since we got a bit of a crew in here, uh, we can go ahead. So I wrote this long-form article just kind of out of the blue, uh, put it on Twitter. It's going out to my mailing list. But, uh, it's an interesting topic because there's a lot about anti-aging in general, and a lot of people I think get swept up in supplements or like these really intense protocols and injections and technology, and it's not really necessary in my opinion in order to, uh, not anti-age, but, you know, remain youthful, remain vitality, uh, high into older age. Because you can, you can go through chronological time, that doesn't mean you have to get decrepit and low energy and sore all over and like weak. There are older people who are doing it well. And from my observations and my knowledge in general, I just wrote this up and this was the holistic anti-aging protocols and I thought it'd be better to put as a live and read this out to you guys rather than Instagram posts. It's quite long. So yeah, a few questions and then we'll get into the holistic anti-aging protocols and I'll just take questions as and when I go as well. If the sun could be bottled into a pill, it would be a trillion-dollar drug. Yes, for all the things that it does for us, for how healing it is. If they could put that in a pill, they'd try to patent it and then charge a million dollars for it. Luckily it's free, and all you have to do is go outside. That's very simple. How are you, Sol Brah? I'm fantastic, thank you. Matia, probably pronounced that right. Current weight, I think I am at 206 lbs, 207-ish. What am I drinking? This is yerba mate, which is a type of tea, relatively high caffeine compared to tea, but it's a green tea. And they put maple syrup in there as well. Phenomenal. Thoughts on fluoride in San Pellegrino? So that brand I'm not really a fan of just because it's so large. Whenever companies like water companies or whatever get too big, they start to cut corners. So it's owned by Coca-Cola or whatever. I'm sure maybe if they don't add anything and it's still the original spring, it's probably pretty good. But, uh, the other side of that is that the fluoride in it, the naturally occurring fluoride, is different to the fluoride waste that they put in tap water. So it's not— it's like a mineral. Maybe it's still not as good to have to something with lower fluoride, but it's the natural mineral, not the, um, the waste one that they put in tap water. So it's better. Bro, what's your hair protocol? Uh, brush it, eat healthy, raw fats, lots of sun, blood flow, uh, ocean swims. You'll have the best hair of your life. It's pretty simple. Stop using shampoo, conditioners. Occasionally a bit of tallow or olive oil. Coconut oil. And yeah, grow it out. How can I stop binge eating? Just stop eating. So binge eating can be the result of a few things. One, if you just have a bad relationship with food right now. But what are you eating? What are you binge eating? 'Cause it's not possible to binge eat on eating fried eggs, for example. Because they have such high nutrients in them. And binge eating can only really occur if you're eating garbage, which usually is the case with junk food, and your body's not getting any nutrients. It's like, I'm hungry, I'm hungry, I need nutrients to repair myself and to do things. And if you're eating all this empty stuff, it's like, okay, we still need more, we still need more, because the junk food is so devoid of nutrients and yet high in calories, and you're just getting all this empty stuff. Your body's like, please give me some nutrients. Like, I need more, and then you just binge eat and binge eat. So one, I would just look at what is in the house. If you— if it's garbage, just like throw it out. It belongs in the trash. Whole foods, it's pretty rare that you're going to be binge eating because your body gets what it needs, uh, and so on. I'd also look at if you're, you know, your particular case, uh, you have a bad relationship with food in general. Dopamine response, go on a fast usually. Can be hard, but like, how do I stop binge eating? It's like, have you externalized the control? You'd be like, oh, I'm binge eating. Now you've called it this thing. It's like, oh, I'm binge eating again. And then you, you know, you give up your control and power. But ultimately what needs to happen is you need to stop binge eating. Like, you have control over yourself. Do you not? At the end of the day. So just stop binge eating. Like, it's like, how do I quit smoking? Put the cigarette down. That's it. Yeah, I was a little heavier in the past. 98 kilos, a little heavier, not too much. Man, there's a lot of questions in here. Sorry I'm missing all these, but, uh, Yeah, I'll try and save this live. I'm not really sure how to do it. Hopefully it just saves after and then I can post it on the, on the page. My building in New York City doesn't have an accessible rooftop. How do I best get my morning sun gazing? So when I lived in New York, I was right in SoHo, and I would leave the house immediately. And with the way that the— it depends where you are in New York, right? With the large skyscrapers and things, you have to walk in between where the roads are crisscrossing so you get like a direct, the most direct on view that you can. I just would go walking in the morning until I found where the sun was rising, and it would like go between buildings or something and hit this empty space on the street, so I would stand there each morning. You've got to do what you can, do the best you can. Best way to introduce raw meats into your diet? Uh, let it rip. Yeah, it's really let it rip. Like, people, they build into this huge thing, and I think most people's bodies tolerate it really, really well immediately. For me, just as I was getting into it, I didn't know what I know now. I would just notice that if I cooked my steak less and then cooked my ground beef less— if I was doing— I first of all would cook it all through so it's all brown, gross, uh, and then I would do it in burgers so the middle would be uncooked and you'd smash the outside. And then just do that less and less and less. And then, hey, let's just try it raw one day. And it was awesome, and it's been awesome since. So get good quality meat, do you know where it's from, grass-fed, and just go for it. Like, it's It's not that big of a deal. Your body will know how to do it. How do you make your coffee at home without Keurig machine crap? Yeah, Keurig machines are terrible. Most of the way that people are consuming coffee today is terrible, uh, even amongst healthy people, right? And I did this the same. Um, you get your espresso in your takeaway cup and you don't really think about it. But every hot drink that you have in those paper cups is dissolving a plastic lining on the inside, then you're drinking that. It's like, what are we doing here? Uh, so I only have coffee when I have the potential to have it in a mug, ceramic mug, if I'm out at a cafe. Or I'll take my glass to the cafe, uh, and if it's— or it's at home, then I have a machine that just goes, you know, glass reservoir through the machine into a cup. Simple. It's a little bit of more effort, but, uh, all