Sol Brah claims height can be increased naturally through belief, raw animal products like bone marrow and raw dairy, bone-loading exercises like jumping and hanging, and lifestyle changes including ocean swimming and total darkness sleep. He argues this works even for adults, though early implementation yields the greatest gains.

Welcome! In this video, I'll be discussing how to grow taller naturally. Your height is not only limited by your genes, contrary to what people may think. You can utilize proper nutrition, environmental factors, focused exercises, and general life principles in order to create an environment where you can absolutely get the highest natural expression of anyone's height regardless of their genes. Your genes are fixed. You can then express the highest amount of that to grow the tallest through all these factors that I'm going to be talking about in this video. Now, of course, the sooner in your life that you implement these principles, the better. For example, I'll be raising my children from birth doing all of this stuff so they can be 6'8" minimum. But anyone can benefit from these principles at any point in their life and likely gain height as well as general overall health. Even later in your life, you can absolutely improve your bone mass, connective tissue, your frame, and so on, so forth, in order to gain height. In today's world, there are a lot of looksmaxing tips which usually involve injecting yourself with a random substance, peptides and chemical compounds and things, which is obviously not the best for our overall health, in my opinion. The real best way to get physical looks and height is to be the healthiest, strongest version of ourselves in alignment with nature. What inspired this video is I recently saw this designer trend of rich parents giving their children HGH, human growth hormone, to their young kids in order to maximize their height growth, uh, to grow taller. Some of these kids are— they were average height, you know, there's, there's nothing particularly wrong with them, they're not a midget or whatever, uh, they're still yet to go through their growth spurts, but these parents were so obsessed with giving them their maximum height that they were injecting their kids with these pharmaceuticals, with a lot of side effects in order for them to grow taller, be socially better, whatever they thought the intention was. It's well-intentioned, right? But it's obviously insane for a number of other reasons, including like the first thing you need to understand about this is there's no synthetic chemical that we can make in a lab that is the same as the process and what happens in the human body. Therefore, it is going to have some kind of side effect when you are several steps away from the naturally occurring compounds in the body. Okay, there are common possible side effects of HGH use injection including joint pain, muscle aches, fluid retention, headaches, insulin resistance, elevated blood sugar, gynecomastia, which is breast tissue developing, in the chest for guys. Hyperthyroidism, you can get disproportionate growth of bones and organs. Cardiovascular strain because the heart can enlarge, uh, and then cause high blood pressure over time consistently. Basically, this is your body signaling that it gets all kinds of messed up because it's not designed to intake these compounds. It may have a, some level of growth effect but it is not the natural way that we do these things, and there are going to be side effects because of it. I highly recommend against anyone, but also giving your kids, uh, injections of chemically synthesized hormones, compounds of any kind. I just, I don't see any validity to it, and there's often naturally natural ways to do it that we can investigate and get natural results from, which is going to be way longer lasting with minimal side effects, if any. In the example of these parents giving HGH, I guarantee you that first of all, they're likely well off, they're rich to be able to get this kind of designer treatment to their children. But that means that they have excess income. Okay. I guarantee you they're not spending the money or effort to naturally support their kids' height. Maybe they're giving them a terrible diet, but overall, in bone growth and muscle and things, there are lots of factors and foods that I'm going to tell you about in this video soon which they could instead direct that money to. Uh, it's likely they just don't know this information. It's not common knowledge, especially to do with diet. Most people will immediately look to pharmaceutical system, the medical industry, in order to solve a problem that they perceive in their health, rather than let the body do what it does best to heal itself, grow itself, given the right inputs, environments, foods, which is what I'm gonna be talking about. So put this information out there and hopefully these people will be able to see it one day. Here is how I would naturally support anyone's height growth by tapping the potential of nutrition, holistic lifestyle factors, environment, and a bunch of other things. So here we go. Firstly, most importantly, as with all things, our belief is paramount to impacting our physical health. We have to believe that we can get taller. We have to believe that we can get healthier. We have to believe that we can heal any disease in order for this to happen, because our mind affects everything that we do. If you believe in things like, my growth plates are fused, I'm not going to grow a single inch, then you're going to remain that way, okay? This is a limiting belief that has been put in your head that if you attach your identity to that, then yeah, it's going to limit yourself. Our beliefs, uh, this has been shown in the study of the