The video presents a walkthrough of the Startup Science "Pathways" feature, designed for accelerators, university incubators, and venture programs to manage their curricula in a single platform. It explains how to create multiple pathways, set titles, durations, and expected outcomes, and build curriculum structures with modules and sections. Users can add various step types such as content links, courses (platform or custom), quizzes, and mentor review requirements that block progress until approved. The demo shows how to preview the founder journey, configure access rules for cohorts or individual founders, enforce sequential progression, award custom badges, and monitor participation, completion, and individual founder progress once the pathway is live.

This is Pathways by Startup Science. Pathways gives accelerators, university incubators, and venture programs one place to actually run their programs. Create as many pathways as you need, one for each program or founder group. Add courses, resources, and quizzes, collect answers from your startups, and request submissions and homework. You can also require a mentor review on key steps. So founders can't move forward until an advisor signs off. Creating a pathway is straightforward. Pick a title and set the duration, like how many weeks it runs. Add a description, then set the expected outcome. Next, build your curriculum, with modules and sections within those modules. To add content, open a section and choose the type of step you want, like a content link. Then, pick a course— either one from the platform or one you create yourself. For example, you might build an accounting pathway with content on accounting basics. Add a 10-minute course, make it required, and add the step. Then, add a quiz to check what founders learned. Once all your steps are in, you can preview exactly what your founders will see— the full journey from start to finish. Next, set your access and progress rules. Open it to specific cohorts or founders in your programs, or to everyone in your portal. Enforce sequential steps so founders complete each requirement before moving on. Award badges when founders complete certain pathways, and even create your own custom badges. Give it one last review, then save. Once your pathway is live, you'll be able to see who's started, who's completed, and dig into each founder's progress.