those single-use coffee pods, the Keurigs especially, it's a plastic pot of coffee, then hot water is going through the plastic as it's punctured straight into your cup. So it's not ideal. How to get rid of eye floaters? Well, I'm going to recommend you put raw egg whites in your eyes. It's like the best eye drop you could possibly have. It's a very similar viscosity and nutrient profile as our eyes. So you just, yeah, separate the yolk out of the egg whites, and then if you have like a pipette or a dropper, just kind of squirt a few, a few mils in of the egg white into your eyes. That's going to help any eye problem really. That can help get rid of eye floaters. There also could be general inflammation sometimes. Like if I'm on point with everything, I don't get them ever. It's only when I'm health is down, that I'll get an iFloatr. Try to get more sunlight, less blue light. Do you use a grounding mat when traveling to places where grounding naturally is hard? I don't. I don't have a grounding mat. Um, I'm not against the idea, but as far as everywhere that I've traveled, you can ground. Like, maybe you're not going to be able to ground all day, all day, but there's a park or some dirt somewhere. I mean, maybe you look a bit weird, you're standing on the corner of where you're staying with your bare feet on the bit of mud that's there, and the rest around is bitumen. That's fine, I don't care, I'll just hit the grounding. Poor connection. Uh-oh, we back. I think we're back. Do I believe it's possible to get taller after finishing puberty? Yeah, I do. There's so much that we think about the body in general that is wrong, and one of those is that like, okay, you've hit puberty, you're done in terms of bone development, height, but it like You— so there's several ways to attack this. You can get taller, the same person, changing nothing except how they carry themselves, because most people are walking around like this. If you get the posture right, if you get that spinal extension, if you get your head actually in good posture, they'll gain a couple inches. And then that, over time, as you get stronger, you can pull up higher and more decompression. You'll literally get taller with time, but it's the same person. Then the other side of that to get taller is if you start eating raw foods, raw meats, raw milk for your bones, your body may finally get— spend more time in the sun. Like, these are all epigenetic changes that don't necessarily just turn off after puberty. The bone plates in your head, they never fully fuse. It's all kind of moving around. So you can make bone changes, posture changes with mewing, jawline changes, like shifting literally the internal skull, and that's connected to the spine. And so it's all malleable. So as I said, if you're eating raw foods for the first time, you're getting the nutrients for the first time you haven't had in years and years and years, then your body's gonna be like, all right, let's, let's upgrade wherever is possible. Um, and then there's also, if you start striking or lifting in general, new bone growth will occur. Your bones will get denser. And if you're doing all that while you're growing, with the posture and stuff, then yeah, you can definitely get taller. Do I have a drink? Yes, I had a reel about this recently. I have red wine on occasion, every few weeks with dinner or in the early afternoon in the sun, um, but it's not often. And red wine is the only— organic red wine, natural red wine is the only alcohol that I drink. It's pretty good fermented grape juice, you know, as the ancient Romans used to do. I think that there's some benefit to that. But yeah, I wouldn't, I wouldn't recommend alcohol in general because it does lower your energy, especially if you have it regularly. So it's, it shouldn't really be a priority at all. What is the best thing to kill parasites? Living a healthy life, toxin-free life, getting rid of the dead matter in your body that the parasites are thrive off of heavy metals, detoxing in general. You have a healthy environment, parasites won't have anything to hold on to. So that's like the general roundabout way. There are also some herbal cleansers. Papaya seeds are great. I believe wormwood and a few other teas you can have. I don't know exactly, but as I said, terrain of the body is good. You're not going to have all this dead stuff and waste that the bacteria and the parasites are going to thrive off. So why is raw milk illegal? So raw milk, I have a longer documentary video on YouTube if you want to go check it out. It'll cover all this, but it was made illegal because they wanted to monopolize, um, the milk industry, the dairy industry, and they only wanted to allow certain farms that they owned that could afford pasteurization equipment to be able to legally sell their milk. So it's like, oh, this bacteria in raw milk is bad, it's evil, it's poisoning people. All nonsense. Um, the other side of it is the eugenics angle, that they wanted to pasteurize milk because it was and is such a powerful nutrition, uh, for so many people. And they should— they showed in rats, once they started feeding them pasteurized milk, their fertility dropped by half. So If you're, you know, conspiracy-minded, uh, there are some extra motivation to like take it away from the population because it's like a cheap, easy, delicious, nutritious food that helps fertility. Next, soul trip. So trip, I haven't really planned. I'm probably gonna do something in Europe in July. I'm not sure where yet, so If you want to hear about the next trip that we're doing, then sign up to my mailing list. Uh, that's soulclub.me/soul-brah and get on the mailing list, then I'll let you know when I know. I have not tried raw camel milk. I wish, I'd love to try. I want to try every raw milk. Yo, Orpheus, thanks for joining. Thoughts on getting too much iron from eating tons of red meat? Uh, Yeah, I think excess iron will show itself, uh, in not feeling too good, uh, if you have it. And if you have high nutrient requirements, then it can be— it's not really an issue in my opinion. But I think most people in general could benefit from having more white meat like fish or free-range chicken or something like that. Like, I don't believe that having a steak every single day is necessarily the best way forward. Variation in diet and nutrition is always good. Ever look into endometriosis and endocrine disruptors? Those Starbucks cups are hurting ladies. Yeah, hurting everyone, man. Like, guys are becoming more soy, ladies are getting breast cancer and other issues like that, and it's because plastics and everything— sports bras and leggings, polyester— yeah, may look cool, but that's directly like constricting your skin. Polyester itself is derived from plastic, and then they treat those materials with chemicals such as flame retardants because they're very flammable because they're made of oil. And that's not good to have on your skin wrapping up all day and you're getting hot and sweaty in them. Like, we gotta make the culture change away from that stuff because it's not good. Same with deodorants. Like, all of these chemicals and things we're putting in the