Steve explains that customizing a private jet is possible but expensive. Start by picking an aircraft with the interior layout you want, since moving furniture costs a fortune. After that, you can change colors, carpet, wood finishes, and paint schemes however you like.
Steve, tell me how I can customize my jet.
Actually, on these kind of airplanes, you can do anything you want, but that's if money is no object. If you really wanted to do it efficiently, find an airplane that's got the right layout, because moving furniture in these airplanes is incredibly expensive. As long as the layout works, you can change the color of the material, the carpet, the side panels, anything like that. You can even change the color of the wood. That's obviously more expensive as well, but really finding the right layout is number one, number two, number three.
And how about the exterior?
Exterior, you can do anything. Obviously, weight is an issue with airplanes, but any kind paint scheme you can do. It's not going to change the weight that much, and your imagination is the only thing that can hold you back.
Thanks, Steve. That's why I always choose the jet business.
