Welcome to Coach Station CoachBot, or CS CoachBot for short. For many years, I've had clients providing kind feedback and comments about their development, growth, and improvement during and after their coaching mentoring programs. They often make comments such as, what would Steve say or do in this situation? Or, I often think about you sitting on my shoulder and asking key questions and providing guidance as I lead and work through situations. These are very generous and kind comments, as I mentioned, and they reflect the ongoing and reflective nature of coaching and the relationships that we have the chance to build through the programs. However, technology has now caught up with the intention, and this desire or wish does not have to be a wish anymore. It could be a reality. What I mean by that is the CS CoachBot provides an opportunity for you to ask the questions and run through the scenarios that you'd like to ask me. Now, I'm always available to speak to you my clients, previous clients and current. But having said that, there's an opportunity here for this technology to be used to great advantage. So CS CoachBot is your on-demand coaching assistant. It's designed to support leaders, professionals, teams, anyone that's influencing and leading to enhance their leadership and workplace skills and capability. We've trained CS CoachBot using our extensive resources, content, tools, experience, and all the avenues and parts of coaching that make, make it effective and put it into an AI-based tool that can be accessed by any of our clients to ask the questions that they might ask a coach or mentor. CS CoachBot offers valuable insights, practical advice, and strategic guidance to help anyone navigate leadership challenges with more confidence. Essentially, it's all of that wisdom and resources accessible at any given time. So this is a gift from me to my existing coachees and clients, past coachees and CoachStation alumni, and a tool for future clients, of course, to use throughout their programs and afterwards. So how does it work? Well, you enter your email and name and then type in your inquiry question or request, the same as any other AI-based tool. But like other AI-based resources and tools, the benefit comes from your depth of inquiry. And those that know me well know that I'm passionate about questions, and AI-based tools are a great way to practice some of those questions and to ask the secondary and tertiary questions to really get to the nub of the situation or potentially some actions and solutions for you as well. So it's an opportunity for you to practice, run things by the model, the tool, be curious and authentic, deliberately exploring and being interested in the next question, the next question, as I said, and digging deeper to question the responses that it provides.
