times a day, otherwise you don't love me. No, it's like, hey, treat me with respect, kindness. That's what I do to you. You just set the boundary. If someone genuinely doesn't want to do that for you, hey, they're not for you. You gotta get away. Now, what can happen is you may be guilted by the energy vampire once you decide you need to get out. They may freak out, create even more drama. Do not be drawn into their game. Don't fight them, don't be angry back, don't be drawn into proving yourself. Just claim your respect, and if someone doesn't comply, you you remove them from your life. It's very reasonable, as I said. Some people can cloak their love and respect in needing you to do something to earn it, you know. And while we can't get respect for no reason if we're a loser and all these other things, there is still a base level of decorum, respect, kindness that we should treat everyone with, and that's what you deserve as a person. Yeah, so if they want you to earn it or do something in order for them to be nice, then it's manipulative, and it's just something to be aware of. If you're nice and respectful for others, they can be the same to you. Learn to be okay by yourself. This is something If someone feels bad by themselves, if they don't like being by themselves, they don't like being with their own thoughts, then if that's the case, sometimes they will accept energy vampires in order to not be alone. If you accept an energy vampire because it comes with occasional love, or what you think is love, attention, compliments, whatever, or if they're genuinely loving sometimes in short bursts. Well, you know, you got to take it as the collective. Genuine love is just the sharing of God's love, this divine appreciation with no strings attached. And yeah, no, none of these like games. That people can play. So you have to be by yourself in order to accept that reality, that that is the kind of energy you're gonna accept. And if, if no one in your life right now can give you that, then you'd be by yourself, and that's fine. That's good, because being by yourself is preferable to being with people that disrespect you. That's just the truth. And your energy by yourself is very easy to curate and strengthen and keep at a solid level. Another thing you should do is meditate on your energy flow daily. Humming, breathing, visualize a cascading waterfall of energy from the top of your head down to your feet. Notice how you feel after meditation of that. Mmm, just play around with it. Your body will subconsciously know what to do after a while. You'll, you'll get some like self-learning experiences by just going into that and consciously focusing on it. And see how you feel after you cultivate that sense, that connection to that energy within you. And do that every day, because then when you're consciously focused on it, you'll begin to develop the sense of how it feels when someone is upsetting that, and that energy vampire is like getting on board and latching onto you. Every day you should do something for yourself that you enjoy, that restores your batteries and gives you a bit of perspective on life. You're not swept up in the drama because you can take a nice walk in the forest and you just go, wow, this is what life is about, not this other BS. So yeah, make sure you do that each day. Within the context of family life and personal intimate relationships, you have to insist on having your own time and space. Personal space is very important. Even within loving relationships. I think there's a lot of dysfunction in modern relationships because they do every single thing together. And from what I've seen, the most healthy relationships are when people still retain their sense of self. It's not just Mark and Sally, that's us. It's Mark who's with Sally, you know, there's a difference. And having personal space is very important, even with very loving relationships. There is no energetic vampirism going on. The personal space enables your energy fields to separate, to be strong within themselves, and then come back. And there'd be polarization, the masculine-feminine, and energy flow is a lot better. The sparks fly. When you're together all the time, you become this— the auric field becomes this kind of dissipated mush, and it's a lot harder. You may find you're each other becoming just upset over BS. It doesn't matter, it's because your energy fields emerging is like, oh, it just feels weird. So personal space, in order to remain and have your own sense of self, is very important. And that's— it's perfectly reasonable within your family. Hey Mom, hey Dad, just gonna have a bit of personal space in my room for a while. Gonna read, gonna go for a walk just by myself. Cool. Parents can be controlling, I understand. That is probably one of the like more tricky situations if you're a teenage kid and your parents are really messing up your energy and consistently not giving you personal space and doing all these things that I've described to you. So I would just focus on, first of all, making your own money in order to, as soon as possible, spend time outside of the house within your own personal bubble and, you know, your living situation. I'm not saying leave your parents, but if your life is being drained because of these unloving behaviors, it's perfectly reasonable for you to want to get out in that regard. So if someone has an issue with you having your own personal space, that's their problem, that's not yours. It's very reasonable for you to want personal space. They can have their personal space. You're not chasing after them, making sure that they never get a a moment to themselves. So anyone that's like, oh, what are you doing? No, it's very— it's fine to have your own personal space. And if someone really doesn't like this, then it's kind of an indication that your relationship, there's a bit of energy vampirism going on. Or they guilt you. You don't want to spend time with me anymore? Yeah, I do. But I also want to spend time by myself