A deal isn't done until the money arrives. Even after signing agreements, inspections, and test flights on an aircraft sale, the buyer can still walk away at the last moment. Don't assume closure until the funds hit the bank.

Never ever say it's done until it's really actually done. A lot of times we think we have a done deal. We sign letters of intent, purchase agreements, they've inspected the airplane, they've flown on it, everything has sort of been perfect, all the stars have been aligned, but at the last second they change their mind. Anything can happen. The deal could fall apart right at the closing.
