What you call jet lag might actually be cabin altitude. Commercial planes simulate 6,500 to 8,000 feet even at cruising altitude, starving your body of oxygen like high-altitude skiing does. Corporate jets keep cabin pressure below half that, so you arrive hydrated and ready.

Hey Steve, I just landed from Vegas and I'm super jet lagged. Why is that? Now the problem is it's not from jet lag from time zone difference. The reason you're feeling jet lagged is because of cabin altitude. Cabin altitude in an airplane is the altitude that people feel, their body feels, that they're at when flying at cruising altitude. So even though you're flying at 41,000 feet, the cabin altitude on an airliner is between 6,500 and 8,000 feet. That really tires your body out because it's like if you go skiing, you're based at 8,000 feet. It's very difficult for your body to acclimate to that altitude. It's the same thing on an airline. Okay, Steve, so what should I do about this? Easy answer: go buy a corporate jet. The cabin altitude on a corporate jet is less than half of what an airliner is. So when you fly anywhere on a long distance on a corporate jet, your body is so relaxed and so hydrated, it feels like you never even flew anywhere.
Great, Steve, so where can I get a corporate jet?
There's only one place to buy a corporate jet: The Jet Business.