because I need that in order to be the best version of myself and feel good. And if anyone has a problem with that, like I said, see ya. Within your home, be conscious of and careful of and aware of who's coming into your home. If there's a flow of random people You don't know what their energy is like. You don't know who they're connected to bringing their energy in. People's, people's energy goes with them wherever. So in your home, should be a sanctuary. If you have roommates, then it's like your bedroom is your sanctuary. No one goes in unless you want them to. It's quite important. As a man, it's very important for you to withhold your seminal fluid, practice semen retention. It's one of the main things that boosts your energy, charges your aura, your sense of self. Your very energy is nourished by semen retention. So if you're allowing a woman to drain you consistently of this fluid, or even, you know, self, self-ejaculation, then your energy is going to be drained. And if your energy is drained, there's energy vampirism that could be happening from a woman doing that, or there's just the fact that your energy is going to be drained from that practice. You're going to be weaker for life, or other energy vampires that may take advantage of that. You don't want that. So even within a loving relationship where you're just having so much sex but you're always ejaculating, Excuse me. That could be unconscious. They're not trying to do it to you, but it's happening. So you have to be the man, take charge, and just say, hey, I love you, I want to have sex, but I'm not gonna be drained every single time twice a day. You know, be conscious of it. Conscious infrequent release is my recommendation. It's up to you how much you choose. Or your energy is going to be decreased too much. And okay, that's within a loving relationship. You may be in a parasitic kind of energy vampiric sexual relationship with someone that you're not like closely intimate with and they always just want to drain you. They're always, you know, that, that is like a very common experience of the unbalanced feminine trying to drain the masculine that way. So related to that, both men and women, be careful who you're having sex with. Casual sex, be very, very careful because you can intimately cross energetic ties with people that you have sex with. And if you don't know them, then they could be an energy vampire. They could be attached themselves to energy vampires and you're getting yourself mixed up in that when you connect at that intimate sexual level. And yeah, you just want to make sure that you're making the right choices there. The next point, developing your physical energy. Follow the Sol lifestyle, train intensely, nourish yourself with raw living foods. When you're consistent with that, then you're gonna more quickly notice if an energy drain is occurring because it throws you off your normal vril-charged exquisite feeling of life. And having a normal healthy lifestyle is important to that. You know, I'm personally, I notice easily if something happens that drains my energy because I'm in tune with this all. I'm eating, you know, raw living foods consistently. I'm barefoot, I'm in the sun, I've got raw milk going on. And so it's easy for me to notice when something changes and makes me feel worse off. There's a certain vril that I have. And if I go to a blue light area like an airport, or I walk past in the city, uh, a seed oil restaurant, or fat people, annoying people, low vibe people engaged in low vibe discussions about BS, I just hear it and I'm like, eh. People being emotional over nothing or BS again, I feel it and I notice it very acutely. So I can tell which environments and people are draining so I can avoid them. It's a skill you need to develop. Developing your own energy is really the first step to get out of these energetic vampirism situations. Because after eating properly and getting exercise and fresh air could give you the energy that you need in order to get out of the energetic vampire situation. You may be stuck in your situation because you don't have the energy to get out. If you're drinking alcohol, eating fast food together, not exercising, just watching TV shows together, then you don't have the energy to really do anything else outside of that. You don't have the internal compass that's like the vibe check that something's not right because your internal system is so like chemically thrown off. You got all these processed things inside you and pharmaceutical drugs and everything else. You just don't have a sense of which way is up. Or if you're like physically not in your best shape, then you accept someone's energetic vampirism of you because you don't have enough of a sense of self-worth to be like, hey, this is, this is wrong. You think, I am fat, I probably deserve this treatment, or this is the only love that I'm gonna get. And that's not true, but you can feel that way if you're not taking care of yourself. So very, very important. That's your first step if you're looking to get out of these situations. To really avoid energy vampirism, like for good, and just be set, then— and also other poor situations in life, uh, can be influenced by this— is like clearing your early life traumas, your, your developmental events that have formed your mental perspectives. I know it's not like cool or particularly masculine to discuss these things. And I think that the word trauma has been weaponized as like an excuse to be a soy boy, to act in a negative way. Oh, it's my traumas. That's not what I'm saying. The principle is that it's just been typified in modern culture in a negative way. But here's how it goes. Here's how I think about it. If you have a deep internal unconscious belief in yourself that is having an effect on you, maybe it's causing you to seek out approval from others, or it's an opinion of yourself that an authority figure gave you at a young age, or there are hidden issues from an intense physical or mental abuse that was