body, they're accumulating. Uh, but yeah, a lot of, a lot of female hormonal problems are plastics, polyester, endocrine disruptors from all the makeup and perfumes and everything that both genders use. And it's It's machinasap, not good. Do I never cook meat? Not anymore. Uh, if I'm preparing food for myself, then yeah, it's a, it's a raw meat meal. I just feel better, it digests better. Feels better, more energized, less cooking to do. And now my taste for cooked meat has kind of gone away. Like, I'll look at a cooked steak, even if it's cooked rare, and just be like, uh, it's not— it's not appealing to me anymore, really, uh, compared to fully raw. So I'm going to listen to that. Sol Jim Alexios, linen Spartan outfit win. Yeah, dude. So I was playing Assassin's Creed last night, Odyssey, and obviously ancient Greek, Sparta, They had some fits on. They had like the battle skirts that they would wear, like linen tunic, sleeves off. That's the move, man. We gotta get back to that. And as soon as I have a few things changed up with Soul Gym, I'm gonna be putting those out. Trying to catch up here. Cotton feels good on skin but absorbs sweat and becomes too heavy. See, I don't really find that as an issue. Like, if your cotton t-shirt getting a bit sweaty is like too— way too heavy, like that's just added weight. It's like a little weight vest. So I don't necessarily mind that with training. Like, I think you should just be able to work through it. Also, I find like a thin cotton shirt or a thin wool shirt, they wick away this. I don't find that they necessarily hold on to it too much, in my opinion. Thanks for sharing so much value. You're welcome, Matt. Thank you. Welcome to all new joiners. Tips on waking up earlier. Number 1, go to bed earlier. Pretty simple. A lot of times you'll be like, oh yeah, I'm going to bed like 11:30 and I find it hard to get up at 6. Yeah, obviously. Um, you go to bed earlier at 9, you're gonna wake up at 5:30 like, okay, I've had my sleep, I'm good, I'm ready to go. And it's about having that discipline. Cut the lights off, um, an hour before bed at least, and go to bed without any distractions and get up earlier. So the first day you may need a reset, so getting up early with an alarm if you've gone to bed late, and then you'll be tired throughout the day. Yes, that's fine, that's one day. And then you go to sleep on time that night and you just repeat that process and get a sunrise, sunset as much as possible in your eyes. And then, you know, under a week you'll be acclimated to waking up early because you're going to bed early and you got the sleep you needed. And that's a much better habit to be in. Morning workouts or evening, fed or fasted? So I think fasted cardio in the morning just to wake up, something light and easy, 10-15 minutes is great. And then, but my, like, my heavy lifts or even my outdoor workouts, they feel the best after I've had lots of fruit, lots of honey, and raw milk, and then it's not too heavy. But you have got a decent amount of calories and stuff in you before lifting. So I like to lift like early afternoon, uh, once the UVs dipped a little bit is the best time to work out in my opinion. You've had like breakfast, you've moved around a bit, you're well fed, you're— it's not straight when you're waking up. That's when I like to work out. I love you, bro. I love you too, Mika. Thank you. Do I take creatine? Yes. What's your take on organic raw juice? It's delicious. I have some most days if I can get access. Orange juice, incredible. Some greens juice can be super beneficial. Organic, of course. And so buying juice, freshly squeezed orange juice, is a whole different animal to buying the plastic bottled pasteurized orange juice that's been sitting in a warehouse for months. People need to understand that distinction. Like, oh, it's orange juice healthy. If you're in an area where oranges grow naturally and you have freshly squeezed orange juice of organic oranges That's going to be a whole different thing compared to getting the pasteurized orange juice that's shipped over from another state in a warehouse for months. Like, so one version is healthy and one is garbage, and I wouldn't have it. As you gotta understand the distinction, a lot of like junk food, like, are burgers healthy? Well, if you prepare them like this with these whole foods, is the burger from McDonald's healthy? Whole different animal. There's a lot of that equivalent in the health space. If you could go back to the beginning of building your business and brand, what is one piece of advice you'd give yourself, past self? Just do more earlier. Like, don't wait. Like, what's the next thing? The more things that you complete and tasks you complete and ventures that you throw out and try, the quicker you learn and the quicker you progress. And, um, I've done a decent amount with everything right now, but you can always— you could do more and fail more repeatedly. And it's not even failing, it's just doing more repeatedly. And yeah, fail is the wrong word. I shouldn't have used that. That's something that people say in the motivational space, like, go out there and fail. But it's not a failure if you try something. First of all, it's gonna go well most of the time. I don't think I've had a failed venture of launch of anything, um, even if you take that perspective. But there's a lot that you can just do and learn from the more that you do. So I'd say that, that includes posting, writing, trying to sell things. When Forest Sol Shorts? Oh, you mean these ones that I'm wearing right now? Probably my favorite color at the moment. Uh, couple weeks hopefully. We've got them all ready to go, all of the new colors of the Sol Shorts. We're all going to make it. So true. When I stock up on raw milk, how long does it last? If I get 3 2-liter bottles, that's like 2 days. Uh, 3 liters is 3/4 of a gallon, and I have about 3 liters a day on an older day. All right, we're caught up. Just started finding raw milk but in plastic jugs. What would you do? I would— I do— I would rather have the raw milk in plastic than no raw milk at all. And just buy it, put it into glass when you get home, hit the sauna. If you have no other plastics in the rest of your life, it's not a big deal. Cheers. Alright, so I'm going to get into what the point of the live is. Well, as well as this, this is the point, of course, but the holistic anti-aging protocols. This is pretty in-depth. It's not completely everything you can do. To slow down aging or even reverse it. What do we mean by aging? We mean feeling older, looking older, less energy, more pains, more sickness, more disease. That is what in the Western world we assume getting old means, but that is not the case. Time goes on. Your body does not have to chronologically age, uh, to the degree that most people think is possible. Most people think, oh, that's just how it is when you get old, but that's not true. I'm not old yet, but from my own research and knowledge and viewing other people I respect that are older but still look great, there's a lot of corollary— uh, correlation between what I'm talking about in this guide and how they live their life. So