placebo effect, but our beliefs can literally heal ourselves with nothing else than just the power of thought. So why couldn't it affect our height growth? It does affect our physical appearance. The world is much more malleable than you think because of the tool that we have within our minds. So keep that, uh, in mind. If you want to improve your height, you have to believe that it's possible. You have to believe that you're growing every day. Reaffirm it in your mind. If you want to grow. For diet, obviously what you're eating is forming the building blocks of your body. You are literally created from your diet. What is going to have the best development of your height and health? Twinkies? Doritos? No. So here's what you should eat instead. Probably the most important diet tip for bone development and therefore high growth is dairy, particularly fermented raw milk, raw cheese, and raw cream. Fresh, never frozen. For all of these, dairy provides calcium and other highly absorbable minerals and nutrients, making well-developed bones. This is probably the most important diet point that I'm going to mention And I'm sure if you— I'm sure most of you know a rather large individual in your lives who drank lots of milk growing up. Maybe it's you yourself, but it seems to be a common factor, and it's because of the powerful mineral content as well as the high absorption rate of those nutrients of raw dairy. It's a liquid, it's very easily digested, and It's the biggest factor, you know, we see it even in normie nutrition messaging. Strong milk for strong bones. They're obviously getting people away from dairy now, but back in the day it was like, you want to be big and strong, you drink your milk. And it's very true. Now fermenting dairy is even more powerful because what is happening is you're letting the bacteria pre-digest the milk for you. That's what fermenting is. The bacteria are eating it. And processing it, which is what happens in your gut anyway, to unlock the nutrition. So if you're fermenting it first, you're allowing the bacteria to kind of do the work for you, so you get more nutrients out of it when you do eat it. So I ferment my raw milk to make kefir or clabbered milk, and that's going to be much more powerful for your nutrition if you want to improve your bone structure. Now, why raw? I've talked about this before, but pasteurization is heating in order to kill bacteria, which is a bad thing because bacteria is good for you. As I said, it helps to digest food. We are consisted of bacteria. There's billions and billions and billions of bacteria. All of us, we live in sync with, in partnership with bacteria. So to just kill it and make that healthier, or think that that makes it healthier, is just misguided and misinformed. So the other side of pasteurization is because it's heat— heating cauterizes minerals. This decreases the potential for us to absorb them and therefore the ability to use for growth in the body. Many other nutrients, not even just minerals, but proteins, fats, other micronutrients, are also transformed negatively by heat treatment. So, get it raw, get it fresh from your local farmer, as fresh as is possible, ferment it, and then drink it, and your bones are going to be strong and healthy. Raw colostrum and raw royal jelly. These are two other things. Colostrum's kind of like milk, but it is the first milk that is released by the cow after they have a calf, a baby cow. So it's the highest concentration of nutrients. If you've ever seen it, it kind of looks like a golden milk. And obviously you want to harvest it sustainably and give it to the baby cow. But I know there are good farms that also harvest it. Uh, you can get little bottles of it. Again, try not to get it frozen, but this is what turns a baby cow into a big cow. It's like raw milk on steroids, let's say. And if you want to get big and strong, that is something that I would eat. Like, if I— all of this stuff, right, is like, instead of injecting HGH and paying for that, what can I do if I have excess income and I want to just maximize my child's bone growth, height, therefore health? All of these things is like raw colostrum and then raw royal jelly. Royal jelly is a substance that is what bees feed on to grow into queen bees. So it's like the most nutritious honey. It's not really as sweet as honey, but it's a similar kind of milky, yellow milky substance that the bees have to develop into this larger queen bee. So it's very, very powerful, has a lot of growth factors inside it. Again, it's a bit tricky to get that fresh, but if you can get that and a little bit of that before you eat your meat meals is going to activate the growth cofactors and everything else. In your biology and, and for your body. So there are two kind of esoteric substances that are, again, whole food, natural, unprocessed, raw, and much more powerful, I think, than any of these compounds or supplements that you're gonna get on the market from pharmaceutical processes. So raw meat, as I mentioned, you want to eat raw meat that has gristle and connective tissue within it because We want to grow, we want to be larger, we want to have all the nutrients in our system so that we can improve the strength of our tendons, the space between our spine. Like, that's what makes us tall. We need those building blocks. So how do we get it? We want to eat meat, but we also want to eat the little connective tissue pieces in order to have a wide spectrum of nutrients. Now what I like to do is get a big chunk of beef brisket or other topside cuts like that where you have the connective tissue, you have these bits of fat, and then I'll put it in a food processor to get like a nice smooth mix. Obviously connective tissue and stuff is a little bit harder to, to