He drops $200 at Erewhon on wild sardines, raw cheese, and duck eggs, then hits Gold's Gym in Venice Beach with his brother Jackson to demo a new Smith-machine movement combining air squats and rear-delt rows. We are back in my city, Los Angeles. Sun is out, beautiful. Always enjoy the huge walk that they make you go to catch an Uber. Uh, and we're heading to Beverly Hills, baby. As always, thanks for joining me. So this is freshly cut aloe vera leaf. As you can see, you can look right through it. If you break apart this stuff here, you get this goo which will just absorb into your skin, and that is one of the best things you can put on cuts, scrapes, uh, any, any skin issues whatsoever from nature. Incredible. The vibes in Beverly Hills are Really cool, beautiful houses everywhere. Money, energy is high. We're running into town to get some food. Rosemary, thank you. What I'm about to say may seem very obvious, however, the more that you do something, the easier it's going to get. Practice makes perfect. I get questions, how do I do this? How do I— literally just do it, and the brain and the spirit begins to figure it out and test it and practice and get better with time. That's all anyone can do. And you can read about techniques and, you know, how to do things better, but there's no replacement for simply doing the thing, and then everything else will work itself out. So if you are afraid of doing something because you're bad at it, literally just do it more. And you'll get better at it eventually. That's Aloe Yoga. I guarantee you 90% of that store would be polyester or other synthetic garbage, uppriced thousands of percents. You gotta stay away from those big athletic athleisure wear brands. If your girlfriend wears them, get her into some cotton. Be better in the long run. All right, so this is the grocery haul that we had from Erewhon. We have wild sardines, coconut water— that's the best coconut water on the market— sparkling water, Vichy Catalan from Spain, really high in mineral content. I love that sparkling water. We have raw Sheep's milk cheese, Manchego, the goat cheese. Well, actually not greatest of all time cheese, not actual goat's cheese, it's, it's sheep's cheese. That one is an Emmental from Switzerland, also raw cow's milk. We've got a little sauerkraut. We've got the triple stack of raw dairy here: raw kefir, cows, uh, raw butter, and raw goat's milk is that green one there, 2 bottles of that. Maple syrup to go with the milk, and then a juice which is orange, pineapple, and strawberry. It's one of my favorites. And 12 duck eggs and Erawan's vegan artisan bread. It's actually one of the best breads I've ever had, even though it is vegan, and it digests a little bit better than the gluten ones. So when I can get my hands on that, That's always a go-to. So here we are, all of that, $200. Not cheap, but going to get a few meals out of it, and it's all the most delicious stuff. Super excited for this. Thank you, Erwan. So what's on the menu? We are going to have toast with raw butter, fried duck eggs, raw cheese, and some raw milk with maple syrup, bit of sauerkraut as well. Mm-hmm. Oh my goodness, look at the size of those yolks! Grand rising! We're headed down to Arawan, get our espresso in, get some work in. And we're gonna walk down one of the Beverly Hills in order to get there. Bit of morning movement before we sit down and fulfill our responsibilities of work. How incredible. We are at Erewhon working. My espresso and maple syrup. Got a nice little shot here. You can see the ingredients. 100% cacao. Snack on sparkling water and then a green smoothie. These are those ingredients. All right, I'm here with my brother Jackson. We were on the Sol Retreat, uh, in Mexico together. We are outside of Gold's Gym in Venice Beach. I'm preparing my intra workout You don't need any of that fake garbage. We've got coconut water in glass, maple syrup on top. Oh, we're going to go— it's quite an elixir— heavy on the legs, or everything today actually. Tarzan outer quads for sure, and then some rear delt. I invented a new thing on a Smith machine. I gotta show it to you. Okay, invention, I like that. Can I have some syrup in the milk? Yep, yep. So I had to pick up some, uh, some new shoes. These are some Converse, flat sole, pretty wide toe box, which is nice. My other hiking shoes are a bit big and I don't have any running shoes, so we'll see how we go lifting in these. Back once again, the Mecca. In the sun, get everything pumping, moving around. Warm-up doesn't always have to be some lighter weight of the exercise you're about to do. Thank you, plane. That's what we're doing. Nice. I'm gonna come comfortable in this rock position. Just hang out, make friends with it. Ah, let's see. It's done with the back, allegedly. Believe it or not, I'm pulling myself. Uh-huh. Tries. He's looking pretty solid. Hand strength. He's climbing, boy. Nice. So this exercise Jackson just showed me It's a kind of a seated air squat— not seated, standing air squat combined with the rear delt row, upright row on the Smith machine. Great faces come out of the neck machine. Yeah, so keep that tallness, don't collapse in on yourself. Yeah, nice. Immortality, it's yours, take it! Golden. Good dish, good dish. How is it? My dad's being a fucking groupie, dude. You got some douche, bro. My mind's going off, dude. Fuck. Yeah, dude, fuck. I don't even look in the rearview mirror because it doesn't matter what's behind me, you know? I'm looking forward. Getting the last bits of sun as they come over the top of the house. But I wanted to talk a little bit about how we can intentionally absorb more energy from the sun if we're focusing on it. When you breathe in, visualize warm golden light as the sunlight feels, but really visualize the colors and the energy itself entering the body and permeating every single part of your cells. And just absorbing it in that way and visualizing it healing your body, energizing yourself with each breath. So not only are you getting the benefits of the breathing itself, but when we're intentional and we really think about the magical energy that's being brought in to us through the breath, That adds another layer of power and healing, and it's really great to do. The strength of our focus is one of the most powerful tools we have, so train that in everything that you do. Beautiful morning, little overcast. Fasted, only a bit of water and some salt salts, and, uh, trying to Not going too intense on this hike, just a bit of movement, bit of cardio. Great way to start the day. This is, uh, Los Leones Canyon near Malibu and Los Angeles, of course. You slept that whole thing? Yeah. Wow, you have to do another one now for the vlog. He's done this before for sure. Delicious. Perhaps there's a reason the eggs are designed that way. That's what I'm saying about raw foods. You have raw foods, you have no dishes to clean up. Put the meat down and eat it. Look at this muffin ingredients list. That's crazy. This is how I snack. Raw cheese, carrot, cucumber. Just snag a bite off that. Easy. 1, go! Oh nice! Raw milk, raw cream, egg yolks, maple syrup, cacao powder, vanilla bean, cacao nibs, grass-fed gelatin for the marshmallows, and Redmond salt. Quite delectable. This is going to fuel me for the A huge journey ahead to the island of Hawaii. Once we get there, perhaps we shall engage in a fast and not de-heal the body. Anyway, this marks the end of my journey in Los Angeles, and, uh, I appreciate you watching my adventures. Goodbye. Oh, we got some sun. Cosmic supercharge inbound right now. Oh, sicuriso! Sicuriso!
