Healthy hair is very simple and you can do it in a natural way. I get asked this a lot, so this is how I do it. Wooden comb, this is super important. Wood is obviously a natural material and helps to rebalance the natural oils. I comb it a lot. Extra virgin olive oil, this is a hair moisturizer. I'll put a little bit in my hand like that, mix it up, and then kind of spread it through the ends of the hair. And I do this when the hair is feeling a little bit dry. And again, comb and brush it through. Other things to note: stop using shampoo. That stuff is chemical-laden garbage. You don't need it. Conditioners, all sorts of things like that, artificial scents and perfumes, you don't need it for healthy hair. It's primarily a good diet, good fats, collagen, glycine, all great for hair. Filtering your shower water is really important, or going in the ocean only. And then the rest of it is just letting it grow out. Getting sunlight is great as well.