eat, or if you're using a knife and fork, which I don't use, but it's, it's, it's tricky. So the food presser— processor blends it all together, which is really nice. It's nice and smooth and palatable. and then you can eat these kind of lower quality, uh, let's say higher connective tissue, higher fat cuts of beef that are actually less expensive, which is great, uh, while still having a smooth experience of eating it. And you're going to get more nutrients that your body can use. So yeah, raw meat, uh, obviously the same issue with cauterization of minerals and other things with the pasteurization of milk that occurs when you cook meat as well. So the same principles, you want to be eating raw meat for maximum growth. Pineapple is also a good thing to have to, uh, improve digestion, as well as raw bone marrow. Raw bone marrow for stem cell production, because the bone marrow basically turns into every type of cell in the body. So if you want to make new cells, if you want to give yourself the maximum amount of growth factors and nutrients to develop into every kind of cell to grow, raw bone marrow. So that's a really, really easy one. Uh, delicious, kind of tastes like a meaty butter. Have it on the side of your meals. Again, everything raw. If you're cooking bone marrow in the oven for an hour, a lot of people have it like that. Personally, it doesn't taste as good. I've tried both, and you're going to be reducing the nutrients inside that to some degree when you cook it. So that is all the foods that I would recommend that are like the highest value in terms of nutrients. Raw liver as well, I didn't mention, but on a similar wavelength, there's, uh, yeah, I mean, raw brain if you're into that. It's like the highest cholesterol whole food source that you can possibly get. And cholesterol can produce sex hormones, which can lead to bone growth and masculine masculinization and other healthy bodily growth factors. One of my favorite drinks is nettle tea because of its superior mineral content. It's very high in silica as well. So I'll usually have a cup of nettle tea most days in order to support that. So now we'll talk about exercise. The types of movement that we undergo in the human body can impact our muscles, our bone development, increasing size, strength, changing our posture, and influencing the expression and development of our limbs and spine. So we obviously see this if someone is a sprinter versus a long-distance runner, or a volleyball player versus a whatsoever. And there are some confounding factors where People that are good at those sports will have a naturally— a natural body suited to those sports. But also the types of movements and exercise that you do are going to impact how your body develops. Okay, so why is this important? Because height specifically can be impacted by our posture and the strength of the muscles and the imbalances or balances that we have in the body. The fascia, the fascial network that actually organizes all of our bones. If we're tight in one area, it's going to pull us down. And if we're weak in this area, it's going to pull us down. If our neck is weak, okay, then we're going to sink down and our height isn't going to be maximized. Because if we are relaxed, if we're strong in all of these different places, then we can stand up tall. And we'll gain a couple inches just from that over time. Okay. So yes, it's not necessarily literally growing in terms of the exact, like, building blocks of the tissues, but it is also the fact that when you work to improve your fascia, you work to improve the muscle strength, then you change the shape of things. They're more decompressed, they're stronger, the fascia releases, so you get more nutrients to certain areas, and you do actually then change the actual building blocks of connective tissue, muscles, and bone. So it's, it's all related, okay? So you may think that, oh, you know, my shoulder's hunched over, it's not changing actually how high, how tall I am. But if you're always working and you improve and you're standing up tall all the time, Eventually your bones are going to have more space, your spine is going to have more space, and that's just going to be a permanent shift in your height. So there are a lot of different things that can affect that. Trauma— if we've gone through a physical accident that just, you know, brings us down into a sort of crushed state, or doesn't allow our hips to open properly, or our spine to extend, and there's scar tissue involved— all of these things can be improved upon and consciously worked on and understood better so that we can maximize our height and in general maximize our health. Because we're, we're releasing all of these contusions or compressions, which gives us better blood flow, better lymph, lymphatic system flow, and also just better energy flow in general when we're relaxed and everything is kind of operating as it should be rather than, you know, compressed and mixed up. Things like sitting for years at a time can compress the spine and bring us down. And if we're hunched over a computer all the time, yeah, we're gonna, we're gonna lose inches of height over— this is kind of why grandparents get shorter as they age. It's like, okay, well, their genetics are the same, but they spend years and years and years sitting at the sofa watching TV instead of when they were younger moving, being active and doing things and upright. And, you know, oh, he's getting shorter. Yeah, because his spine is collapsing, his fascia is constricting, and there's a loss of muscle strength to raise him up and all of these things. So that's all the, uh, the principles in terms of exercise that I would think about when you are looking to improve your height. A quick note on electrical fields of