My average workday is basically every minute that I'm awake. I'm in the office 12 hours a day when I'm in London. Even when I go home, even when I'm in bed, even when I wake up first thing in the morning, even in the middle of the night when I wake up in the middle of the night, I am constantly on my phone getting emails, messages, getting phone calls. I don't worry about the time zones. Yeah, usually if the phone rings, I'm on the plane, I'll still take it. Sleeping, I'll take it. It doesn't bother me. If I'm in a situation that doesn't allow it, or if I'm on an airplane that doesn't have Wi-Fi, I'll cut off. But the fact is, I am really 99% of the time, I'm always on. I just got back from Tokyo last night, I was getting people calling me all night, and then all day I'm out on my local time zone obligations. So I was sleeping about an hour and a half, 5 days in a row. But you got to do what you got to do.