you can get older, you know, I'm 60 this year, But while still feeling great, and most of these tips are free, so really you have no reason not to do them. So you don't want to only want to look young for just the aesthetics point of view. We want to be the most optimal, energetic, high-performance versions of ourselves to chase after our goals. And the same choices also happen to make us look younger. People like us don't age, we ferment. I like that, I haven't heard that one before. So these are all the tips to allow your body to stay healthy and looking young. No particular order, so just take them all into consideration, uh, and then do them all, hopefully. So grounding— aligning your body with the Earth's electrical field ensures that your blood and lymph are electrically charged in the correct way. We are electrical beings, uh, enabling the small smooth flow of blood and lymph through the body, decreasing inflammation, promoting health across the board, improve blood pressure, all that kind of thing. Swimming in natural water is a great way to do this. Having your bare feet on natural surfaces— grass, mud, some concretes— but Ideally, it's just a natural floor, and then you can access that connection. You plug in to the Earth's electrical field. So do that as much as possible. There are grounding bed sheets, which I think Sol mentioned before. I don't have them personally, but I also heard a trick recently. I haven't tried this yet, but you get copper wire, you make a loop that goes around your toe and then out your bedroom window and dig it into the dirt outside, because copper is conductive. And that— I'm gonna have to try that tonight, I've decided. Um, and it carries the charge up onto your toe, so you're effectively grounded while you're sleeping all throughout the night. Um, so I'll try that and get back to you on that one. Sounds like a foolproof plan to me. Next point: fresh air. Our bodies require fresh oxygen in order to detox carbonic acid in the blood after the respiration process has occurred. And they need fresh air to do that. The body needs— the fresher the air is from outside means the more we are able to pur from the body, as well as dilute any chemical toxins that may be present in our environment, in our home, whether it's coming from outside or it's from the inside. More fresh air, the more of that's cleared out, the less we're breathing in, the better the case for our health. Open your windows at all times, as much as is possible in the home. This is a big one, like If I'm home, my windows are always open all the time in every room, as much as possible. Like, as much as you can feel like you're outside, the better. Ideally as well, you have the windows open because more natural light is going to come through. Um, sunlight that comes through glass, the wavelengths get changed slightly. A lot of the blue light comes in, the red light gets reflected off, so it's not in the same group of wavelengths as natural, just direct sunlight. If you open the windows, that's cool, it's coming in. This is why when you're driving, you should always crack the window at least a little bit to get the natural light through there without going through just the windscreen glasses. It's not as good for your body, so open those windows up. Nature— spending more time in connection in a natural environment is healing in every sense. When we are disconnected from the natural world We age much faster. You will see this if you saw someone that moves to the big city for a job, then you see them a year later and they look like they've aged 5 years. It's like, dude, what's happening? No nature, stress, all of that stuff. Really, it's like the opposite of what I'm saying here occurs in cities a lot. Unfortunately, it's just the nature of cities. So, you know, you can have your biological age, which changes at the same rate. Well, sorry, chronological age changes at the same rate. Biological age can go up and down. And really, age is just kind of like this— biological age is this metric of how good are they functioning and how healthy are they, how vital are they. Next point is self-massage. So you can use your hands or other tools to massage every area of your body for a variety of purposes. You ever see someone that's like, I've said it, massaging their foreheads, it's all tense. The jaw, you can do this intentionally. I'm going to release the jaw, I'm going to get into my biceps, my forearms, because they're a bit sore from the gym. Uh, the lymph nodes in various places of the body, uh, you can get into with your hands and just like move them around. You know, the body's like kind of like a machine, and, uh, you can do a little oil change really. If like you feel you have a lump there, okay, let's just fire out all the tissues around it. Like, this is all super accessible. And it doesn't necessarily seem like a big deal, but I've seen those, you know, even facial changes for someone that massages their face every day, like for a good 10 minutes to release the muscles. Literally, like you're squeezing the skin. So the movement of waste particles and all that kind of stuff, nutrients getting moved around. Scalp massage is one for hair loss. Like all of these things are tools that are gonna like improve your health and improve the way that you age. So yeah, you can enhance your flexibility by relaxing the fascia with, with the hands, or, you know, foam rollers and things to break up pockets of stagnant tissue. Like, if you have scar tissue from something, maybe you got a cut on your arm, like, literally, like, dig into it and massage it and pull it every day. And like this for a while, you know, that's going to be— whether you're healing or you have the scar, like, that's going to help really, really noticeably with any wounds, really really. Yeah, to move waste products around from under the skin, to promote blood flow, to enhance lymph flow, heal scars. The power of touch has many applications, uh, that includes touch from other people. It's very healing to us. Hopefully you're in a relationship or a community where you get that. Sunlight and blue light. Do I even have to mention this one? The sun is the giver of all life. The energy of the sun can revitalise even the most tired-looking person. My recommendation, of course, is to absorb more sunlight. And acquiring healthy tan is important for health overall because of what it signifies, and it'll have you looking younger. Promotes your blood flow, enhances hormone production, stimulates the mind, body, and soul. And the artificial blue light that comes from your phone and computers and indoor office lights, and yes, even gyms, uh, this ages your skin. You know how that like, oh, too much sunlight, you get wrinkles? This is the opposite. There's, you know, if you're completely roasting yourself in high UV damage and you don't have, uh, the right nutrients or moisturizations to protect your skin, it'll probably age it. But blue light that everyone's kind of staring into, or Indoors all day, that ages the skin as well because it impacts how our body can repair itself, which is not good. So yeah, phones, PC, fluorescent lights in offices, uh, avoid that as much as possible. A couple deep breaths, everyone. When you're breathing, you want to think about— so the chest, obviously, rib cage expanding, but I want you to think about the back of your spine also moving out backwards this way. So you're expanding the volume from both sides. Breathing is just the manipulation of your internal volume to either get higher or lower. So we can do that by pulling out the back as well. You get a much deeper breath. 