the bones. Bones are piezoelectric, which means that when you mechanically stress them, they produce an electrical charge across the bone. This voltage then pulls in minerals— it attracts minerals which attaches and chemically fuses them to the bone, making them stronger. The duration of this electric charge is very short, so the more frequent that this happens, the better. And this is obviously exercise is where you are. If you're, if your foot is landing on the ground or you have a mechanical stress going this way through the bone or striking, hitting a bag, that, that that, you're getting electric charge through that, and that pulls in minerals. And if you're properly mineralizing and then go through and do these impacts, then your bones are going to get stronger. Specifically, this is what physical things that I would do in terms of exercise and whatever else to maximize height. So jumping, as I mentioned, the piezoelectric effect from repetitive stress on the bones, repetitive force on the bones. Jumping is a great way to induce that stress or that impact over and over again. The impact of jumping is going to stimulate your bone growth. Ideally, you're running, you're jumping, you're just being active all the time through general play. But then there's focused sessions of jumping up and down just on the spot is, is really powerful. As a bonus, jumping is going to move the lymphatic system around, getting rid of toxins and delivering nutrients throughout the body, which is always going to be a bonus if you want to grow. Drink fermented milk before and then during and probably after as well. Just drink a lot of fermented milk at all times before, during, and after these jumping sessions because the electric effect is going to pull in minerals So around your jumping sessions, you want to make sure there's a lot of minerals going around your body in order to then feed into the bones. So jump around a lot. Barefoot walking— you want your feet connected to the electrical field of the Earth as much as is possible. This goes for general health, uh, so therefore it's going to go for growth as well. Being barefoot means you're also not constricting your feet our toes should really be splayed out like this naturally. That's what kids have when they, you know, when they're a child and running around outside. And then we put them in shoes and they slowly go like this. You've— your feet are— well, first of all, in the shoes you're going to be restricting their natural growth and expansion as soon as you put those shoes on. And your feet are connected to the entire fascial system, so it's important for them to be free as much as possible, because the more open your feet is, the more open your hips can be, therefore the better place your spine is going to be, and the more relaxed and tall and strong everything else can be. And, you know, it's kind of a strange concept to think about your feet impacting your posture, but I've seen it time and time again, and there's lots and lots of research on this, is when your foot is like this then everything that connects from, from your feet up to really the top of your head, your neck and everything, when that is tight and constricted, everything else becomes tight and constricted. So keep that in mind. Barefoot as much as is possible. Hanging. You want to hang daily for, I would say, at least 10 minutes, but ideally as much as is possible when you're exercising, having a movement break or whatever. This decompresses the spine. So literally just hanging on a bar or a tree or whatever it is that you have around you, a staircase, uh, it's a fantastic way to let gravity pull your spine apart slowly and softly, right? It brings space between the discs of the, of the spine and revives your natural posture as well. If you're— as well as if you're hanging You're opening up the shoulder capsule, which enables you to— mm, your chest is open as well. And we're going to stand taller and be naturally, uh, yeah, taller. People literally gain height from this alone because if their spine has been compressed for years previously and it's never had that soft, gentle expansion from kind of leaning into a hang, a dead hang, then yeah, they'll literally grow from that alone. Reaching is kind of similar. If you stand as tall as you can and you raise your arms up as high as you can and literally like try to reach as high as you possibly can and, and think about every part of your body expanding and getting taller. So, okay, feet and then knees, and then I'm pushing my hips, and then I'm expanding every single vertebra of the spine up. And then my shoulder as well, and I'm trying to get my hands as high as I possibly can and holding that for as long as possible. This is increasing the muscle strength that expands the spine, okay, and every other part of your body. All of these muscles that are involved in doing this are likely weak because we never do that movement, you know. I I don't do that movement often unless I remember, and it's something that's just not really something we naturally do unless we're, I don't know, harvesting fruit or something and have some job that requires us to reach all the time. So it's a really powerful exercise to do, you know, morning and night, throughout the day. It also just feels really good to stretch, and as you get stronger at that movement, you're going to naturally hold yourself taller throughout the day because those muscles are stronger and the fascia has expanded. Then of course, a lot of you will know this one already, strength training with weights is going to strengthen the bones. Uh, weight training with heavy loads has a positive effect on the strength and density of our skeletal system. When our bones are stronger, they can take more force, withstand