given to you at a young age, this kind of will be in the body. If you haven't addressed it, if you've pushed it away, you haven't had any conscious thought about it, this is then gonna pop up in other behaviors like getting involved in relationships that aren't good for you because they mirror that deep internal belief, which is a false perspective, but it's kind of ingrained in you. They mirror— the situations you get into will mirror the relation— the beliefs you have on yourself. And that's why resolving these traumas is good because it's just like Okay, what do I actually think about myself? Why am I attracting these situations? If you don't do that intentional work to clear out those things that could be blocking your energy, causing you to act in a subconscious way, then you're gonna run into issues. And there's nothing masculine or smart about ignoring that just because the word trauma has certain connotations. So really, it's about clearing the roadblocks so you can be the best version of yourself and do the best in life. Everyone will have some level of this in them, in their mind, in some way. Some worse than others, but everyone has them. Um, the, the point is to be conscious. Like, once you're conscious of it, you can make the decisions. But if it's unconscious because you've never looked at it, because you've just pushed it away because it's not cool or whatever, That is the mistake. Really, it's about— yeah, everyone has their own unfolding of personal development and karma to work through in their life, in this incarnation that we have, and transmute them. If you want to become more magically powerful, you have to go into your psyche and understand what is limiting you. What are my egoic triggers? How can I be controlled because someone is influencing those unconscious triggers in myself? It can be manipulated because of them. So clearing these issues is very important, and then people won't be able to get their hooks into you because you have the peace within yourself, the sense and understanding that No, that's not happening. I'm at peace. You're not trying to prove yourself. You're not looking for love from people that you shouldn't because you love yourself, because you've dealt with those things. So that's that. One more thing about the, the traumatic kind of piece of the puzzle is that if you've been nutritionally deficient your whole life, then sometimes your body just hasn't had the energy to renew itself, to deal with these non-essential issues. Like, clearing your personal trauma is not something that's going to make you live or die. If you're in a stressed, underfed state for a long time, your body is focused on the things that will make you not die. So you'll survive, but you won't thrive. When you get these raw living foods, when you figure out your health, you start eating a lot more, sometimes these issues will come up. They'll start to surface because your body finally has the excess energy to deal with them, to clear them, to be aware of them, and then let them go and move forward. That doesn't always happen in a stressed state. Uh, another thing that can come up is If you finally get yourself out of an energetic vampirism situation, you finally have that energy for yourself, these issues and traumas may reveal themselves in a more conscious manner. If you finally get into a safe and peaceful home environment where you're not fearing for your life or your safety, then these issues can come up again and you're meant to deal with them because finally your body is able to and understand them, be conscious of them, look at them. And then they'll disappear. So stop avoiding them. Uh, what are some things that these vampires can do when they sense that you're trying to get away? They can guilt you into feeling sorry for them and staying. They can be nice to you for a while. Uh, remember, you want to look for consistency, peace, and if they're willing to change, that is. To stop those behaviors, not just being really nice for a period of time. They might argue logically, oh, you're wrong, I'm not doing that, I'm just blah blah blah, and then you're, you're caught up in it. So those situations kind of result from a conscious discussion. There's not really a benefit in like confronting someone and saying you're being an energy vampire to me. The engagement of your energy in that is like your most important tool to withdraw that. Remember, you want to take back your energy, you want to settle your energy, and going into an intense confrontation sometimes what you need, that's, you know, your choice. If you genuinely care about the person, you want the family relationship hopefully to heal and continue, hopefully they're going to be able to see your point of view, see that you just want more personal time they're gonna stop their behaviors which you bring up with them as like an issue, and they respect your boundaries and lifestyle changes, and you can move on forward. That is, that is the scenario that you can have a discussion with them, and that's good. But sometimes you just need to bounce. You may even feel guilty because you've been conditioned as an energy-drained victim. It can be very uncomfortable to set in motion breaking away out of these patterns. It can feel uncomfortable to not give your energy away, and it seems strange, but it is so. So be aware of that. An important note, of course, is In relationships, we are, you know, we have these relationships with other humans. We have to, it's very important to consider their thoughts and feelings, or the feelings and the needs of others, as any sane, loving human being will do or should do. This is different than allowing them to mistreat you. So there is a difference. Make sure you understand that difference. You got to prepare to leave a situation. You've had the confrontation, you've had the conversation, nothing changes, you feel even more drained. Well, your only option is to leave, and that's fine. Do not feel guilty for doing that. You've considered