2 more. Beautiful. Next point. In the anti-aging, the holistic anti-aging protocols. If you've just joined us, that's what I'm running through. Sleeping. Sleep is when your body repairs and re-energizes. Waking up feeling like a million bucks should be how you feel every day, really, if your sleep is on point. So here are rapid-fire tips for improving your sleep. I don't want to go too in depth on this. I think it's a fairly simple topic that people like, how do I sleep well? Like, pretty simple. You do these things. You have discipline, you're going to sleep fine. Uh, so optimize your circadian rhythm by viewing sunrise and sunset. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time every night. That doesn't mean using an alarm, by the way. It should just be waking up naturally without one. But go to sleep a certain time every night, have a routine with that. You're gonna not need an alarm. Avoid stimulants in the afternoon that can impact you, and if you are sensitive to caffeine, caffeine, and most people are having too much of it, then scale that out completely, at least while you're trying to get on point with your sleep. Uh, don't eat large meals before bed, especially cooked food. For instance, raw milk before bed, I can smash a liter of that and be fine. Like, it's not going to impact my sleep quality whatsoever. I usually have a lot with honey before bed anyway, but a heavy cooked meal, it's gonna, it's gonna sit you out. Mess up that sleep. Try to keep a cool room temperature during the night. Be careful of using air conditioners. A lot of those systems are recycling air and not getting the fresh air. They close the door, close the windows, the air conditioning's on because they want it to be cooler inside, uh, but then you're not getting the fresh air, which I mentioned before and all the reasons why we need fresh air. So air conditioner on, window open. That's what I do. I mean, I don't even use air conditioning, but if I'm like traveling in a hotel and they have it and it's like unbearably hot, like in Spain, then I'll have the air conditioner on and then also the window open for fresh air. So cool temperature at night for sleep is great. Using up your physical energy during the day. A lot of people will be like, I have trouble sleeping. What'd you do today? Yeah, I was just at work and then came home and cooked dinner, Uber Eats, and then watched TV and then went to bed. Like, of course you're gonna have trouble sleeping then. Anyone that has trouble sleeping, go hike 15 kilometers in a day, and then if you still have trouble falling asleep then, then I'll eat my hat. Using up your physical energy to the point where you're just like, you're, you're, everyone has that, has had that feeling in the past. The day is so physically exertive, you just go, boop, and fall asleep. I fall asleep in a couple minutes every night because I'm lifting, I'm utilizing stuff, doing energy with stuff like this, so I need to recover. And you're tired at the end of the night, at the start of the night, end of the day. Tape your mouth, that's a good one for better sleep. If you find yourself waking up with a dry mouth, coughing, not really feeling rested, try putting a bit of tape on your lips and it's going to promote only nasal breathing throughout the whole night, which is better for the movement of cerebrospinal fluid because it's using the diagram instead of like shallow mouth breathing. And, uh, yeah, doing this all night is better and it's really noticeable. People who have good posture, good skull development, they don't necessarily need that, they're already doing it, but A lot of people, it helps minimize artificial light once the sun goes down. Do I have my— I don't have my glasses here. My blue light blockers, Raw Optics blue light blockers. I use mine every night. They're incredible. Hello, we're back. Turn your lights off. That's another thing, like if you're going to use the bathroom, brush your teeth at night, and you use the LED light, the ceiling lights usually blasting fluorescent these days. That's terrible for your body to be seeing once the sun has gone down. So invest in either using some beeswax candles or just like a really dimmable incandescent light bulb, salt lamp, a red light, still dim with the red light as much as possible, and you'll find you get tired a lot quicker. Not using your computer, phone, right before bed on max brightness and things. You can also try drinking a natural sedative such as chamomile tea. That'll get you nice and cozy and relaxed without being like a sleeping pill or whatever. Any, any time Big Pharma tries to put in a product, there's usually a herb or something that does the same thing in a natural way. There's so many herbs out there and remedies that I would implore you to look at before a pharmaceutical for most things. So next point on the anti-aging holistic protocols: stretching and yoga. So being stiff when you're old is only because you stop moving, or you're moving years in the wrong way, or you're spending years sitting on the couch. Really, like, cumulatively, if you're spending a few hours sitting on the couch office chair 8 hours, then yeah, you're going to get stiff because you haven't been moving for most of your life as you get older. So have a daily mobility routine. Spend your days moving outdoors in natural ways as much as is possible— climbing, jumping, crawling, bending, you know, moving around just through the forest or whatever else. That's going to improve your mobility and you can retain your mobile body into older age. You just keep doing that every day, you're not gonna just wake up one day and be unable to do it. So stretching and movement also has the added benefit of unlocking the muscles that control the spine. When this spinal flow is unlocked, relaxed, energy can flow through the chakra system, uh, more easily, which enhances your life and body. That inner wellspring of spiritual energy can saturate the tissues and keep you glowing. Uh, that is one of the benefits of moving around. Is the connection all good? Keeps on dropping out on my end, unfortunately. You guys can still hear me? Cool. Eating raw living foods. If you've spent all your life only eating cooked and pasteurized foods, you've spent many years, myself included, absorbing less than optimal nutrition of proteins, minerals, enzymes, uh, and more from effectively burning that food. That's what cooking is doing. And look, I've cooked my food for years and years. I'm not just doing— saying this like raw food stuff for shock value. I would never say something for shock value or try to get views or whatever. It's just that it is confronting for people, especially in the Western world, who haven't