stronger pressures, and our skeleton's just going to be more robust overall. Additionally, training with weights, when it's done the right way, can make our muscles stronger, and we're going to be able to hold ourselves upright more easily, increasing height. Now, there is a point here to mention that if you are— if you're only doing weight training as your exercise and you do compressive, huge movements like squats and deadlifts, that can have a compressive effect on your spine. So make sure to expand it, don't overdo it, do lots of athletic reaching expansive movements to counteract the possible compress— compression that you can get from weightlifting. Now on to our general environment. Ocean swims. Swimming in the sea and oceans means you're going to be absorbing pretty much every mineral there is known in amazing natural quantities through the skin. And then anytime we're in water, we're getting decompression of the body because the water's gravity— oh, sorry, the water's pressure is kind of counteracting the gravity force of bringing us down. So we're just allowing our body and fascia to kind of open up and be decompressed when we're in the water, which is really powerful. I would personally avoid chlorinated pools if that's your option of being in water, try to find some kind of natural water because, yeah, there are some freshwater pools or saltwater pools, public pools that you can go to instead. I wouldn't want to go soak in chlorine just to try to get the decompression. Sunlight exposure to the whole body. Sunlight actually penetrates through skin and through bone, if you didn't know that, including our skull. So anytime we're out in the sun, our brain is actually getting sunlight, which is really cool. It has an effect on the strength of our bones and also just adds to the overall energetics of the bodily system. So I would want to be maximizing sunlight exposure all the time for, yeah, all those reasons that I listed, as well as it just makes you feel good. And there's, you know, testosterone boosting as well. The sun is something that you need to get in your body, on your body, your whole naked body if you want to maximize health, in my opinion. Now, rainforest environments and air quality. Let's, let's talk about this a little. If you look at tropical environments, you see larger plants, larger insects, larger animals. There is more oxygen in the air and more nutrients to feed off, as well as more moisture in the air. All of these factors support growth, as it's evident. They— rainforest things are bigger. For our own homes, we can try to mimic that by humidifying the air with structured spring water, make sure we're getting fresh air from outside as much as is possible, and we also want to fill our houses with as many plants as possible as well. You want it to feel like a rainforest indoors. If you do that, you're going to maximize your air quality and create the— just in general, the best environment for health, but the best environment for height gain. Remember, air is a nutrient, and we want to have the highest quality air, just like we want the highest quality food. Sleep— two major points here. I've talked about sleep in another video, so go check that out if you want in-depth information about sleep. But growth is done during sleep, okay? So Total darkness while sleeping is super essential, and then no non-native EMFs around the bedroom or close to them, because Wi-Fi networks have been shown to stunt growth. Actually, I've seen a study where they put the same plant at the same age, one near a Wi-Fi router and then one just away from it. The one near the Wi-Fi router doesn't grow or barely grew compared to the other one. Take it away from the router, it starts growing. Anecdotally as well, I had a follower once message me that they moved room, you know, 16, 17, they moved rooms in their house after years of being in that particular room and they went through a growth spurt and what was next to their old room, the Wi-Fi router. So he literally moved within his house away from the Wi-Fi router for his bedroom, his sleeping quarters, and they went through a growth spurt. So that's pretty crazy. Ideally, you're turning off all power at night, but especially you're turning off these Wi-Fi routers that are beaming out, uh, non-native EMFs throughout the house while you're sleeping. That's in order if you want to grow. And of course, if it's stopping you growing, what else is it doing to our biology and health? Detox. It's kind of like a massive topic, so I would just say in general here, high concentrations of things like heavy metals, toxins in your system in general, are a stressor. Uh, so removing these and avoiding chemicals in general is important for health. Therefore, it's going to be important for maximizing our height gain and the natural expression of the highest level of our biology. But as I said, it's such a massive topic, I can't really cover it here. I'll do an in-depth video later about detox. If you guys are interested, let me know. So if you take all of this information on board, change your life accordingly, whether you're young, whether you're old, whether you're a parent or just looking to improve your height yourself, I do believe that you'll get the most out of your genetic potential if you take all this on board and listen to what I had to say. Naturally improving your height, naturally improving your health with whole foods and lifestyle changes and environment changes is the way, and you're going to avoid all of those nasty side effects and other things from randomly injecting human growth hormone or other things like that. So I hope this has been helpful to you. I will see you all later when you're all growing inches next year, and thank you for watching. Farewell.