their, their needs. They haven't responded to any adult peaceful conversation. You have to leave. Put in motion what you need to, uh, in case you deciding to leave makes the energy vampire turn mean, nasty, unstable. Depending on how deep your situation is, consider things like money, access to funds, if you can stay with friends during that whole process, securing valuables like passports and documents. You definitely do that before you make any large move. This is no joke, you know, this is, it's very serious in some situations. There's a difference between the annoying guy at work and, you know, someone that you're intimately entwined with that has been abusing you for years, which does happen. So you need to just, and hopefully everything goes great, but prepare so that when you take back control of your life, it's as smooth as it can be. There are also scenarios where both people are energy vampires to the other. Sometimes the one's a victim, sometimes the other is the vampire. You see this in codependent relationships. There's highs and lows, there's love and there's hate, and then there's, you know Everything's good, everything's awful, and both people end up feeling drained. It's a very unstable partnering that can look quite stable from the external, but you never know what's going on. You don't know. So always be prepared that that can happen as well. It may be the case with your relationship that you've been doing it to someone, they've been doing it to you, both unconscious. You both need to have a conscious discussion in order to stop such such events from happening. Real genuine love is the voluntary sharing of the divine energy pattern that we get from God with those we love for and care for. Ideally, this extends to everyone in our lives because we've curated everyone in our life to be a genuine person, and we consciously connect them in a positive manner. And your life can be like that. You just cut off all the people that were draining you, and then anyone that's left, it's going to be, wow, you have more energy to give to them. Sometimes vampirizing can be done in the name of love. Someone thinks they're loving someone by draining them, or they think they're loving you by draining you. They say they love you as they drain you, and it can be confusing. You may even feel that you love someone and mistaking that feeling of drained energy as loving them. Again, giving energy voluntarily is perfectly fine. Having another take it from you by upsetting you is not healthy. If you want to become free, powerful, create your own life, succeed in your world, then you have to cut off energy vampires. It's as simple as that. The more energy you are losing, the less you have to direct to creation or the ones that deserve you giving it to them. An example of this: you allow your energy to be drained at work by an annoying boss, and you return home after the workday and you have nothing left to give to your loving family. This is a common occurrence, and society is set up to have these drainings occur at every turn, so we need to be aware of them. You got to have the courage to cut these things off. When the vampirism stops, you can feel uneasy, lonely, odd, even guilty. Don't let these feelings turn you back into the arms of the vampire. Some people go back because of it. You see this in the lady that won't leave her abusive boyfriend. For these people, it feels strange to be in a healthy relationship, just a peaceful, happy, and content person. It feels strange to be with someone like that because they feel like they're missing something. What they're missing is the drama and the intensity of vampirism. Now, what do you do if you yourself have been acting like an energy vampire? Like I said, we've probably all done it at some point. Can be relatively innocent, accidental, unconscious. So if you're self-conscious enough to look at yourself, realizing you've been acting in a vampiric way, such as seeking attention from others, if you're upsetting others by the way that you talk or act, if you're excessively flattering others, getting a rise out of someone, rage baiting them, putting others down, manipulating others, the more serious ones. Remember, could have been from those earlier mental patterns, traumas that were created for your family life or early experiences. So understanding what is happening and why that is occurring and becoming conscious of it in yourself is the first step. It can lead to a positive improvement because then you realize, "What am I doing to these people?" or "This one person, I've been so mean," or just draining them. And that can be tough. You don't want to admit that to yourself. You don't feel like a bad person, but I will tell you that the worst thing you can do is realize it's been happening and ignore it because you'd rather not confront the truth and continue to do it because, "No, I'm a good person. I would never do anything wrong." Like I said, we've all probably done it at some point. Become conscious of it. Change your habits and behaviors. If you ignore it, that's the worst thing you can do. So don't beat yourself up about it. Become conscious, change the behaviors, improve. You'll probably need to spend— well, you will need to spend a lot more time by yourself doing things solo without others messing with your head. This may be hard if you've been draining the energy of other people for a long time, but Just get out into nature is always a good one. Do something, a hobby that you like by yourself. Stick with it. Practice your meditations so that you can again improve your health, so you can get your own energy in, back in. You don't have to rely on other people's energy. Do not let the vampires win. This is a common problem in society. You will see every part of your life improve when you cut these people out of your life, or situations, or environments, if you extend the principle to other things in your life. I hope this has been beneficial. Thank you for watching. See you in the next video. Mwah!