eaten raw foods much. It's like you have the pure nutrition and life force maximized here. You heat it up to some degree, at a certain point you're going to damage what's inside there. That's very simple. And, uh, the raw foods in general depending on the food. Raw animal foods, much, much better. So heat's destroying the nutrients and the life force in foods. So eating a diet rich in raw foods like raw meat, raw bone marrow, raw dairy, milk and cheese, some of the fruit, uh, there's some of the most powerful ways to get animal-based nutrients your body needs to repair itself, stay young, skin glowing, hair, nails thick, strong, bones boom. All of that is really raw animal-based nutrients-based. Uh, yeah, so fruit in all its uncooked forms, trying to eat seasonally and what's locally appropriate for you, uh, and growing in that area is important. Like, rather than just eating pineapples and mangoes if you're in the middle of England, for example, in winter, it's not really biologically appropriate at that point in time, and it's not the best. So fruit locally, or fermented foods to support the microbiome. Bacteria are our friends. They do everything in our body. It's a symbiotic relationship. The bacteria in our body are what humans are to the earth when we're acting in a good way, you know. So they really do everything. We— okay, so get this— the food that we eat goes into our stomach, bacteria eats it and then digests it and then excretes it, and then we eat that excretion. It doesn't sound very nice, but that's what is happening in our gut. We wouldn't be able to absorb anything if the bacteria wasn't first absorbing it within us, and then we consume what they put out. So super, super important to enhance your microbiome with fermented foods like kefir, sauerkraut, um, and everything else. And raw foods so that the microbiome, the bacteria in foods, aren't deleted through cooking and then you're eating it. How do we detox naturally? Good question. I'm covering that a bit later, uh, so I will just say that then. I talk about toxin removal and detox, so I'll come back to that. Semen retention, specifically for the lads, your life force, your sexual energy, your creative energy is depleted with every ejaculation. In some cases, obviously, you want to have a kid, the trade-off is great and good and intentional. Uh, so that's worthwhile. But for most of the time, if you're just willy-nilly busting, then it's a waste of life force, especially into your older age. Consciously choosing and limiting the amount of times that you do ejaculate will revitalize and energize you because you're keeping that within you. You don't have to replace, uh, the liquid with vitamins and minerals to create it and energy to create it. And then also the Jing that's contained within you doesn't get lost because you need creative energy to be put into the, the lady to create a child. Like, that's the whole exchange of everything. If you're just doing that all the time, you're losing and depleting yourself. It's very simple. So doing that less will keep you more energized and younger feeling. Why does nobody eat raw chicken if raw eggs are fine? People do eat raw chicken. I had raw chicken the other day just to try it. It was perfectly fine. People freak out so much 'cause the psyop of like salmonella, salmonella, but you're right. Raw eggs good, raw chicken, like raw meat. If you believe one, raw meat is fine given that it's like raised properly and clean and fresh, then raw chicken would have to be the same. And for me it was. People, their minds explode when you say that though. So heat and blood flow. The body repairs, heals itself, and clears toxins through the movement of blood and lymph around the body. If the body is cold, blood vessels do not open up, bodily tissues are not saturated the way that they could be with nutrients and life force. Think about if you never get blood flow to your finger, then how's that going to get any nutrition if you're cold all the time? So heat in general, but also just blood flow. Uh, if you're regularly exercising and sweating, moving blood to the outer vessels and promoting blood flow for the same aim, uh, then that's a great practice. That's like one of the biggest benefits of exercise is that blood moves from the internal tissues of the body to the external because it needs to cool down. That's why our body puts blood out onto the outside. And also just physically, as I said, the body is a machine in general. Like, imagine just a pump arm, like a mechanical pump, just doing this all day. There's, there's movement here, so you're going to be moving things around. And you do that in every area of the body, literally like moving the tubes and everything on the inside, then you're getting blood flow and everything's going to be better. So if you're just sitting on the couch you're not really doing much, then yeah, your body isn't going to get the movement that it needs to repair itself. Sauna is another great way if you're not— can't get into intense exercise straight away or whatever, or where you do exercise is too cold. Sauna is a great way to kind of just chill there and get that deep, deep warmth on the inside. And, and you can do that daily. Try to keep the air moist. Sometimes sauna can be a bit intense on people's skin, or if they're quite dry, breathing itself. Yeah, one of the most powerful anti-aging practices to consider if you're near somewhere that has a natural hot springs bath. So, so powerful because you're getting all that heat, all those reasons I've just listed, plus a mineral soak in a completely natural environment. Like So again, is a hot tub as healthy as a natural hot springs? No, of course, because it's the same water. Usually bathtub chemicals are put in, so it's like, oh, I'm gonna go have a spa bath because Sol Brah said it was to get warm. Yeah, don't go into a, you know, chemically cleaned hot tub to do that, you know, and filter your bath water even, or add things to the bath water like lemon juice and baking soda to neutralize whatever's in there if you are going to do that. Magnesium chloride flakes as well. Uh, so always you got to be thinking about the second order of things. If you think like, oh, getting hot is healthy, and then you go in a spa, then it's not necessarily the best use of that particular recommendation. So these are all just like extra things to think about in terms of health. Yeah, so have a bath, hot natural hot springs if you can, couple times a week. It's really really beneficial. Hydration and moisturization. So for skin to look young, it must look hydrated, be hydrated, and have the nutrients to build fresh skin cell membranes, cell walls, resulting in that plump, youthful appearance, right? So eating raw, uncooked fats give your body what it needs to create those healthy skin membranes. When you are having seed oils as the majority of the fats in your diet— fats being the macronutrient that our body uses to repair hair and skin, uh, your body begins to create itself out of these processed polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are a lot stiffer. They result in stiff and plasticized kind of skin, and