24/7. If somebody rings me in the middle of the night, whether I'm sitting having dinner or I'm sleeping, I will take that phone call. I get asked a lot, do I take phone calls at home, or am I really working in the office and that's it? First of all, I get up pretty early in the morning, and I'm in the office for probably 12 or 13, 14 hours a day. The amount of hours I'm at home is probably minimal anyway, but when I am home, I take every single call. I'm always talking to people. I might cut them short after I start talking to them, saying, sorry, I can't help you, or this call is not going to go anywhere, I got to get off the phone. And a lot of them are a waste of time, there's no question about it. actually take them. If I don't pick up that call, they might just pick up the phone and call somebody else. If you get too cocky to think that you're too good to take any phone call, then you're starting your downward demise.
