One thing I've noticed of most successful business people is that they have a drive, they have a hunger, they've always wanted to succeed in their life. You have to be passionate, of course, in what you do, but really the passion is almost behind hunger. And if you've had it too easy of a life and everything given to you, it's sometimes harder to be as hungry for success as if you had nothing when you grew up and started. It's not 100% that way, but I've noticed that more people who came from nothing and built their own business, they are just more on top of things where they weren't really given a business from a family member or something like that, they might have built that business tenfold from what they were given, but they started with something that somebody else has built. So there's two different kind of management styles and the hunger that goes with that.