that's when you get more wrinkles. That's when you get things like cellulite. You're being gummed up slowly with these fake fats, these toxic fats, uh, and your body doesn't operate as well. Things can't go in and out of the cell walls. For a nutrient you know, and waste and movement. So really, raw fats of uncooked, like animal fats, natural fats, get rid of the seed oils, your skin's gonna look way younger. Also applying it on the outside. So hydrating is best when drinking liquids such as spring water with added minerals if you need that, fresh organic raw juices and raw milk. I don't really necessarily eat too much water or drink too much water each day. Well, I have 3 liters of this. There's a lot of water in here, but it's in a certain way which is keeping you hydrated. Like, water itself is the carrier molecule for things that help with hydration. Water's still great if it's a good quality water. Like, I drink water as well, but, uh, just having 4 liters of tap water a day is, is not good. It's not going to hydrate you. So for moisturizing the external skin, you can rub raw bone marrow into it because it's such a high stem cell content. That's going to revitalize— that's like esoteric skincare hack. Beef tallow also works well as the nutrient profile is, uh, so close to what human skin is like, or the fats required for human skin. If you have scar tissue, rubbing in tallow, or like a healing wound, grazes or something, put beef tallow on that every day. That'll heal up a lot quicker and with less scarring. You can also place a humidifier in the home if you live in a naturally dry environment. I was in Vegas recently and, uh, it's so dry there. It's crazy. It's a desert, obviously. And the one night that I slept with the window open, um, and it was super, super dry, woke up like it was cooked. So the next night, had a humidifier, window was open still, but I had the humidifier just going and it was like night and day difference to how I felt because I'd kept that moisture in the air breathing throughout the night. So if you're at home, naturally dry environment, or even you just feel better with a bit more moisture in the air, put filtered water in a humidifier, and that helps the skin and membranes of the breathing apparatus, keeps them moisturized. So toxin removal, getting back to the detox question, Over time, toxins and chemicals accumulate in the body if we're in a toxic environment of any kind. Could be slow, could be fast. This causes damage to the skin and prevents optimal function, obviously. It's adding to stresses that age the body, your body has to deal with, has less time and energy to dedicate to repairing itself. So focus on toxin elimination from your diet and your home environment. The things that you're putting on your body in your body, breathing into your body, and that are around you, touching your skin, uh, in the home is the most important. And like, yeah, again, what you're eating and drinking as well, that is the main source of people's health issues today, is like they're putting the wrong things inside them, on them, and that's causing damage to the body of some kind. So toxin elimination from your diet, don't eat anything in a package, natural whole foods only. Organic, eating raw, full stop. That's going to be pretty good. Uh, like, no, no, think about processed foods and cheat days. Like, can I eat the junk food once? It's like, would you eat a little bit of poison? I don't see the logic in that, especially when the foods that I eat now that are natural, whole, yummy, delicious— like, I'm never tempted by any other garbage food. That's not food, it's a food approximation, it's Frankenfood. We don't need to like cheat with that, reward ourselves with poison, in my opinion. So get rid of the scheiße from your diet. Home environment, so clear up, uh, stop using like shampoo, body washes, cleaning sprays, detergents on your clothes, air fresheners, soy candles. Like, it sounds like a lot, but looking at most people's homes, that's what they have now. And all of that cumulatively, like, you're kind of breathing in this haze of garbage and chemicals all the time, which is not good. Skin and hair looking glorious. Thank you, sir. Appreciate that. Get rid of all that stuff from the— from your home environment. You're going to breathe better, look better, feel better. Then you can look into possible natural cleanses and detoxes for the various organs that may have accumulated things. Gallbladder cleanse, liver, um, fasting in general, digestive system, colon cleanses, like getting out all the stuff that may have accumulated over time. Once you've got rid of it from the environment, so you're not putting any more in Boom, and get healthier that way depending on your personal needs. So that's a process that will probably not be super quick for a lot of things, but, uh, it's a process that reaps rewards in the long run. So herbs, minerals, particular nutrients, teas, fasts, juices, physical practices, uh, it's all worth it to investigate those to regain energy and vigor in your appearance. If your liver function finally is— gets you know, sort it out, you'll feel a lot better. If you've never fasted in your life and go on a fast, then have your body— okay, we can clear out things properly. We don't have more food and stuff coming in. Drugs and alcohol. So on a similar note to the toxins, right, the use of drugs and alcohol will age and deplete the body. So if this is something you do regularly, consider a change of habits in order to prolong the health and youth of your your system. Like, simple as that. Excuse me. Detox. Yeah, that's a simple one, guys. Drugs and alcohol. It's gonna be pretty taxing and intense, and what you're taking or smoking isn't just the drug that you want. It's full of other things from chemical processes or whatever, so you don't actually know what's going in your body. Not good. Also depletes you of nutrients, stimulates everything, messes with your hormones. Pretty simple one. Alcohol. Even, you know, one drink 3 nights a week, uh, if you're somewhat inebriated when you go to bed, your sleep's not gonna be as good. If that's 3 nights a week, that's really— oh, 3 drinks a week, that's nothing. But that's 3 nights where you're not getting optimal sleep. Uh, as I said, I drink sometimes. But it's pretty rare, and you're not going to be at optimal function if you're drinking a lot. Simple as that. De-stress. The stress of our environment, uh, can cause us to age more quickly than just time itself. If you're stressed all the time, whether it's a relationship, career, certain environment, uh, or even just a mental perspective— what you think in your head Negative stress is one of the ways to age the body and mind. Uh, see wherever you can intentionally de-stress in your life, because even if you're making good money in a job, if you're stressed all the time, you feel like shit, like, is that worth it? What are you trading? You're trading your life force for money. If it's not— like, your health should be number one. Like, everyone says that when they're sick, what do they want? They want more money? No. They want to be healthy and they wish they'd paid more attention to improving their health before this large health event, which is like, oh, I was stressed all those years and it was all for what? Now I'm sick or whatever. We don't want that to happen. So look at where you can de-stress through changing your life, even if it's just in your head, as I said, like, so you can like, can stress all day just thinking about bullshit in your head that doesn't matter, that isn't real, egoic things. What did he say about me? And does she think this? And I should have done this 10 years ago. Like all of these things are repeating in our head. Like that's mental energy that you're dedicating and wasting to nothing, to a phantom in your head. And so if that's causing you stress, then it's like seeing a shadow on a wall and being, ah, ah, ah, like, What are you doing? Like, you're afraid, stressed of nothing. Like, it is what it is. Accept the present moment. Don't be fearful of the future and don't be regretful of the past. And that's going to save, you know, 99% of your mental problems that people busy themselves with, unfortunately. Yeah, so kind of similar to that is take some time out to relax. Eventually, if you don't do that, your body chooses that time for you. If you're like redlining at work all the time, eventually you'll get sick because your body's like, alright, I can't do this anymore. I need time to relax, to sleep, to detox, to process all these things, or just recuperate myself. So, uh, intentionally being like, alright, sauna time, the next 2 hours I'm just chilling within the day or even a couple times a week. Is super, super healing and it's more productive because people don't want to rest because they think it's lazy and it's less productive. It's more productive to take care of your health and ensure that you're always productive for the rest of the times that you are actually working. Telling the truth. When we are unburdened by mental lies, we have more mental energy to dedicate to things that truly matter. More energy in general. When we live a life that's not in alignment with what we feel inside, the stress this causes is, uh, monumental, really. Like, constantly. And I've experienced this. Like, if you're not living a life that you know you should be, or you're lying to someone, it's like, ah, you think about in your head. So you just tell the truth and be honest about everything, then, um, that's just a better way to live life. Telling the truth in every aspect is integral to a youthful, happy disposition and stress-free life. So just to recap for people who have joined, this is the holistic anti-aging protocols. If you want this in text, head to my mailing list. That's soulclub.me/sol-brah to sign up the mailing list, and you'll get this in a, in a long form to you so you can refer to it. I'm going— I'm reading through all the all the points that I've written out. Living with love. Community is the most powerful force of all. So feeling connected to other people, whether that's your family or friends or otherwise, is one of the most powerful ways where you stay energized and, uh, feeling young. It's like having love, living, loving. You give it out, you get it back. Like, that energy is so, so pure. Uh, when we love others, we receive it back on that same level. About energy, energetic influences on how we feel and how we look is, uh, gratitude. Having gratitude in general is a part of curating this feeling of love, an energy that will bring us back to a youthful and playful state as we were kids, loving, sharing. Like, all of that is not really like a biological protocol Uh, but it's so, so important. I would argue the most important out of all of these things. So if you don't have that, try to see how you can give love more in your life, forgive people more, and show love in general, and you'll get it back. Even if it's, if it's to dogs or plants to begin with, you know, maybe you're not close with any people right now. Um, dogs and plants are also a way to access this feeling, this state. Purpose. The most healing and energizing power of all is our connection to God. With time, practice, and a devotion to a spiritual practice in service of others, one can access this energy that's going to course through you, innervate you immensely. When you know your purpose, you know, there is no biohack that can override a feeling of hopelessness from living selfishness, uh, from living selfishly or without knowing our purpose. There is no biohack more energizing than knowing and feeling our purpose and feeling that connection to this whole realm that we're in. Uh, you're just, you're tapped into a different wavelength. You're riding an energy that doesn't just come from the food that you eat or the exercises that you do. Uh, so this, this is not to say pursue that for the energy itself. I'm just saying that it is a benefit of having that spiritual connection. So there we are, that's been the holistic anti-aging protocols read out to you. Uh, when we make healthy habits the cornerstone of our lives, we can retain health, happiness, and a youthful demeanor and appearance far longer into the older ages than society would have us think. I hope this list has been beneficial to you and, uh, that you all lead long, healthy, happy lives. This has been, uh, recorded, I believe, so I'll post on my profile as well. But, uh, I can rip a few more questions for anyone that wants something answered, uh, and then we can wrap this up. Will this be saved? Yeah, I'm going to save this. Is there anything I have to do to save this, or does it just save if I— when I close it? Quite excited for the Sol Brah collab. With raw objects. Me too, they look so sweet. Uh, what day is it? I think we'll be able to launch those in about 11 days, so the 28th of April. So 11 days out. Bit of Palo Santo. In order to save the live stream, you got to buy the Sigma Fortnite Battle Pass. Ah, shoot, I don't have that yet. Fat blunt. Yeah, yeah, big doinks. No, no, just, uh, Palo Santo. Where can I put this? Are we into fragrances? Not the typical perfumes, but if you go to soulscents.com or @soulscents, uh, I have my own essential oils mixed with a bunch of things, a bunch of fragrances, but it's all natural. Soulscents.com, check those out. I wear those every day. What's your height and weight? I am 6'4" and, uh, weight probably 206 pounds. So while, uh, I'll post this, but if the connection was spotty and therefore it was cutting out and stuff, um, I also have a video recording. I might just re-upload that. We'll see how this turns out. Hair loss reversal, yeah, I have a few posts that I've written on that. Um, if you scroll down on my page, there's natural hair care tips. I might have to scroll a bit, but it's a post down there. It's also in Soul Club. Can you re-release this? Yeah, I'll try to figure that out. It's, it's quite an old one, but, uh, should be able to find someone who can do it. Some spinal movement in. Alright, any other questions or wrap this one up? Neighbor is cutting some grass on the lawnmower. Probably a good sign, good time to finish. Thanks for joining, first IG Live, and, uh, we'll see you next time. If you enjoyed this, let me know.
